Our server, Molly, was extremely attentive and helped us navigate the very difficult task of deciding what to order when everything on the menu sounded so good. The lettuce wraps were light but surprisingly filling, and the brisket fried rice was delicious with just the right amount of spice. The portions were very generous and perfect for sharing. And I have to mention the skillet corn again because it was THAT good. My husband and I were practically fighting over the last bite! Highly recommend Kai Bistro.
