We visited Chocolati Café on a Sunday afternoon. The place is really cute and feels like a home, with plenty of space for working or just hanging out. They have a large selection of house-made chocolates, coffee beans, and other food items. We ordered a mocha and three truffles. The mocha was a highlight--really delicious and made with their own chocolate sauce. It's a very rich drink! The truffles were a mixed experience. The quality of the chocolate itself was high, and the fillings were very creamy. However, the added flavors were a letdown. We tried the apricot, marionberry, and hazelnut truffles, but the fruit flavors in the first two were almost non-existent. The hazelnut had a slight nuttiness, but it also wasn't very strong. As plain chocolate truffles, they were great, but as "flavored" truffles, they missed the mark. On a nice note, they also promote artwork from local artists, which adds to the lovely community feel.

This chain chocolate and coffee shop is always worth stopping into, each location has a different ambiance to it . The Greenwood location has a lovey coffee and tea bar and chocolates display ... it's hard to just choose one. The folks behind the counter are cheerful and informative.

This is such a cute and cozy coffee shop with plenty of seating. The patio was nice, drinks and chocolate were great, and it's a good place to spend some time for a while without feeling like you're being pushed out. I love it here!

While my mom was doing her hair I started to get hungry so I needed something to help me control my hunger until we get food. The hairdresser told me about this cafe and I am so happy she did. The hot chocolate is made out of actual melted chocolate not the cheap stuff. They have different kind of milks dairy and none dairy. And they have lots of chocolate to choose from yum. The hot chocolate is very rich so if you are like me not a chocolate person you will not be able to finish more than half of the middle cup sizes. I wish I took the small one as I felt bad not finishing it. But my hubby was happy as he mixed it with the double espresso drink he had. Everyone was amazing and very welcoming as we walked in. Like you can tell when the owner and the staff wanting to have happy customers. There was a mixup with my milk which I did order first the almond milk then changed it to the coconut milk but the gentleman who made it didn't hear the coconut milk. So he did apologise and kept asking me to make me new one with the coconut milk and I was like no I am good I love almond milk as well but the coconut milk makes it taste like coconut chocolate so that's why I like to drink it this way. I took chocolate pieces one with pistachio. And one with coco truffle I think. I loved the pistachio one so much. The coco one was good as well but I was already feeling full from the hot chocolate I kinda ate half of it as I said previously it's a very rich hot chocolate . Enjoy it

I first came to the Chocolati in Greenwood about 15 years ago as part of a Gorditos, Chocolati, Taproot Theater birthday celebration for one of my friends. We had time after the meal at Gorditos before the start of the play we were seeing, so we walked over to Chocolati and picked out a truffle each, except for the birthday girl who got to choose a few. The truffles were bigger and softer than the ones I was familiar with in a good way. This afternoon, Friday 8 September 2023, I went with two truffles of flavors I do not order frequently - an apricot and a Kahlua. Both were big and soft with a hearty amount of interior ganache. Most of the apricot flavor for that one came from the topping on the truffle. The Kahlua truffle had a subtle Kahlua flavor throughout that I was relieved to find not overpowering. Pricing was good at less than two dollars a piece. Seating outside of the building was available in the form of chairs with a table and benches. Inside, past the ordering counter and tucked away from the entrance, was interior seating with a cozy feel and rustic ambiance.

I don't like white chocolate or dark chocolate but I was pleased with their hot chocolate (58%) and the two milk chocolate truffles (peanut butter milk chocolate and milk chocolate)! I would order all three again, although the hot chocolate was a little darker than I expected.

I feel crazy right now but I know I'm not because I know who I am and I KNOW what I EXPERIENCED. This place was lovely but it smelled like skunk. Like wafts of skunk coming in. Not constant- but enough to wonder, why has no one commented on this before? Also none of the fruit truffles had fruit in them. Just chocolate. Hot chocolate though? Delicious.

This was just what I was searching for as a good place to get work on a computer done. Lots of seating including a closed-in outdoor space. There is free street parking and free WiFi. The drinks seemed a tad steep in pricing, but it's Seattle. I'll have to come back and actually try their chocolate one day. Lots of people working or hanging out. Tiny restroom, but at least they have one. The cafe felt for kitschy and chill.

I want this to be my go-to cafe in Greenwood. I just wish the service was a little better. They're not mean or anything like that.

They mostly do Mexican-style hot chocolates, made with all natural ingredients. The menu has a large variety of drinks to choose from. I'll admit, the prices are kinda high but for the unique product you're getting, I can understand. Also, I will warn you, many of the drinks have ground-up ingredients mixed in, so you might be chewing a bit on them as you drink, but I think that adds to the authenticity. It's part of the experience. I discovered Rey Amargo a couple years ago when I was walking around Cap Hill and they were offering samples on the sidewalk. It was the cardamom hot chocolate... at first taste, I knew I'd never forget this drink, and had to return to this place. The Spicy Mexican Mocha is another of my favorites. Smooth, a little smoky, a spicy background, and just enough coffee. If you ever stop at the café, the beverages are served in simple yet classy tall mugs. It's nice to just sit and sip while I stare out the window and let my mind escape.

We loved the Xocolatl; it is 100% Mexican cacao blended in water that looks like a warm chocolate soup, and comes with a chili, vanilla syrup, cinnamon and pepper that you can put in yourself depending on how much you want. It was very interesting, bitter, spicy, and complex, not sweet at all! It also made the perfect dipping sauce for the churros, which were deliciously crunchy with generous cinnamon and sugar. We shared an iced mint flavored Mexican hot chocolate as well, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. This little hot chocolate cafe is well worth the street parking! I highly recommend stopping by to try both familiar and unique flavors at a great price.

We were there at opening, and ordere the grilled cheese which comes with tomato soup, crème brûlée and I had th hot chocolate. The sandwich was good, although I would have liked a slice more cheese. The soup was really amazing. I don't often like tomato soup but this was the exception. Chunks of tomato and a full flavor without a lot of spices. The crème brûlée was warmed and freshly caramelized on top. This is not made in advance and just refrigerated which seems to be more common these days. The hot chocolate hit the spot! Options for no -dairy alternatives were offered which I almost forgot to ask. Liked the atmosphere, spacious and high ceilings. The staff was very friendly and nice. They had a rush when they opened and didn't seem unusual for them. The candied orange was a nice touch.

They brought out the wines one at a time- describing each one in detail, even pointing out which were their favorites. The service was very personable, which is something I don't always get at other places that do wine tastings. The chocolates were melt in your mouth, with unique flavors, making it extra fun. I must note- getting the flights that we did was pricey, but I know, most wine tastings and fancy chocolates are going to be expensive. I also wish there was a little more chocolate in the flight. I've never had champagne to start a flight and I absolutely loved it. The flight was well placed with each wine growing bolder.
