Screenshot of their webpage saying they would be open on the 4th of July.

I made a reservation at this restaurant to celebrate my sons birthday on the 4th of July. I received a confirmation email four hours beforehand reminding me. When we get there at the time of our reservation THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. I only made the reservation because their website said they'd be open. Now as a party of four we had to scramble to find another restaurant at the last minute. Such disorganization is inexcusable. I'd never come here again.

It's call (Fuck it ) drinks

$$$ Fish cakes alots of batter than fish it gets a 2 Henny wings a little soggy when I got them didn't taste like Henny lil sweet I'll give it a three my cuz had salmon n seafood rice it was alright n calamari good they were very stingy. with pickley second one charges us for it the place was kinda nice. I didn't go away in the back, but I think they had a little dancing area. The bar was very nice. I asked for the drink calls Fuck it. Tell him don't make it too sweet it gave me a little punch, so I ordered another one very very pricey $30 just for drinks so if you don't go happier, you're gonna spend a lot of money

Their rasta pasta is the best in Brooklyn. Ohhh i added the garlic honey shrimp yummy...

4 (jumbo) tacos 4 margaritas

Not bad at all. Had 4 (jumbo) tacos and 4 margaritas. The tacos were not jumbo but the service was good if you go at a good time. Good ambiance for my first time going might go again. Food gave me the bubble guts. I had the beef tacos beware.

I don't normally do reviews on places that I've already been to, but I think this place definitely deserved it. I came here with a friend of mine and we decided to sit down and dine. First things first, when I made my review a few years ago, they definitely change some things around as far as the menu was concerned and certainly change the etiquette for what could be worn when entering the restaurant. So we sat down and we ordered some food, the bartender was definitely overbooked and busy with a lot of other tables so I only got one drink, unfortunately. But I must say that this was probably one of the best drinks I've ever had in my life, it tasted Devine and I wanted that taste to truly last forever. I wanted more but I guess I'll get more when I visit New York again. I decided to go classic and go with the jerk chicken with rice and that tasted like everything that I missed in life. It was truly delicious, the salmon bites the the same and so was my friends griot. This restaurant has certainly redeemed and outdone themselves, and I'm happy. Please excuse the fact that a lot of the pictures are red, that was the overarching light/decor in the restaurant. I'll be back soon, that's a guarantee.

This place is definitely a hidden gym. It's very nice inside and the staff was very helpful and all nice. We met the owner and actually had birthday shots with him. Food was amazing.

If you're looking for some good Haitian food in the Brooklyn, NY area I recommend you visit Chloe's. Amazing food, great service and good drinks.

This spot is great for food Haitian food and chill vibes. The rum punch is tasty and strong. When dining here, you should try their wings, salmon, or pasta. The food is tastes great, but be prepared for a long wait time. Chloe's is also great for dancing, seeing a love band, or brunch vibes. Overall, you should give this place try.

Came in and was seated immediately. Went on a Wednesday night. There was a game night and karaoke going on. When my friend and I got there, there was a happy hour special. Two drinks for $15. I ordered everything I had the taste for on the menu and I enjoyed most of it. This is a Haitian styled restaurant. I liked everything but the Mac and cheese. It wasn't terrible, just not my style of Mac. Everyone was nice. Thank u.

Part of my glazed salmon with seafood fried rice. A must!

Sitting here sitting ready for my bed. I am stuffed and happy. My cousin and I both ordered the glazed salmon with sea food fried rice. The portion size was enough for 2 ppl but thank the heavens I ordered my own and I have some left for lunch tomorrow. I am more than satisfied. I have no complaints with the taste. It was absolutely scrumptious. We both had 2 rum punches but unfortunately they didn't have wray and nephew but instead our bartender mixed in Haitian rum and boy was it hitting. We were the only customers so all attention was on us. The bartenders were nice and friendly. Yes the food took a lil while but drink up and unwind. If your not satisfied with your drink they are more than willing to adjust it.

This will be my second visit to Chloe's for dinner under the Haitian management team. The group that attended with me all have a special love for Chloe's food, but unfortunately NOT their drink. Once seated we all decided on the calamari and wing appetizers and it did not disappoint. We actally don't need the menu to make our decisions on their food. Some of us frequent more than others. Yes it did take some time to get the food, but it was well worth it. I had the seafood rice with the honey salmon. There are not enough adjectives to truly tell you how good it taste. The rice was not hard, but perfect. The salmon was not too sweet, but again perfect. You will taste the seasonings and the love the chef uses while cooking. It's almost like eating home cooked food. I could not finish it because the bowl was full to the brim and so was my stomach. I did not regret coming here for dinner or enjoying the music. My only regret was thinking because they had a new bartender things would change in the drinks. No such luck - still gross! The service, food and music is what keeps me coming back for more. Bon Appetit!

Came here last Sunday with my mom and son around 1:15. They didn't have lambi which dampened my mood. After much deliberation I finally ordered the Tassot (fried goat) with black rice and my mom with rice and beans. Ny son ordered the chicken pasta before us but, somehow got his food when ours came out. Ths waitress was nice, and patient but, the kitchen was slow. even though it took us a while to order, the food took long and literally no customers were there. All in all the food was delicious. We enjoyed it.

