I paid for the royal pedicure but the technician, didnt catch her nail because she said not one word to me (older lady) was more interested in everything being done around my pedicure than my pedicure itself; she wiped the lotion and oil on, no massage. She watched as others did pedicure and nails, moved my legs around. This pedicure didnt even meet my top 20. My mom was in the next chair getting a pedicure and boy, hers was worse than mine. Lasted np more than 10 minutes. She asked them not to cut her nails just file as the lady proceeded to cut.

Came here to get short almond gel x nails with a French tip design for my wedding nails. I showed inspo pics and requested that the white not be super stark white compared to the pink. My nail tech started off with a thicker French tip to cover the natural nail peeking out under the gel tip. However that did not fit my vision so I asked for a thinner tip. She did mention that you would be able to see the natural nail under the tip and I said it was ok. I realized after I got home that the pink base coat was essentially clear and the natural nail showed in an obvious way in photos even though I thought it looked ok in person. I did not bring this up to the salon because I figured I just chose the wrong design and decided to just go somewhere else to just get a solid color all over. While getting my polish changed at the other salon, the nail tech noticed that my cuticles were completely covered in gel and had to take an extra 10-15 mins just drilling all the gel off my cuticles otherwise it wouldn't have grown out smoothly. She also fixed the nail shape because it was super pointy for almond in my opinion. My reason for my rating is because gel is not good to constantly get on skin. I did notice my original tech at moongirlnails used a brush to wipe off the gel after each tip application which I didn't love since other places I've been to have known how much gel to apply to avoid overflow. Using excess glue and going back to clean up is not good technique in my opinion. And seeing that the excess was not even fully wiped off and left on my cuticles, I cannot in good faith recommend this salon if you want to avoid developing a gel allergy.

I was immediately waited on.....but I'm sure it helped that I went in early, around 12:00 on a weekday. Lynda was awesome. She was thorough without being rough. Then last 6/5/26, I asked for the same $5 add on for the polish to stay longer but all the ladies working there including the lady owner and the guy owner looked clueless as to what I was talking about and didnt reply. The lady owner even looked like she doesnt speak English and were talking amongst each other in Vietnamese or Thai or whatever dialect. Anyway it was so annoying and now after only 2 weeks (without that $5 add on they apply to make polish last longer), the nail polish on my 2 fingers are already chipped off. Hope management is more consistent w the services they offer and be more courteous and professional to their clients. You never know if they are talking abt you. It is very rude to speak in a different language while they are doing a service for you.
