Aside from the fact that every person who works at this location is miserable, the bread is always stale (if they even have it) and more times than not they get my order wrong. I will be driving to sweet green instead of chopt in Greenwich, until the end of time. read more

I come here everyday after work. The staff is always nice and my salads are made well every time. Offers lots of fresh options too! read more

Lots to choose from. I like their creations better than choosing the ingredients myself! Line does then to be very long during lunch hours but they move quick! read more

I am beyond disappointed, no matter how many times i have given then the benefit of the double something always goes wrong. I would consider myself a regular, i come in at least twice during the work week. The amount of times i have confirmed with them they are using the right dressing etc, they mess it up! how do you mess up a kale caesar salad with grilled chicken? I unfortunately don't think i will be able to eat here anymore. The other disappointing thing about Chopt is now they wont ACTUALLY CHOP my salad. Why would i spend 10.00 on a salad that i can get at whole foods for 6.00..... i specifically go there so i can get a nice chopped salad and i cant even do that anymore. Total let down read more

I go to Chopt because I truly like to eat chopped salads. The food is adequate, but I've been to many Chopt locations before and my review is based on customer service. The Greenwich location is awful for customer service. It's a bunch of unfriendly teenagers or young adults at this location. They are rude and ignore you while you're trying to order. Every single time I go in there, and I've gone in there many times, they talk and laugh while you're just standing there waiting. They have poor attitudes and make it seem like they're doing you a favor. I really like the food that Chopt serves, but they need to hire nicer staff at the Greenwich location. This is my very first review and I specifically joined Yelp to post this. So, as much as I hate doing this, the experience sucks so much, I've decided not to return to this location again. It's too bad because I really like the food in general. read more

Really awesome place to grab salad / wraps with the salad you ordered in it. I love their creative approach to salad and would caution against going there in a rush because a lot of people share my opinions (hence long lines). read more

I loved Chopt, the place is great and fast, you can order ahead. I was eating here probably every other week. However I started to notice I got sick EVERY SINGLE TIME. I changed up my order and starting getting something completely different and it still happened! I tried googling the salad dressing ingredients and CANNOT find a list of ingredients, only allergen information. Chopt - what is in your dressing? Finally some more googling led me to believe I am not the only one who gets sick from them It's a shame because everything I had was delicious. read more

Chopt - PLEASE WASH YOUR GREENS more thoroughly!! I'm a frequent customer and am becoming fed-up as it seems there's always sand/dirt in the kale. You have generous portion sizes and interesting offerings, but (outside of something moving) there's nothing that ruins a salad more quickly for me than crunching on dirt. read more

Chopt has the best salads and the inside is so roomy and is arranged nicely! the only thing is that the salads are somewhat overpriced at almost $15 per salad, but they're worth every penny because they're filling and healthy! read more

I personally love this restaurant. My favorite thing to do there is where you can make your own salad with any lettuce, ingredients or dressing. There are many places to sit or hang out at the restaurant. You may even take it with you! Also, most of the time, you may receive bread on top of your salad to make your salad into a burrito! I would say Chop't is one of my favorite salad places. read more

Thank you for charging me for Avocado and then proceeding to not put it in my salad. I ordered online for lunch and the receipt shows that you charged me for avocado but wasn't highlighted.. read more

Chopt Creative Salad Co. - Salad Near Me - Riverside, Connecticut

The food is decent. The line system here is so annoying and confusing. All of the employees are so freakin rude also. Always a smartass response. Look into better more educated employees read more

It's kind of weird because they don't have options you'd expect (apples?) and the premade salads are strange combinations you can't find elsewhere. I guess that's the appeal, but I typically find their salads lacking and overpriced. I stop by when I can't go anywhere else, for whatever reason. read more

Food is great, but service is crazy slow. I've eaten at a bunch of these and I've never been to one this slow before. There was a backup of seven salads to be chopped and only one person doing the chopping, with at least three other employees standing around cleaning and sweeping the floor. There was a second chopper but he literally just walked away. Really no excuse for service this poor. read more

