I wish I could have afforded a more generous tip because Raymond and Nick more than deserved it. This outfit may be more expensive than some others, but they were on time first thing this morning on a next-day job, they were kind to us while we were under ridiculous stress, they made time for us to come back a second time during an intensely busy day for them, they were fast, they were thorough, and they even swept up after! We first started using Junk King about a year ago after hearing wonderful things from friends and neighbors. That's when we had the pleasure of meeting Roland and his team, who helped clear out years of junk left behind by the previous owners. From there, Roland became part of our remodel journey--always showing up with a smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help. Honestly, I've caught myself wishing he worked for me full-time! Fast forward to today, we recently hosted a big family gathering in our newly finished home. With all the extra trash bags afterwards, we made one quick call--and within hours Roland and the Junk King team had everything cleared away. Absolute lifesavers! Thank you, Roland and our Junk King Angels, for making such a difference in our home and our lives. We are so grateful!

I can't express enough of how much gratitude I have for Ernesto and his team! I scheduled 4 appts…read moreon the same day. Ernesto was the 1st one who came at 9:00am and he gave me a verbal bid before he left. He was very upfront and told me he could start the next day and it would take 8 days to complete. I received the written bid around 11am via email. While waiting for the other 3 to get me their bids, I decided to go with Ernesto that evening since he could start immediately while others couldn't start until the following week and it will take them 10-15 days to complete. Ernesto's bid was also the most competitive as well. The next morning around 8am, Ernesto showed up with his 20ft truck and a 20ft trailer ready to go. His crew of 3 worked very fast and efficient. Since Ernesto started, I also added some things on the list that weren't a part of the original bid. Ernesto graciously accepted the changes with reasonable additional charges of course. Regardless, Ernesto followed through with the tasks and finished everything including the added items in 5 short days. Everything was done properly and all debris was cleared out. His demeanor, professionalism, graciousness and flexibility were much appreciated. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend Ernesto for all your demolition and hauling services.
