Fun experience! Came with a group of 6-just wanted to try something new. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Most of us got the first class flight, which is mostly reds. We also got 2 chocolate flights to share. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, and our server was very bubbly and energetic. Learning about all the wine and chocolate pairings was fun, and everything was tasty! The biggest downside is the location. It's in the capitol hill area, and parking is ATROCIOUS! Keep in mind if going. There is a lot next door for $20 though. In all, I'd definitely recommend. Fun outing with friends!

Excellent service and really friendly but chic ambiance. I loved the everything from the design of the menus to the vibe of the lighting. If I had had more time I probably would have gotten one of the flights because the wines all looked awesome. The milk tea truffle was amazing and I want a whole box now. I can't stop thinking about their house made vegan snack mix (and I'm not even vegan). And I will absolutely be back again and soon. Very cute for a date, girls night, friendly gathering, or, like me, just chilling by yourself with a book until your appointment.

My friends and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Aaron, Kevin, and David provided us with top notch service and attention. We had a couple of First class flights $30 each, 2 glasses of wine, 1 chocolate flight which comes with a sweet Riesling (at least this time. You get to pick from 2 choices) and 1 large charcuterie board. The charcuterie turned out to be too much for us so we should have gotten the smaller board. Nonetheless, everything was fabulous. The chocolate is handcrafted and artfully created. Kevin is the chocolatier and provided an exquisite overview of each. One touch I absolutely loved was the branded wall paper! It actually put an exclamation point on the care that David and Kevin put on the interior design of the place. My friend bought a bottle of the DeLille Minuit 2020 and some chocolate and was able to waive her tasting fee. An incredible deal since so many places aren't doing that anymore. I bought a $42 box of chocolates which I am so excited about. I hesitated to share it with my husband but I already did. I guess it's better to share. Bottomline, if you appreciate experiences and love wine and chocolate this is your place!

This was my first experience doing a wine and chocolate tasting, and Flight Wine + Chocolate did a great job with these experiences. We got the First Class flight and the Chocolate flight and each item was thoroughly described with an enthusiastic air behind the employee's knowledge. They also offer a great deal where one First Class flight would be comped if we were to purchase $70 in to-go goods, so we definitely went home with a bottle of Cabernet Franc and extra chocolates.

I found this place searching for wine tastings, and Google suggested I try it out. I can honestly say that I'm glad I did! You have to pay close attention when finding the building. It's tucked away and located across from the public storage building. The gentlemen that run this place are super nice and very knowledgeable about their products. They offer three different wine flight options, a chocolate flight and charcuterie. The chocolate is made in-house and was honestly some of the best chocolate I've ever had in my life. I had the business class flight, which featured 4 whites and one red wine. Our sommelier spoke to us about each wine and gave vivid descriptions on each bottle. We ended up purchasing two bottles and got one of the flights for free! It was a low-key and relaxing vibe! I enjoyed all of the wines and amazing customer service. Try this place if you're looking for a great tasting room in Seattle.

