    Tonkatsu ramen
    Cel L.

We were visiting friends in Chattanooga from Toronto, and were pleasantly surprised to discover a ramen place that recently opened right next to our hotel. We ordered the tonkatsu ramen, which tasted pretty good! I especially liked the vegetables, corn, mushrooms, and egg. The broth and noodles had a rich flavour as well. The sushi itself didn't taste as fresh and had a bit more sauce than we're used to. Overall, it was a welcome change from the burger places in the area.

Grabbed some hibachi here with hubby. It was really convenient because we were able to order ahead online and then just pick it up. I had the tofu with hibachi noodles and my husband had the chicken hibachi with rice. The portions were generous and the food was pretty good.

Our food was delivered on time. We were served and seated fast. We order edamame, 2 sushi rolls, 2 ramens, and 2 hibachi plates for a total of $100. Not bad considering many ramen and sushi places are SUPER expensive. I personally would come back considering a lot of Chattanoogas ramen places have not really pleased me this one did. :)

The bartender seemed put out when I ordered a drink. The food and ambiance were good.

Love that we have a vegetarian/vegan restaurant here in Chatt!…read more Food was delicious and big portions!! Dumplings were amazing, we had the "beef" noodles and the rich broth ramen. My husband got the mango boba tea (DEEEEEELICIOUS) I ended up drinking most of it (oops) Highly recommend! It's a great place to eat. Booths and tables available. The service was great, and the restaurant is clean and cute!

This place is a little off the beaten path, but the reviews looked promising, so we decided a small sushi road trip was in order. I walked in expecting the usual sushi restaurant vibe. Instead I was greeted by a television so large it could probably pick up signals from space. When I say massive, I mean it takes up an entire wall. Nothing pairs with delicate nigiri quite like a television the size of a drive-in movie screen. The all you can eat menu is a little limited when it comes to rolls, which was a bit surprising. But the nigiri selection was actually pretty strong and, more importantly, surprisingly fresh. Plenty of options and the fish held up well over multiple rounds. The cooked items were also plentiful, which helps if someone in your group is not fully committed to the raw fish lifestyle. Overall, I enjoyed the food. The service, however, moved at a pace that felt very... deliberate. Very, very slow. Slow enough that you start wondering if the rice is being strategically deployed to fill you up before your next order arrives. Still, the food was good and the experience enjoyable enough to land at a slightly above average four stars. Tip: come with extra time and patience. Settle in, watch a good sporting event on that enormous TV, and pack away some pretty solid sushi. Four stars. A little off the beaten path, a little slow on the service, but good sushi and possibly the biggest TV you will ever see in a sushi restaurant.

One of the best Thai restaurants in the city. Serving flavorful and and rich yellow curries. Medium spice gives you a warm reminder of what you're enjoying. The jasmine rice has such a nutty aroma that I just couldn't stop eating. Servings were generous and I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. They do have a lunch special, and if you're in the area I would highly encourage you stop in an give it a try.

We came around 6 for dinner and the space inside is pretty neat. I liked the decorations, it was so colorful and bright. It's pretty in there. I ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken at medium heat, and my friend ordered a tofu curry. Honestly, I felt like the medium heat was a bit mild for me. I think I could've ordered hot and it would've been fine. The noodles were good, sauce was nice and the veggies tasted fresh. Wait time for food wasn't long at all. My Pad Thai was good, but for me I wish the sauce was a little bit more savory. Don't get me wrong, I love the classic sweet and savory sauce but this dish ended up leaning more sweet rather than having that balance. So if you prefer a slightly sweeter Pad Thai, then this would be the place for you. We also had these rice crackers with a very thick sauce that was slightly sweet that was so tasty. The crackers were very crunchy and had a nice crisp. It paired so well with the sauce on the side, it was nice. Service was excellent. It helped that it wasn't super busy when we arrived. I wanted to order a boba to-go, but I genuinely didn't have anymore room haha. I was so full. I don't think I would order a Pad Thai for me, but I'd come back to try their other noodle dishes and definitely a boba and dessert.
