Basil Fried Rice
Sonic R.

THE BEST PLACE if you're wanting Asian food. Their customer service is top tier, and their ambiance is relaxing and enjoyable. Don't get me started on how good their food tastes!! Their basil fried rice is to die for, and our favorite appetizer is the fresh spring rolls with tofu. Oh and their Pho is really good. You have to visit this place at least once in Chattanooga!!

Food and services was great! The place felt really homey and it was clean. I will come back!

Pho 8/10. Wings 6/10. Spring rolls 7/10.

Pho was good. Wings could have been crispier. Spring rolls were good. Will definitely come back for pho!

Fried dumplings

Read great reviews on here so went to see for ourselves. Started with the fried dumplings and regretted it - over cooked and bland. The spicy Korean wings were actually really good - large, more sweet than spicy and a unique taste. Husband got the honey dew boba tea which was chalky and mediocre. Both of us had the beef pho which was light on the beef with a broth that was ok but could be more developed. Pretty expensive too we thought. All and all decent for Chattanooga, but if you have ever left Chattanooga, you know that can't compare to Asian food elsewhere.

Tofu Banh Mi

I come here from time to time with my friends and we like this place. I usually get the Tofu Banh Mi and switch between the Lavender Milk Tea and Honey Oolong Milk Tea with boba. Both milk tea flavors are really good. The pickled veggies and sauce in the Banh Mi are so delicious. One time a server spilled food on my white shirt and left stains on it, but other than that I like the food and boba. I still come back here.

I love, love, love Pho! I have two places I like to go. This is my 2nd favorite Pho restaurant. I was in the East Brainerd side of Chattanooga, so decided to stop for lunch. I ordered the Chicken Pho and summer rolls. The rolls came with 2 in an ordered and I chose pork over the shrimp and tofu. They are crazy stuffed with rice noodles and the dipping sauce has actual peanuts in it. Both were tasty but different from my #1 go-to spot, Noodles and Pho in Hixson. The chicken Pho was piping hot and delicious...I think the dish is addicting! (Hello, my name is Denise and I am a Pho-oholic...) Great prices and the spicy wings (which I ordered to go for my son) are great!

Short rib bahn mi $6.50 and delicious

(I got takeout) In short, everything was great and I'll be back many, many, many times. I'd never had a bahn mi before and I was starving yesterday and in the area, so I stopped by Chopstix. I was first surprised at how nice it is inside. I wasn't expecting squalor by any means, but I do think the outside doesn't give the inside justice. I ordered takeout at the bar; the menu in the restaurant is more extensive than the one online. I ordered crispy spring rolls, a short rib bahn mi, and kimchi fried rice (I can never resist this dish when I see it on a menu). I ate the bahn mi in the car on the way home. It's wrapped in a thin sheet of red and white checkered paper and there's plenty of ingredients inside. I thought for sure it'd be messy in the car, but it wasn't at all. I was impressed, in fact. And it was delicious. The short ribs were a tad too cooked for me, but the flavor was delicious and it was complemented by the pickled julienned veggies. The cilantro gives a nice fresh bite now and then, and I have no idea what the sauce is that's inside but it's delicious. The crispy spring rolls were okay. I'd get them again, but only because going to an asian restaurant and not ordering spring rolls is against the law in my family. Part of the issue is that they were in a styrofoam case so by the time I got home, they'd been steaming in there and weren't crispy anymore. I enjoyed the rice noodles and veggies inside, though. I had the kimchi rice later that evening for dinner and it's the best kimchi fried rice I've ever had (I've had the dish at places in Huntsville, AL and Atlanta, GA). That's not to say my experience with the dish is extensive, but out of the 3 or 4 places I've had it, this one was the best. FYI, there's a small ramekin of dark spices that comes with the fried rice. I suggest not putting a huge pinch in your mouth to try and figure out what it is....because it's hot, particularly when you're not expecting it to be. The staff was really sweet, professional, and helpful. It looked like the two ladies behind the bar with whom I spoke really enjoyed their jobs. I will return!

