I've personally been here probably over 50 times (no joke) since I've moved to Plainfield 2 yrs ago. Suggestion to all that cook carne asada (skirt steak): for it to be spot on with the seasoning....use Adobo....but it needs to be the Criolla brand. A lot of places use Goya Adobo but thats pure salt with no taste. Criolla Adobo is good on all meats & gives it a great taste. If you're gonna grill it.....season with Adobo & put in a zip lock bag over night with vinegar.....& oh emm geee.....the most tender, flavorful skirt steak!!! I've even left 'em seasoning for 3 days...& thats even better & more tender.