Unseasoned 'Fish & Chips'

Customer service was nothing short of amazing. Our waitress was professional, attentive, & went above the necessary that was expected of her. If this review was based solely on that, Chole's would receive 5 stars, hands down. The food on other hand is worth 3 stars. Chole's just started serving a Pre-Fixe Brunch for $15.99 with unlimited Sangria or Mimosas for $10 a glass. There is no excuse why it wasn't perfected. I ordered the Fish & Chips with a Caribbean Grilled Chicken Salad. I declined the dessert. The Fish was under seasoned. The breading was a nice, thin coat but had no flavor. The fries were crinkle cut which lacked seasoning as well. The Caribbean Salad was good minus the dried up grilled Chicken pieces that was in the salad. We were served White Wine Sangria that had to be sent back. It was dry & tasteless. The diced up fruit was no match for the tartiness. The waitress rectified the issue by serving Red Sangria instead. The Pre-Fixe Brunch needs major work. I put in a order for the Fried Chicken because it looked juicy. The Chicken had the right balance of spice but when I took a further look I realized it was undercooked. When in the restaurant industry food needs to be throughly cooked. There's no questions about that. The manager was called over & she rectified the Chicken with putting in a new order. Would I be back, yes, but to critique their dinner.

Tassot (fried goat) was outstanding.

The owner and manager knowingly triple booked the space and refused to do the right thing. A contract was signed two months ago for a high school graduation dinner for 50 people; two days before the event when the owner was aware there was conflict, he asked if my cousin could push back her event 'til 7pm. After speaking to the other two event coordinators, I was told that their events were only scheduled and booked by the owner Two weeks ago (both the baby shower and a health event). Again, the owner knew this was the case and did not make himself present or discuss the situation with my cousin or the health coordinator his mistake. The baby shower which was booked two weeks ago was scheduled from 2-8pm; and the health event was scheduled from 5-9. Upon the arrival of our family, we were flabbergasted by the fact that not only was the first event still taking place, but it was not scheduled to end until 8pm. Despite knowing all of this the owner still requested all parties to remit full payment though he knew he was already in breach of his contract with my cousin. Tonight, not only did he make himself unavailable or be present to diffuse the situation; he also had no managers on hand to troubleshoot the situation. Several calls to the owner went unanswered. He finally had a young staff member relay a message that he will call my cousin (several hours after this event was supposed to start) to "see what he can do". Over an hour later and he never responded. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Spare yourself the headache and frustration. Do not come here. Final time of space availability after set-up was 9pm - followed by the serving of tepid/borderline cold food.

The oxtail itself was pretty delicious, but the sauce was a little overwhelming for me--it almost gave a Thousand Island-type vibe, and I think less sauce would've let the oxtail shine more. The jerk chicken though?! Definitely my favorite. It was flavorful and delicious, and if I came back I'd probably skip the salmon and just get the jerk chicken dinner. The sweet chili salmon was okay, but it had an interesting taste that wasn't really for me. The margarita was pretty standard. Service was good and we never felt like we were bothering anyone, even coming in later. The space definitely gives more sports bar than restaurant since there are TVs EVERYWHERE So if you're coming for a date where you really want to talk and connect, or have a serious conversation, I probably wouldn't choose here because there's a lot going on visually. BUT the music was amazinggg! If you love Soca, reggae, and Caribbean vibes, you'll probably enjoy yourself. The DJ that night was really good We did notice a few house flies, which were a little distracting, but it's summertime and we were sitting somewhat close to the door, so I wasn't completely surprised. It's also not a huge space, so I could definitely see it getting packed quickly on a Friday or Saturday night, especially with a good DJ. Overall: Food: 7/10 Drinks: 7/10 Vibe: Come for the music + Caribbean energy Would I return? Yes--but I'm getting that jerk chicken next time!

I had Henny n coke but a lot of people we're ordering the rum punch which looked really yummy. They serve food. But it's a simple menu. Salad options. A great mix of soca, reggae, and a lot of the hits. When I went the age limit was 23 and older to get in. I went on a Sunday. They have a few TV's on the wall but they had it on MTV. A little weird. Watching 90s rock music videos without the sound. Lots of head banging, hair flips, and baggy pants. It was pretty empty yesterday. We ordered the wings with a mango sauce and fries. Fries were okay. Tasty. Nothing special. But the wing sauce was sweet with a little heat. I wasn't really a fan of it. I think I would've preferred buffalo or jerk, or just plain old fried but what got me was that the chicken was undercooked. I was biting into the drumstick and the chicken was kind of rubbery which is a no no. It definitely needed more time in the fryer. I don't mess with undercooked chicken. I'd definitely go back there again for the great music, dancing with friends and strong and moderately priced drinks.

I was scared and did not feel comfortable at all! Now, fast-forward. I've recently been back at the beginning of September for my friend's surprise bday party. I was literally in shock to how Tracks has cleaned itself up. It was a complete makeover. It actually reminded me of Fisheye, down the road. The new decor is of New Yorker Chic with ghetto fabulous twinged in it. I say ghetto, for the fact that there was something weird going on in the back near the bathrooms. It was like the ceiling dropped 5 feet so they could add an upstairs area. Nonetheless, I was impressed from what my first true experience was. Since this place is in the neighborhood, I can see it as my new home bar. Sometimes it just gets tiring going into the city to get a drink. I can just walk a few minutes and enjoy. PS there mac and cheese were on point. It was a bit on the salty side, but I was a happy camper, for $3, hell yes!
