She always creates such a fun, friendly, and chill vibe that I always look forward to seeing her every time! She has been my go to nail artist for over a year now. I love her attention to detail and the her willingness to pivot if needed (which hardly happens!) so much as well. It truly makes me feel like she cares about the clients' happiness unlike those other nail artists who tend to rush you. I used to have anxiety from getting my nails done because my hands tend to be very shaky but she is kind, patient, and understanding when working on me. I once ended up ripping my whole pinky nail off (eww I know) but Cat was super reassuring and provided nail growth tips to guide me through the healing process ! She's also transitioned me from acrylic to builder gel and I swear I'm never going back. My nails have never felt more healthy and my lungs are happy to not be breathing in those fumes anymore lol Her style is super versatile and I've never left disappointed. I used to stick to very basic designs (as you can see in the pics) and now I'm much more open to more fun design styles. Regardless, her knowledge and experience in different nail application techniques as well as design and artwork is what keeps me coming back. I truly love that I've found someone so trust worthy and patient who's guided me through my nail glow up journey! Their work is consistently excellent, which is why I've often recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the salon's management and front desk staff. Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.
