Not haute cuisine, but exactly what I need and want in a cafe. Filling, fresh food, cooked the way I ordered every time. The coffee is excellent and plentiful. I love the staff, many of which are transplants from my former fave (which became way too woke for many employees and patrons alike), and the owner is a great conversationalist. I look forward to a brief tete-a-tete with him whenever I go in. Also, they are pro veteran, which makes a huge difference to me. I travel all the way from Salt Lake County to go here. Fun little breakfast spot we found. It was packed on a Saturday morning, which is a good sign. We waited about 20 minutes for a table for 7. Server was nice and accomodating. Food was great and reasonably priced. Lots of fun and interesting decor to muse at while you wait for your food. Several in our party had the raspberry cream cheese crepes (limited) and they were amazing. Portion sizes were plentiful, as well. This will undoubtedly become our go-to breakfast spot in the area. read more

I love great diner/cafe food and this place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!! The breakfast was absolutely classic American diner style. Huge pancakes. Lots of butter. Great biscuits and gravy. A solid choice for straight forward breakfast food. Prices are decent and the portions are pretty good. Everything was cooked just like you would expect. I'd say it's on par with any average breakfast joint out there. We came here after a leg day, so I actually left hungry, but I'm a pretty big eater even if I appear to be a skinny 125 lb chick. Bacon was thick and greasy. The pancake was a little disappointing, but reminded me of any buttermilk pancake mix you might buy at the store. Foods amazing! I got the French Toast. It was sweet and delicious. I couldn't get enough of it! The workers were all very nice and took their time to make sure we had our orders right. They recommended things to us too. It can be a little loud in there depending on the day though. We went around 8-9 in the morning, it wasn't too loud but as we were leaving at 10 it got busy. read more

Let me start by saying the service was great, the waitress tried hard to please us. I ordered the #3, banana pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage links. The eggs and sausage was good but the pancakes were a huge disappointment. The pancakes were rubbery and no flavor at all of bananas....where's the bananas? I cut them up in spots and couldn't see any. The waitress apologized and had the cook make more to ensure the bananas were even in there. The second batch wasn't any better. Still rubbery, the syrup even sat in puddles on top of them! I dipped my sausage in it and that pushed the syrup into the pancake. No banana taste either. This time I cut it up in different spots again and found a banana piece, even that bite didn't taste of bananas! What a disappointment. I will go back just to see if this was a fluke but I won't be ordering pancakes. read more

Excellent. I am glad I noticed this place. Quickly sat at a table. The server was quick and friendly when she arrived shortly after we were seated. The best part was the food. Lots of gravy on the chicken fried steak. The hash browns were done correctly. I mean there were actually parts of the hash browns that were crunchy! Love the scone. Omg I thought I had reviewed this place already! We've been here twice and I love supporting small local businesses. We've gotten the same waitress both times - & she's pretty awesome. I forgot what I had the first time - but it was REALLY good. (Either the chicken fried steak or BLT) and I remember my sister's caramel french toast being so yummy. I had a sandwich she recommended this time around & tbh, I wasn't really a fan - it seemed like a turkey club with ham :( But it wasn't bad - I just don't care for ham. My parents, who are vegan/vegetarian - enjoyed their food & the atmosphere here. My nephew & niece also enjoyed their food. read more

SO GOOD! Sorry it looked so good I dug in before I could snap a picture. My husband and I got here and really liked the atmosphere. It's very bright and clean with a good garage vibe. When we sat down there we were immediately greeted by an awesome waitress. Gave us the ins and outs of the menu and what we should get. She suggested the banana breading pudding French toast (in photo). Highly recommended, delicious! The best thing about this place for us is the continuous coffee being poured by all waitresses.