I frequent this Chopt fairly often. I enjoy the outstanding service and food selections. I am privy to the atmosphere inside the restaurant. read more

Terrible service! They have these young girls working at the register who have no idea what customer service is ! They are overwhelmed with too many customers and are not trained to keep up with the pace! The most rude person left the register in the middle of the transaction to another girl who was answering phones and giving out takeout orders over the phone! There were at least 10 people in line waiting to be checked out and she just left! All the employees looked miserable and overwhelmed! I did not want to eat that salad after going through the stress of buying it! It was not a Greenwich experience, you'd get better service at McDonald's! Salad was decent but lacked appeal shoved inside too small a box! Ugh what a shame! read more

Best salad place in greenwich! Love the freshness and service! I really enjoy the seasonal salads and the traditionals. (Got to try the steakhouse and chopt po boy) read more

It's nice to have a salad place around with lots of options. I'm over very overwhelmed while looking at the menu and feel the impatience from crowd behind me. I don't love that so much but the salads are decent. And healthier then most of the other places around. read more

So this used to be my favorite lunch spot. I first went to the one in rye and never had an issue. Lately it seems like the Greenwich location can't handle the volume. Two weeks ago we ordered in the app at work and they got the lettuce wrong in my coworkers salad. I called and they gave me a free salad for next time. Than last week we went and there was hardly anything mixed in the salad. I paid for double Shrimp and was given 4 scrimp not Chopt up inside. Than today I wNt and I noticed some wilted pieces in the salad before it was Chopt. I said something and they insisted it was Chopt this morning. That may be but does not mean the head was fresh. I am getting tired of paying $11 for a salad and having issues. If it continues I am going to stop going there altogether. read more

This has to be BY FAR the most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with. After being charged 3x for one salad, I was told i was going to be refunded and was instead charged the refund amount, again. Upon calling i was hung up on, laughed at, cursed at, and best of all charged AGAIN in an attempt to be refunded. Every person I spoke to claim to be the manager yet said they did not have refund capabilities, David was the employee hanging up on and swearing at me. When I did finally reach the manager Shannon she asked me to call her on Monday so it can be resolved, when I called Monday, IT WAS SHANNON'S DAY OFF. It was not until I spoke to Jose that anything was done to resolve my issue. $330.00 later, I will never again order from this place. read more

Got olives with pits in my salads, while the olives are supposed to be pitted, and almost broke my teeth. This is not the first time I get pits in my olives. The manager's answer was sorry, we cut the olives by half and sometime one or two pits left behind. Unacceptable answer. Two stars and not one due to the overall quality of the salad. read more

Good food but workers need more training on how to put together the wraps, I got mine and it just fell apart, also they need to work on their listening skills read more

Stumbled on this place a few months ago. Healthy food at a budget price. Give ita try!

I like this place. The last time I went though they put chicken on my salad that isn't supposed to have chicken. I noticed it when they dumped the salad out onto the chopping board. When I asked if it was chicken he said yes, and I said oh I don't want chicken. Then It apparently caused an issue because I had to wait while someone else's salad was chopped etc. I realize that place is a zoo and the people who go there are probably obnoxious. As an aside; I once saw this patron take the nuts he was given in a separate container reach over the counter and fling them on his salad while the guy was chopping it. (HUGE allergy no-no) and they had to stop everything and throw everything away. So- I'm understanding that the patrons are just morons. BUT listen to people when they order stuff. Don't assume everyone wants chicken added, and when you jack up the order- don't make me wait extra because you made a mistake. read more

These guys do a good job. The food is always good. The service is mostly always good. Sometimes I need to micromanage my salad to be 100% happy with it. Sometimes they don't give me enough of this or that but for the most part this place is always solid. read more

The salads are pretty good, but they just CANNOT seem to get the orders correct for delivery. Our company ordered from them multiple times and EVERY single time the orders were screwed up. We even have the person on the phone repeat the orders to to us and still they screw up. It's a running joke around the office. The staff who's preparing the orders either cannot handle busy times or just don't care. read more

