This is a super cute, small shop along Pike Pl between Pike St and Pine St. The friendly staff were very engaged and desired for customers to sample their products as they are confident that a taste would result in a sale. They were right! I tried the lemon curd and apple curd - both were delicious, but alas, the jars would require that I check in my bag at the airport on the flight back home since they are more than 3 oz and technically liquid, so I opted for a non-liquid product to try. Truffle Queen's truffle salt is AMAZING! It takes a minuscule amount of the salt to add a huge punch of flavor. I sampled a few grains and was sold! I'm looking forward to sprinkling this on my homemade popcorn when I get home. It makes for a great gift as well. This is a must-visit shop if you're hanging out in Pike Place Market. But beware if you sample something - it's so good that you'll need to buy something and bring it home to enjoy. And it's not cheap but worth the $$$$. read more

Walking through Pikes Place Market and stumbled upon Truffle Queen. So happy that we did, from the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a menu and some recommendations. The menu had a wide variety of sweet, white, red and sparkling wines to choose from. We decided on a Cab, Malbec, and Super Tuscan. All three reds were delicious and the pour was perfect. There was also a create your own charcuterie menu for $15, totally worth it everything paired so well with the wine. It's a beautiful store, I was blown away by the experience. 10/10 would recommend if in the area. Perfect date night spot especially if you want to get a bang for your buck. read more

This was a stop on our chef-guided tour with Eat Seattle, and it was divine! We tried truffle salt, roasted red pepper pesto, a tapenade, and a hazelnut paste that puts Nutella to shame. In addition to truffle-focused goodies (olive oil, nut brittle, hot sauce, mustard, pesto, etc.), they have a ton of other non-truffle items for purchase. Check out their pasta, red sauce, infused olive oils, balsamics, chocolate, caramel sauce, and of course wine. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about the products in their store. The Truffle Queen is a delightful small shop located in the Seattle Fish Market. It's a great go-to for truffle good galore! I was impressed by their selection of wine alongside truffle oils and salts. The shop is even set up by flavor profile (sweet, salty, etc). If you need a truffle fix, they carry a truffle salt that is 10% truffle. It's a burst of truffle flavor in your mouth! Cameron was a huge help at the store. Knowledgable and friendly. My friend and I visited Pike Place Market on a hunt for truffle oil, so we stopped by Truffle Queen (we learned about it on a local food tour). Marcus was super friendly and introduced us to the world of truffle products! It also happened to be during a time where they offered $5 glasses of wine on happy hour. I loved that I could explain exactly the type of wine I was looking for, and Marcus quickly identified the perfect one. Because I visited right before the COVID-19 food business closures, people did not have the ability to sample products on their own. Instead, Marcus served my friend and I samples of all the different truffle products at the counter. It was great sitting at the bar, drinking wine, and learning about each of the different truffle products. I ended up getting the Arrabbiata spicy tomato sauce, truffle salt (now a household staple), truffe pesto, black truffle oil, white truffle oil, white truffle cream, and a bottle of wine! The pricing might be considered high, but it's good quality pantry staples that will be long lasting, for at least the next 18 months. The pricing on the wine is very fair, and Truffle Queen offers wine specials: 3 bottles for $65, 6 bottles for $125, and 12 bottles for $225. This is because all the bottles of wine are similarly priced, so they can offer this great deal! Truffle Queen also offers shipping services, so I packed a box for my mom out of town to enjoy on her own. The package arrived at her home in Alabama in less than five business days, which was great. Now that I've visited Truffle Queen, I am addicted. While the product itself is fantastic, the customer service is equally as wonderful. read more

Every time I go to Seattle I have to go here and sample everything they have. I usually get a jar of caramel but I never finish it! It's so good, but I guess I don't utilize it well enough. Oh my gosh, what a gem of a place in Pike Place Market! Located right off the street, this truffle shop is dedicated to all things truffles, oils, and wine! I spent way too long shamelessly trying each truffle dip (from each of their handy testers for pretty much every product) and ended up purchasing a delicious Pistachio cream dip (non-truffled of course) that I gifted to one of my friends. It was like Nutella, but nuttier and even more versatile! The employees were super friendly, helped everyone enormously and obviously use all their dips themselves. They provided a bunch of suggestions as to how to use their products and keeping/storing solutions for a traveler like myself. He sold the Pistachio cream to me as a substitute for chocolate on chocolate covered strawberries if you want to prepare a seemingly more impressive party favor or dessert (green on red - super cute holiday idea!). I was about to also buy the spicy truffle garlic but didn't only because it wouldn't keep for the length of my trip. I also love how they have wine events for people who live by the market and a newsletter you can subscribe to. They also have discount cards that if you visit or purchase enough, you get a certain percentage off your next visit. It's a truffle community! My one con would be that this place is a little pricey for the amount that you get per purchase. However, everything tastes super fresh, you are supporting a local business, and it is truffles after all, so I don't mind the upcharge. I will definitely revisit as this was probably the highlight of my time at Pike Place Market that day. read more

So this has been one of my favorite spots in Seattle for almost 7 years and I've never reviewed it. The 5-6pm happy hour is absolutely incredible, and the staff is always so funny and kind. I was here Sunday night, and they gave really great recommendations based on things I like. They have a pretty diverse selection of wines. The best shop in Pike Place Market! So lucky we stopped here on our Pike Place Market food tour or else we may not have stopped in on our own. This was the only store that did a fully informative tasting experience, teaching about truffles and explaining where they source their goods and wines from. We got to try truffle salt, pesto, honey and more--and they told us that if we came back to do a wine tasting, we could bring snacks from other market stalls and they would give us more samples to try with our food! Pro tip: Wine tastings are only $10 for 3 pours--you get to choose any wine from their extensive list to try, and if you want more, it's only $3 for each additional tasting. Before your tasting, I recommend getting fries from the fish market (to add truffle salt on top), some Beecher's cheese and fruit from the fruit stand (to add truffle honey), and any other goodies you think would pair well with truffle flavor and then ask for samples during your tasting! We ended up buying both the truffle salt and honey--both were irresistible! And if you came from the Show Me Seattle Pike Place tour, you get 15% off your total! read more

A great place to grab gifts! My sister got me a pistachio butter which was delicious. I ordered a crumpet from the crumpet shop and put the pistachio butter on it. Delicious! My girlfriend and I stumbled upon Truffle Queen on a random Sunday morning at Pike. We were greeted with a warm welcome, so why not browse around? Edward was extremely helpful with wine pairings and various assortments of truffle products. He mentioned wine flights were available for $10 per person, if we wanted to come back later in the day. Little did he know, I'm the most impulsive person EVER. My girlfriend and I stayed for awhile chatting with Edward. Who knew you could have so much fun at 11am? What a hidden gem at the market! Found this delicious store during a recent tour and I don't know how I've missed it the last year. Fantastic oils (white and black truffle), salts - I finally can reproduce restaurant truffle fries, and other spreads and wines. Absolutely tiny store, with absolutely the best service. We're locals, but have visited this twice as part of vegan food tours of the market. the last time was an epiphany. The owner -- who is awesome -- gave her spiel, while handing out free samples. What intrigued me first was, "wait, I can get fresh Italian black truffles locally in Seattle?" After all the tasting, I started looking at the shelves. Bought a couple of truffle-forward pasta sauces, once of which we had, and which was just amazing. We're coming back again to get this. Everything they sell they offer free samples of. Including wine. It's the type of store you want in your neighborhood. I'm not sure what the local-to-tourist ratio is, but even with the gobs of tourists, it really should be weighted more towards the former. The last thing I'll say is, Sangria slushies.