I don't remember how I found this place. All I remember is I found them on Yelp. The find itself was serendipitous. It felt like I hit the lottery and I'll explain why shortly. To begin with, I love wine. I may not be much of a drinker, but living in France for a semester many moons ago made me develop a taste for it. Moreover, I love chocolate. I always say I have too much of it, but the truth is I don't. Even when I don't eat it all at that moment, I know I'll eat it later. I mean, I received a chocolate box half my size for my birthday last year. That should tell you something. All that said, I really wanted to go to Seattle and go to a winery. Imagine how happy I felt when I found this locale that combines my two loves. Upon reviewing their listing and website, I discovered they're a small shop and only open certain times. I thus called the day before going and booked my best friend and I for a reservation at 2 PM on Saturday. I didn't get the guy's name who attended me on the phone. What I do know is when we went in the next day and I checked in, he remembered me and was quite pleasant to talk to. I want to wager a guess and say he was one of the two owners, and should that be the case, then his name is David (as I met Kevin later), but don't quote me on that. They have a very welcoming interior. Full of red and mahogany hues. Shop consists of two floors, the top floor being much larger and ultimately where we sat. Two bathrooms are on-site, each individual and perfectly pristine. As for the top floor, I sat on the booth end and my best friend sat in a chair. We had space to drink, eat, and be merry. David (or who I think is David) introduced us to Kevin. While we got to speak to them both, it was mainly Kevin who attended us, and once more, yet another pleasant character. Given that I was on vacation, I knew I would splurge. I did both the First Class Flight and the Chocolate Flight. I also knew I would buy goodies from the store should I happen to love anything. Hint hint. I did! My best friend joined me in getting a First Class Flight. This particular flight consisted of five wines going from white to red. I don't particularly remember all the details, but my favorites were the white one and I believe the third or fourth wine, I forget which. Given that I'm a chocoholic, I did the Chocolate Flight and was brought a section of exquisite handmade chocolates that I learned Kevin made. I got to pair them with even more different wines, haha. To say I was delighted is the understatement of the century. More shocking still, being the chocoholic I am, I shared with my best friend. We also got some complimentary snacks that were delicious and I found out were vegan and gluten-free. When push came to shove (meaning when it was all over 2-3 hours later), we knew we'd buy plenty. I wanted to buy a bottle of the white wine, but sadly they don't ship outside of Washington. Tear. My best friend who lives in Seattle didn't have this problem and bought the white wine, plus two red wines. Essentially the three wines he really enjoyed. Then as if that isn't overkill, he got two of each, for a grand total of six wine bottles. I think he bought the store. So much so that they comped our Business Class Flights. Meanwhile I was trying to figure out how much chocolate I could purchase and take with me. I settled on a chocolate bar and a box of bittersweet chocolate. I'd have bought more, but seeing as this was the end of my trip, I already had a bunch of souvenirs. Not to mention I know me... I would've bought all the chocolate like my best friend bought all the wine. Honestly speaking, this experience made my trip and I'm ridiculously jealous that my best friend can go there whenever he wants while I live on the East Coast in Florida. As soon as they begin shipping to Florida and/or when I return to Seattle, I'm purchasing more goodies. Heck, when I return to Seattle, I will prioritize going there early, so I can purchase more chocolate and take it with me back home. I have sadly already inhaled the majority of what I brought back home. I wish nothing but continued success to this business. It's rare to find such a gem.

The chocolate was great. Service was quick and easy with explanation of wine and chocolate. The vibe is great for a pregame date night!

If you like wine and chocolate, this is the place to be! The bf, my mom, and I recently checked this place out in early July because my mom LOVES chocolate. We all really enjoyed our experience. The space has such a chill ambiance that it feels like you could hang out there for an entire day! I loved how cohesive the branding was throughout their menus, bathroom, wine glasses, tote bags, and their space. The staff was really friendly and also very knowledgeable about every wine we tasted. The wines were so delicious and paired perfectly with all of the chocolate. But OMG the chocolate! I love that they handcraft all of their chocolates and create such unique flavors you can't get anywhere else. You can probably walk-in and do a tasting, but I made reservations via email because I wanted to ensure that we would have a spot. Make sure to check this place out. You really won't be disappointed.

I discovered Flight from an article on fun new wine tasting spots in Seattle. Flight in particular caught my eye because you can do chocolate and wine tasting. Flight was created by a duo, David and Kevin, who have such a deep appreciation and knowledge of wine and chocolate. One of them is the wine expert and the other is the chocolate maker. I made a reservation really easily by emailing David and Kevin a week in advance for Saturday at 5 PM. I don't know if they take walk-ins but it got pretty busy at that time, so I recommend making one. The whole experience was very pleasant. They invited us to choose any spot that was comfortable for us to sit. We each got a wine tasting and a chocolate tasting. The pacing of the wine tasting was really luxurious. I had initially thought it would only take ~1 hour overall since usually I rush through wine tastings, but this whole experience took us about 2 hours. Both David and Kevin explained the wines thoroughly to us and the chocolate expert carefully explained the chocolates as well. The overall experience was well worth it. We did have dinner reservations at 6:15 that we cancelled since we much preferred the ambiance here. So be aware of the pacing if you do come. This is meant to be an enjoyable tasting versus an "all-business, do it quickly" one. The value of the tastings at $20 for the first class and $15 for the chocolate were worth it, especially if you do end up buying a bottle since the cost of the tasting gets applied to the bottle. I will be back! I also hope they start selling that delicious snack mix or publish the recipe for it. haha. :)

