Food is good only problem is the delivery guy snatches the tip from your hand. No thanks just takes it right out of your hand.

She will be offering Taiwanese specialties that can be prepared in advance, cooked fresh and taken to go. We were sad to hear this but also very excited for the new things that Mama Lee will have on the menu! We were happy we got to try her food one last time and it didn't disappoint as usual. We've probably tried everything on her stir fry menu and it's all delicious. Plus, she offers a complimentary generous serving of rice and water bottles. I recommend going for Mama Lee's amazing food but also for her kindness and friendliness too. She's a staple in our community.

When we said eat in she then said the table is reserved so we switch to take out. She took our orders and headed to the back and only to show up with our ready orders. While we were waiting, another 3 people walk in and had to wait till the time the lady gave us our orders then to take their order. The only reason I came here was because it was the first one on the list when i clicked yelp and saw it was Taiwanese food so thought to try since it was on our way to our destination. I must give credit to the lady running the whole store by herself from taking orders to cooking, greeting, serving, preparing and ect. Her order is huge too as you can see in my photos.

The good- plenty of meat in Lou Rou Fan, the texture of stinky tofu, the no tipping but bus your own tray business model. Friendliness of staff behind the ordering counter. The so-so: not enough fragrance in stinky tofu, the slightly soggy/oily pork chop, and lack of fragrance in Taiwanese sausage. The somewhat expensive price( our lunch costing $56 total). Will probably revisit another time to see how other dishes taste and see what price point it will result in.

Order and pay first in the counter , sit and wait for your order. This is my pick for friends get together one day because of its noodles popularity and been returning since then. I am planning to try all its noodles one bowl at a time! It's delicious, tasty and filling for a commendable pricing. The serving size is shareable and I believe allowed to be served for no plate fee . The restaurant offers more than noodles ... they have meat on rice meal, stand alone meat, veggies and fried meat , rice or noodles. It's a "clean after you" table service. No tips needed to leave unless you feel like it. Free hot tea and cold water by the way. Dessert ? Nothing. Nada. They advertise the next door bakery shop for your pleasure ... but need to move to their location. If you are looking to just eat at a fast phase , thus us for you!

There's also a great promotion where you spend at least $10 and get free soup dumplings (comes with six pieces). There's two bathrooms which are clean and large. There's also a good amount of seating as well. We ordered: - Turnip Cake (5/5) - Shrimp Rice Roll (5/5) - Seafood, Chicken, Pork Rice Cakes (4/5) - Beef Pancake (3/5) The soup dumplings were not bad but not the best I've had. The total came to $43 including tip which wasn't bad at all considering how much food we got.

And more: cold dish - garlic cucumbers to start. Classic soup dumplings (pork filling). I usually do not order the crab meat or other varieties as those seem gimmicky. The restaurant gives you a free order of pork dumplings with dine-in purchase of $20+. This visit I did try a new noodle dish - egg noodles with crab roe. It was interesting indeed. While I've had better crab roe toppings (this one was a bit greasy//oily for me) I can see why they added it to the menu. It's been a trend. The Peking Duck and crispy skin pork are still my go to dishes when coming here. It's just not easy to make at home so I'm happy to buy it. Totally classic dishes. We also ordered the beef pancakes which is also a great sharing plate. This spot is a keeper. (I usually come by to grab take out as they have the fast casual rice plates and bbq meats right at the entrance).

Crispy outside with packed filling. Scallion pancake: $4.90 not as crispy as above. Generous portion. Family meal combo $52.00: 3 dishes , white rice and soup. It's a hearted heavier seasoned dish. Braided pork belly: another casserole dish with heat. Full of wok chi (wok heat). Sauce is more heavily seasoned. It's a fatty meat due to pork belly. There are three things we absolutely love about Bell Garden:…read more 1. The food is seriously GOOD. 2. The value is unbeatable. 3. They accept credit cards! My wife and I order from Bell Garden almost weekly, and we are always satisfied. What impresses me most is their consistency with the dishes we usually order. Their quality never seems to drop, and every order tastes just as good as the last. Bell Garden can be a dine-in restaurant if you're eating alone, but it is primarily a takeout spot. We usually order by phone or online, and our usual order is the egg fu yong with roast pork (char siu), Singapore chow mei fun, and chicken chow mei fun. And let me tell you about the portions. The egg fu yong comes with THREE omelettes! Both chow mei fun dishes are packed so generously that you can practically get two separate meals out of each container, and they are loaded with ingredients. Everything is seasoned really well without being overpowering. We recently tried the chicken with broccoli for our toddler. It is usually a very basic and simple dish but MY GOSH. It was so well seasoned and flavorful that I was literally fighting my toddler over her own food. That says something! For the price, portion sizes, food quality, and consistency, it is honestly hard to find another Chinese restaurant that does it quite like Bell Garden. And one more thing that deserves a shoutout: they were OPEN during the recent blizzard AND during the current nor'easter rain! Seriously, if you are looking for delicious, generous Chinese takeout in the area, Bell Garden is one of our go-to spots. We will definitely keep coming back!
