I don't normally write reviews, but after reading the previous bad one I thought I had to write this in order to give this place some justice. I have been coming to this establishment several times already and have never encountered any problems. In fact, over the past few months I think that this place has only gotten better. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant clearly stands out. I personally love Asian food, and have been longing for a place in Ooltewah that was something other than Thai. For those of you who don't know they have an amazing menu that is filled with Vietnamese cuisines and even some Korean items too. If you're trying to be adventurous I would recommend the special combo pho that has beef, tendons, and tripes. It's also fun to try some unique dishes such as the vermicellis and the crispy egg noodles. They also have some traditional Korean foods such as bulgogi, bibimbop, and kalbi which is a MUST try. I love coming here from time to time and trying out something new. I highly recommend for other people to do the same, and I'm sure that you won't be disappointed. We were on our way back home from our Smoky Mountain trip and craved for some Asian food. This place came up in my search. We came in 20 minutes before the restaurant closed for lunch hours and 6 minutes before the kitchen closed ( The restaurant closes at 3:00 PM and reopens at 5:00 PM). They let me know the hours, but still took us in. We ordered the combo Pho right away so that the kitchen could make it before closing. The Pho came out quickly, tasted great, and the portions were good. We were all full and satisfied. The restaurant was clean, staff are nice and friendly. They have boba too. We were so full that we had to take the boba with us. The container for the bobas weren't designed for to-go, I guess. They don't fit in the cup holders in the car. This is just a little inconvenient for us, no big deal, but could be something that the restaurant could improve. read more

Absolutely love the food here...one of the few truly authentic Korean restaurants that makes really good food. We especially love the Bibimbap and their kimchi. This is the only place we have found in the greater Chatt area where we can find great quality, food and service. read more

Ok, my family and I have decided to step out the box and try new foods from all different places, kinda like stepping away from the norm. So we decided to check a few new places here on Yelp. Well me being the skeptical one had my doubts but this is what I also agreed on doing. So we drive to this little bitty place that's not at all fancy on the outside and the building is very small. First thing we noticed as we enter the restaurant is that is incredibly clean and nice. The host was very nice as soon as we stepped through the door. He leads us to our table and of course we have no idea what to order from the menu. So we decide that we will try out four different entrees and two appetizers. Now this is really fun because we have no idea of what we're getting. Let me just cut through the chase and say that this food was AWESOME!!!! Wow, the best food that we've had since moving to Chattanooga. I can't tell you what we ordered because I just don't remember but it was all just so delicious. If you like this kind of food or just looking to try something new then please don't pass on this place, you won't be disappointed I promise you!! The service was also just as good as the food. Their staff are some great people who don't mind answering questions that you may have. The atmosphere is so relaxing and enjoyable. So for this I give them 5 out of 5 stars!! read more

I was in the area and decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere. The staff was helpful in choosing a dish. I ordered the chopstix stirfried noodles with tofu. It was tasty and fresh and I had enough for lunch the next day at work. And I'm so glad now there's a place with a good Boba tea. I had the taro milk tea, but there are so many delicious options. I will definitely be back to try out more menu items. read more

I DoorDashed from here an order of the original beef pho and calamari. Once it got to my door, it was a mess. At first I thought it was the dasher's fault, but upon further investigation it was the fault of whoever packaged my food. The the lid of the broth was messed up and it was SO HOT that when it got to the other items it melted holes through the styrofoam container of the calamari. On top of having to clean up this mess, the greens in the pho additions box tasted old and the beef tasted old as well. The fried calamari was soggy from the scalding pho broth. I tried this place for the first time the other night and the food was exceptional! I had the Bibimbap with beef, two vegetable spring rolls, and a $10 plate of fried rice and chicken (split among 4). All the dishes were uniquely flavorful, savory, and filling! The portions were generous, and there was plenty to take home! If i had to come up with one thing i didn't like so much, I'd probably say the beef broth/soup that came as a side started to taste like plain salt after part way into my meal. But man, I'd love to get some more of that bibimbap! read more

This place is great! When they first opened, they just did Vietnamese food, but they did that really well. But since then, they've added Korean dishes and boba tea to their menu! Today I had bibimbap and mango milk tea with rainbow jelly bobas. The bibimbap was fresh, hot and delicious, and a little spicy but nothing I couldn't handle. It was served with a soup broth and a small dish of kimchi. My friend had the seafood and pork pho without the pork (as it is Lent). We got there early and by the time we were done the place was packed which makes me happy to see, because hopefully they'll be around a while! read more

It's good. Services were great, super efficient! Food came out fast. BB pork Bah mi was a little dry, it could be better with more pickled veggies. Pho was good, very generous with the meat. Basil Fried rice tasted good, woke up next morning with a dry tongue so a little heavy on the msg. Overall, a great family business that all should support. read more

I/we have been either dining in or ordering for take-out at this new establishment for several months now and the service and eats have always been fantastic! Unfortunately, last evening was a huge shocker for us! While eating my meal of chicken soup, I came across a piece of plastic, i.e., similar to what you would find from a broken plastic container piece. I plan to dial the restaurant (after they open today) to report this unanticipated finding. Was excited to find a place that had bibimbap, pho and banh mi all under one roof. After living in Seattle for over 5 years, I found the prices here to be above normal, but there has been effort put into the front of house and ambiance, so it's not a big deal. Pho was excellent, banh mi was ok but not what I'm used to from typical Vietnamese restaurants, and looking forward to trying other dishes my next go around. I'll definitely be back. read more

We love ordering from Chopstix at work! This is a solid place to satisfy your craving for kimchi, especially with their kimchi friend rice dish. That was actually one of the first dishes I tried when I moved to Chattanooga - it's a large portion that is brimming with flavor and spice. I've also had the bibimbap which is actually very well-constructed and overall a delightful choice, and doesn't forget to include the spicy chili sauce. The boba comes in wider cups so don't be surprised if it has a little trouble fitting completely in your car cap holder. However, they are not stingy with the boba and it is a well-made drink. However, the Vietnamese coffee is not my favorite - I like it better when they're freshly made to order and the mixed with the condensed milk in real time. Also make sure to check out the lemongrass chicken - this is an amazing connection of textures with the fried chicken, lemongrass sauce, and sticky rice accompaniment. Yum! I had the basil fried rice with chicken. It was okay. I went with my family and everyone else seemed to really enjoy their food so I wished I ordered something different. It's not that the basil fried rice was bad, I still ate it all, it just wasn't what I was expecting for fried rice. read more

They have a very varied menu with lots of items I'd like to try. But we were a little disappointed with our first visit. We ordered the short ribs and beef and tripe pho. The ribs were good but a little expensive, the pho was lacking depth of flavor, the tripe could have been cooked better, and the beef was way over cooked. Not sure if we'll go back. Finally, good bahn mi in Chattanooga. Crusty french bread, modest helping of grilled pork, fresh cilantro, carrots, cucumber, and a garlic mayo spread (we opted to skip the pate). It was still very tasty 20 minutes later after take-out. Could use some fresh jalapenos, maybe a little more pork, but overall it's a great sandwich for $4.50. Also had the lemongrass pork vermicelli, a fresh tasting noodle bowl. The lemongrass sauce had a subtle sweetness but wasn't overdone. Not quite as good as some of the Vietnamese restaurants I've visited in Houston and NYC, but it's a welcome start. Looking forward to eating here again! read more

This place is simply incredible!! My mother took me there for my birthday meal today as she knows pho is one of my favorite meals. Not only was it good it may be the best pho i have ever had!!