Very good Pho! This is the Authentic Beef Pho. It was delightful. I would have liked it to be a tiny bit beefier broth and have a little more meat in the bowl, but it was still good. I think the only better place in town is Noodles and Pho but it is a trade off - the food came out here very fast and it is very slow at noodles and pho. We also tried spring rolls and the bubble tea slushy in Taro flavor. Spring rolls were good and the bubble tea was the best I've had in town. Also like to note that the service was five stars. Great servers. Will def be back!

Stopped by on a recent trip after a search online. Possibly the best pho I've ever had. Will be back next time in Chattanooga.

Unlike a Japanese hibachi grill, there is no expert to cook provided for your table - YOU are your own cook here! My "date" chose the hot spot, I chose the grill. Both were all-you-can-eat servings which allow you to choose two meats (12-15 total options) and several veggies or sides from their long list (30+) of selections in each round (to limit waste, which makes sense). My favorite was the volcano steak, which included great seasoning and super tender meat. It's not the highest quality meat you'll find, but that's too be expected in an all-you-can-eat concept. The environment was fun except for the unbelievable large video screen on the back wall that is too bright and obnoxious like some digital billboards! The delivery robot that delivered certain items to tables was an interesting curiosity especially for the kids at the tables around us. The best part of our experience was the service, which was very attentive and responsive and included lots of instructions and patience to coach rookie like us to the this cooking concept. She also gave very helpful suggestions that helped us pick from the long left of menu selections. Fun experience although not cheap! We would do it again just because it's truly unique.

This place was so good - we ate there Tuesday, then, again Thursday. We're heading out tomorrow - but seriously considered staying one more day, to eat there again! We've had a lot of good Korean, all you can eat BBQ over the years, but this one ranked near the top. The best quality meats we have had anywhere. Service was excellent. The grills are the best and fastest cooking we have seen. They also have hot pot for $5 extra - but we didn't want ANYTHING else - the Beef Bulgogi was SO GOOD. If you've never had Korean. Chaos Mongolian Grill -- Where You're the Chef of Your Own Feast…read more If you love food that's as unique as you are, Chaos Mongolian Grill in Chattanooga is your playground. Here, you don't just order a meal -- you build it. Start by picking your protein from a lineup that covers all the cravings: tender chicken, juicy steak, fresh fish, plump shrimp, and more. Next, hit the seasoning station like a pro -- dried chopped onions, garlic powder, garlic salt, and plenty of other flavor-boosters are ready to make your creation sing. Then, pile on crisp veggies, crack in some eggs, and drench it all in your choice of sauces. For the base, I'm a noodle loyalist (they soak up every drop of flavor), but rice, cabbage, and other options are on deck. Once your masterpiece is stacked sky-high, the cooks work their magic on the sizzling grill and bring it to your table hot and fresh. It's not all-you-can-eat, but the "stack it as high as you can" rule means you'll still leave full and happy. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the grill team keeps things moving so you're not staring at your empty plate for long. Yes, the building shows its age, but honestly, the flavors are so bold and the experience so fun, you'll barely notice. If you're ready to unleash your inner chef and eat exactly what you're craving, this spot delivers big.

They had a nice little room for us and even with such a large party accommodated separate checks so we ordered by family. They are also friendly, but professional. The food...the food was really good. Really with a big party like that everyone's got a hankering for something and everyone was able to get what they wanted. Portions were also very generous. Some of us got to take home leftovers. Restaurant is super clean. There is a full bar. They can accommodate smaller parties in the larger broader restaurant. We went on a Saturday and easily found street parking. Will definitely be back here when we come through town again.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box with fried rice. It comes with a house salad and chicken broth soup, tempura vegetables, and California rolls. After arriving to my hotel, I dove in to this scrumptious dinner. The chicken, rice and tempura veggies were are very tasty. The rolls were good too. The chicken broth soup was so-so meh. Overall, the quality was great, and very much worth the cost and wait time.
