I called ahead to make the appointment for my friend and I, and when we arrived we only had to wait 5-10 minutes. I dislike the salons that overbook and make you wait 30+ mins to start service so this was great! The salon is clean, my slight criticism would be to have better ventilation. When I walked in I was hit by the smell of nail polish fumes, it was a bit overwhelming but I got used to it after a while - beware if you are sensitive to smells. The manicure / pedicure itself was decent, the edges could be a little bit cleaner but overall solid spot, especially for the value.

I contacted Polish via Yelp looking for the right salon to get a gel manicure for an upcoming event this weekend and Thu was very quick and responsive with all my questions and requests! Even rescheduling my appointment was incredibly easy with them when I mixed up my schedule. The salon is very clean and modern. Everyone there was incredibly nice and my tech Nikki was absolutely amazing! She quickly found the color I wanted after I requested a different blue from their swatch stick and went straight to work! She hit a little bit of a snag when it came to the polish since the formula is so sheer and you need thin coats to apply properly, it wasn't really covering my nails the way we wanted it to. Two techs and Thu (I believe since she greeted me and knew about my appointment) came to the rescue and the problem was quickly solved by adding a coat of opaque polish that was similar in color. I didn't ask them to fix this, Nikki went out of her way to fix it herself so the manicure came out absolutely perfect! A sheer look is not my personal favorite so I really appreciate that she caught it and found a perfect solution! I was also surprised by the hand massage I received after Nikki finished the manicure! With cuticle oil, lotion and a hot towel my hands were soooo soft afterwards. I was so upset when I had to wash my hands after using the restroom when I got home lol From start to finish I really loved my visit to this salon and will definitely come back if the manicure lasts up to two weeks.
