Food is really good, one of the best egg rolls in Bristol. Service is great too, family owned.

The last time I've gotten food from Chopsticks was when I wrote my last review of the restaurant back in January of 2013 and it was dreadful Chinese take out. This time was a bit better. The General Tso's and Sesame chicken were decent. Not crispy but it tasted good. Smaller pieces of chicken which was OK but I would have preferred some chunkier pieces so that I could taste more of the chicken and a little less sauced up batter. Same with the Sesame Chicken. The Crab Sticks are very good here. Huge and really crunchy. Egg Rolls, Steam Dumplings are really decent. Everything tasted fresh and while it wasn't the best Chinese food it also wasn't the most expensive either. Overall this trip made Chopsticks an option when it comes to Chinese take out or delivery. I'll probably be back at some point in the near future. read more

Not my first choice for Chinese takeout in Bristol, but it's only 0.2 miles away from my apartment (so we end up ordering from Chopsticks Kitchen often). I like the steamed dumplings appetizer, I always order it. The roast pork lo mein is also decent. But the General Tso's chicken is awful (soggy texture & bad tasting sauce). Won't ever get it again. Last night my wife ordered the Lemon chicken. Basically, it was 8 pieces of chicken (often referred to as "Golden Fingers") sitting on top of a heap of lettuce. A large container of sweet yellow lemon sauce accompanied the dish. Very underwhelming, pathetic in fact. Chopsticks Kitchen is lousy take-out Chinese food. But I imagine I'll continue to order from them, occasionally, when I'm too lazy to drive very far. read more

They're okay. They're just sometimes need to cook their peas more inside their food. They need to understand customers requests but their food is mostly good. It's pretty much all I have to say and their price is not too bad read more

Whenever I'm in the mood for some good Chinese takeout, Chipsticks is my go-to restaurant which hasn't disappointed this far. My favorite order is the Combo plate C17, fried chicken wings with shrimp fried rice, egg roll, and a side of French fries. Chicken wings are always crisp but not greasy, rice is always well made if a bit under-seasoned l, which a packet of soy sauce will fix. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed! read more

We got the bulgogi bowl, the pork belly bowl, the bulgogi tater tots and the street corn bowl. The two bulgogi dishes were great. Veggies very fresh and dressing was delicious. The pork belly wasn't quite there. That's one of those things that needs to be spot on otherwise it's not appealing. The corn was unappealing as well. Overall, though, I think what they're doing is fun and unique and we'll definitely be ordering from here in the future but maybe just stick to the simpler dishes. read more

I've gotten Crab Rangoon and Egg Drop from there and they never disappoint me. Today I decided to try their lunch combo, General Tso Chicken and regular house fried rice. Definitely surprised how fresh it was and thoroughly cooked to my liking. Delivery was in timely manner and their place I've been in it few times. Worst Chinese place I've ever been to. I was standing there for a good 30 seconds before someone looked up from their phone to help me. Then I pointed to my order and she rang me up for something else that was $7 more. I asked about soup and she said okay. Umm...there were flies everywhere and she made me wait outside with my service dog. Never going back. read more

When I really have a taste for Chinese this is the most convenient and decent place where I live. I have to say that since they changed ownership a few years back the food doesn't taste as good. Nothing to rave about but it is just OK. You definitely can't eat in the establishment because they don't use heat in the winter or AC in the summer lol Its really uncomfortable in there. read more

If I could add no stars I would. Placed an order at 8:05 PM, figured it would be about 50 minutes for delivery and that's what I was advised as well. Ordered 3 combo platters with a total of $45, average price for Chinese food. Well, at 9:20 still no food, so I call. I was told it would be there any minute! I thanked the woman who answered and waited. I knew it at least left the restaurant. 9:45, still no food. My fiancé then calls back and the woman called the driver. We were told the driver couldn't find our house. Come to find out, the address was incorrect. Understandable, things happen. So my fiancé went outside and flagged the driver down and the time is now 9:50. When the driver pulled up, the bag was ripped almost to shreds. He said "the food was rolling all over my car". As he was walking up the food was FALLING OUT and my sweet and sour sauce was on my front steps. My fiancé was on the phone still with the restaurant and after seeing all this and the food, we were offered $5 off! $40 for food we can't even eat? It was cold, soggy and just disgusting. We ended up driving it back to them and after some arguing FINALLY got our money back and a sorry. Other customers in the restaurant were disgusted and even approached us outside stating the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional and horrible. Save yourself the trouble and time, don't do it. read more

Chopsticks is our go to food for Chinese delivery. They are always reliable and although the prices have gone up a bit the food is always good and cooked well. They deliver very quickly and in all kinds of weather. Very American Chinese. read more

It's Chinese! They deliver it tastes good the spare ribs are hit or miss but one of the better ones around. If you're expecting a miracle from delivery Chinese for cheap prices you shouldn't order. Prices are decent, it's not too cheap where you might get suspicious but not too pricey where you feel like you're spending two months worth of paychecks on one meal. The food is always cooked and the crab Rangoon is always on point here. I typically get delivery and it's always quick. Good place to order from and a treat to have it so close. read more

This place used to be good. It's not. It's awful. Dumplings were not cooked and orange chicken was gross. Not ordering again.

I ordered the chicken & broccoli combo platter. I received it quickly and courteously and it wasn't over-priced. It also came with crispy dipping noodles which I enjoyed. Upon arriving home, my food was hot and in a light brown yummy sauce. Pork fried rice and egg roll and wonton/egg drop soup were just right. Will be dining again. Great Chinese take-out restaurant. The staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, food is fresh and has good flavor, and isn't greasy. Also, your order is ready fast, parking is very convenient for pick up, and their delivery service is prompt and pleasant.
