Best bahn mi I've ever had, the bread was perfect. Had the chicken and the pork, both were amazing, surprisingly I liked the chicken better. So juicy and full of flavor!! We split the beef pho, it was great, nice broth, really good meatballs in it. Also the crispy spring rolls, best I've had. Total: about 23 bucks for 2 of us. Atmosphere, food taste and service is perfect. Great balance of upscale and relaxed. They pay attention to detail and nothing is rushed. However the food arrived quickly! The food is truly the best quality in town. I won't pretend to be some food critic, but nothing is over seasoned. They allow the right foods and herbs to contribute flavor. They make sure you have everything you want, but they leave you alone just enough to enjoy your dinner in peace. i came here with some friends to get food to-go, sadly i wasn't very impressed. i wanted to like it, with how much i love asian food, but it felt like a money grab at the trend of asian food lately. i ordered beef pho and some lavender milk bubble tea, the broth of the pho was very bland and watery, with not many other ingredients in it. and the tea, though it tasted good, was $6.00 and was mostly ice. most of my friends had similar opinions. most likely won't be going back. read more

This restaurant has a set tip at 18% when a party of 6+ comes. This is definitely one of the worst service experience I've ever had at a restaurant. They got our orders wrong multiple times. Only gave 3 plate and 3 sets of utensils at a table of 12. When we asked for more utensils the service was slow and only gave one pair of utensils at a time. We spent over 2 hours at the restaurant waiting to order and waiting for our food to come out. The service seemed a lot nicer for other tables as they were taken care of. Servers gave off the impression that since we had a set tip of 18% we were the last priority. Lastly with 3 bowls of Pho, a order of Bulgogi, and two milk teas our total came out to be $80. This was ridiculous especially after the service we had received. Overall, if you are planning on going with a large group of people I would NOT recommend. Wow, what a nice little gem in Chattanooga. Great food and helpful wait staff. I love the Autumn rolls and peanut sauce (addictive). Since I'm a vegan, I asked if they could accommodate my needs and they were more than happy to do so. Everything is so fresh. They made me a nice stir fry vegetable dish with tofu (not on the menu) and you could tell the veggies were fresh and not overcooked. They will be updating their menu soon and will be including more vegetarian options. Skip the noisy atmosphere of "Rain" Thai restaurant (near by) and come here instead. read more

I've had countless bowls of pho before and you can usually count on it's simple taste. however no matter how much soy sauce, lime, hoisin, sriracha or chili paste I added, it amounted to nothing. From the outside , it looks very small and uninviting. Once you go inside and look at the menu , things change . The staff was very friendly and immediately served us with recommendations . We ordered kimchi spicy fried rice , chopstix noodles with chicken, and 2 sandwiches . All of it was delish and I woulda go back again to eat there ! What a great find, authentic Vietnamese food in Chattanooga. I've been here twice, once dining in and once for take out. The first visit I got the summer vietnamese beef noodle bowl, which I thought was yum, although I did douse it heavily in the delicious house-made chili lemongrass sauce that's on every table. The second visit I got a pork bahn mi sandwich and fried spring rolls to go, and this turned out to be even better than the first visit! The bahn mi had crispy bread, roast pork, a savory patè spread, crunchy pickled veg, and fresh herbs and jalapeños. The spring rolls had real filling inside, not like the tasteless cabbage mess you find at some Chinese buffets. The rolls were extra crispy and served with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Try this place for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed! read more

The pho has no flavor. I was anticipating it all day, but It has failed me drastically. Never order the pho unless you don't know how real pho tastes. The pho is watered down, and the rare meat that's in it is dry and chewy. This pho is trash compared to the real authentic pho. I'm a full blooded Vietnamese and the first sip of the broth didn't even punch me into my senses. They need to step up their pho game. read more

The pho is authentic, I live in California and this restaurant is worth the money. The only thing I have to say is that they don't have variety in there pho. Also if you ask for extra noodles or meat, ask for it on the side. The customer service was welcoming, they are prepared and quick to serve food. read more

I can only comment on their Take Out because I haven't eaten in house yet, but this is the first good pho I've had since moving here from Atlanta. I ordered pho, bahn mi, and boba. The pho was ok. The bahn mi was not great at all. It was smothered in mayo. I also ordered kimchi and was charged $2 for a 2oz cup, which wasn't even filled. Pretty disappointed. If I come back It'll be for the boba. read more

Chopstix must been having a bad night. I ordered Lemongrass Vermicelli with chicken. Candidly, the chicken was anything but fresh. My wife ordered Pho. It arrived 15 minutes after my meal ... and it was prepared incorrectly. Further, the basil had black mold on it. So, we sent the dish back. Five minutes later we were told it would take an additional 20 minutes to prepare a new serving. We declined and left. They did comp my meal, so Chopstix gets three stars instead of one. read more