This is a new space that just opened up in Capitol Hill. The way I seem to be able to explain its existence is that David and Kevin have three loves - Wine, Chocolate, and Travel and this is the culmination of that passion - it's a space where handmade chocolate (made on site) can be enjoyed alongside the best wines of the world and locally surrounded by a TWA-era backdrop. What's not to like? The epitome of a small business, the owners will personally serve you and bring up chocolates and wine and a little conversation to make the fine day that much finer. As it's just getting started, look for new ideas and experiments to turn up, like the upcoming new Wine Club and fun new chocolate flavors!

I love places that do things to the best quality and intentions. This place is simple wine and chocolate but they do it at the highest quality and care. The chocolates reflect that with so many layers of intentions and experience the chocolatier wanted you to experience. Just lovely.

I came with a group of 4 people. It was an awesome experience. The decor and vibe was spot on with the whole "flight" theme. The wine tasting experience was awesome. We got introduced to some of the local wines in Washington state, and they were delicious [well-picked] samplings. The flight concept was great as we got to try a variety of different kinds. We got to try both the First Class and the Business Class. They both had very different tastes, and are worth trying both. We also ordered the Cheese and Charcuterie board. That was a very wise choice on our part. The variety was a nice with the wine. The chocolate flight [made in-house was also very unique and scrumptious]. The service and experience overall was great, the owners took the time to explain the wines and chocolates. We were visiting from out of state, so it would be great to see them open up in other locations. I ended up buying an extra chocolate as a gift. 10/10 would recommend/revisit again.

Amazing wines, creative cocktails, solid snacks, great service and even games. You could wander in "for one flight" and somehow emerge six hours later wondering where the time went (in the best way.) On the wine side, they offer several thoughtfully curated flights, or you can build your own adventure. Which I highly recommend. The dessert wines alone are incredible, and the selection of aromatic whites is seriously impressive. No matter your palate, there's something here that will make you pause, sip again, and nod approvingly. And then there are the wine-based cocktails that deserve their own standing ovation. A wine tasting room doing cocktails this well is rare. We tried the Espresso Martini, the French 125, and the Lavender Lemon Martini, and every single one was better than I expected grape-based cocktails to be. Like, pleasantly shocked. Bottom line: if you're anywhere near Pike Place and enjoy wine (or cocktails, or fun, or all of the above) this place is a must. I can almost guarantee it'll become your new favorite spot.

This used to be one of my favorite spots at Pike Market. For years, I made it a tradition to bring out-of-town guests here. Over time, I have brought more than 100 people here. It had a charming, warm, and welcoming feel--like a hidden gem in the city. It oozed with kindness and fun. Unfortunately, that has completely flipped! Since the new manager, Anthony, took over, the entire atmosphere has shocked me. What was once inviting now is rigid, cold, and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the way I was treated. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive, which was both surprising and disappointing given my long history with this place. Great establishments are built not just on food or ambiance, but on how people are treated--and that piece is clearly missing now. It's especially unfortunate because the rest of the team still shows glimpses of what this place used to be. Jordon, was genuinely kind and pleasant, but one positive interaction couldn't outweigh the manager's miserable attitude. It's hard to see a place that once felt so special lose its charm like this. I know the winemaker Paul is a great person - so it is hard to leave such a terrible review, but at the same time, if this was my place -- I would want to know what was happening behind the scenes at my establishment. I truly hope leadership reflects on how customer experience is being handled moving forward. Don't give money to places that have toxic attitudes and are joy crushers! Life is too short and far too precious! In the meantime, there are many nearby spots that consistently deliver both quality and incredible hospitality. Skip this place, and instead go to Browne Family Vineyards Tasting Room, The Lonely Siren, The Pink Door, Place Pigalle, or Maximilien. Those places are working very hard to create an exceptional experience!