The cashier at this Chopt was so rude. She was busy on her cell phone. It was like we were interrupting her to pay for our food. I asked for a side of dressing and she rolled her eyes, sighed out loud and made it a big deal. I asked for a drink, she sighed again and said "what else do you want?" in a very agitated tone of voice. We spent almost $40 and should have been respected as good customers. It was our first and it will be our last time there. We were there at approximately 8:25pm on 5/21/19. Management should follow up with this. read more

I love Chop't because their salads are delicious and their ingredients are really fresh. But they consistently get my mobile order wrong even though I leave clear instructions in the comments. The only reason I keep going is because the salad is so good. I'm just tired of always asking them to correct my order. read more

Super fresh ingredients with lots of suggestions for mixing in ways you hadn't thought of. Clean and bright with lots of seating to eat-in. Portions were larger than I could eat in one sitting. Would definitely go back. Lots of parking and convenient to I-95 off exit 5. read more

Chopt has reduced the size of the salads and is saying it's because of the lettuce ratio. Makes no sense. I feel like I am getting less value for the same money AND served in a crappy molded cardboard container. I dont think I'll be going back. Feels cheapened read more

I believe this location only opened last week so I will try it again. I've been going to other locations and I don't believe Greenwich was up to par. The salad toppings were sparse on my salad, especially the meat. The toppings were adequately chopped but the lettuce was not. I wouldn't rate this location any better than other salads available elsewhere in town, especially for their prices. read more

A 2 hour+ Seamless delivery window within the same town is unacceptable. Get your act together.

Nice size salad with fresh greens but very minimal protein. Welcoming and friendly customer service. Not a fan of the Mexican soup, it did needed a little more spice or flavoring. The small soup cup size in comparison to the almost $6 price was a bit much. read more

I am giving Chop't 5 stars for the quality of their food. Yes, the service could be uneven and people struggle with making wraps but it is the best salad in Greenwich. In the summer this is the best take out option - personally, I do not care for half-dead giant lettuce one usually finds at other locations. Nor do I want to eat pizza (or cook) when it is 85 degrees and 90% humidity. Also, for reviewers who were expecting Michelin star service at a minimum wage fast food joint, be kind, for everyone is fighting a hard battle. Smile and compliment your chopper and the person at the register - works every time for me ;) read more

Slow, slow and disorganized! Salads are tasty but service has gotten unbelievably slow.

Only been here a handful of times and have never had an enjoyable experience. Gave in and went with my husband today (he loves salads) and somehow I ended up being the unlucky one with a very long thick black hair sticking out of my salad. I luckily noticed it before they chopped it up into a ton of small hair bits. They threw out the salad and gave me a free soup which is nice....but can't eat it without thinking that every piece in it is hair. read more

I love chopt. Their food is amazing. The quality is impeccable and everything is always perfect when it comes to the food. But for some reason the people that work at this establishment vary. I've had amazing customer service and then horrible. So as far as I'm concerned, chopt needs to do a little better of a job with choosing their staff. And maybe they should treat their mobile customers a little better. read more

I love how they chop up my salads with their super-cool curved chopper blades. Meshes all the flavors and textures together just how I like it. I LOVE CHOP'T. YUMMY, HEALTHY, FAST, very reasonably priced. What more can you ask for. Hit this spot gem up everytime I'm in CT! read more

Great place. Go to spot for lunch. Plenty of parking. Always order ahead in the app and it's ready to avoid the long lunch time lines. It's pricey for a lunch time take out salad, BUT it's huge and always delicious. I recommend adding the chipotle chicken and Tex Mex dressing. read more

My problem with chopt t is the waisted salad that falls on the floor after they put all your yummy ingredients inside your container then they pour it all out to get chopped up and maybe Im crazy because at least a quarter of your salad is left on floor . I WANT ALL MY SALAD CHOPT GIVE IT BACK TO ME. I feel like I got salad robbed .Other wise is pretty darn good. read more
