I will start off with the interior decor of the restaurant. Warm and inviting cleanliness could definitely be better. Bathrooms and floors were dirty. Service was great. all the weight staff look friendly and upbeat. The spicy bloody Mary was good. the eggs were cooked right, crabcakes seemed store-bought. They were more like patties instead of cakes. The homestyle breakfast personally I was not impressed with it was very bland, and the sweet potato pecan waffle did not taste like sweet potato at all, tasted like pumpkin pie spice. I ordered without pecans. Got pecans anyway. No seasoning on potatoes. I definitely think the restaurant has great potential with a few adjustments. My three star review is strictly based upon the food. read more

We went for Mother's Day brunch and I wanted to love it. Unfortunately, it felt like the AC wasn't working. So hot. We were all sweating. Food was just ok. Very expensive for what you get. $4 for a kids milk?? I'd have thought a drink would be included in the $5 kids meal. I could understand a slight upcharge, but that is ridiculous. Shrimp and grits were pretty good except for the mountain of onions and peppers piled on top. Yuck. Also, they add an EXTRA FEE for non-cash payment. My family won't be going back. read more

Wait staff are always pleasant and quick to serve. Only complaint is the change from sour dough bread to multi grain on the avocado toast. First time we came the avocado toast was on sour dough bread; since then, Chirps has changed to multigrain which isn't nearly as tasty. read more

First off: great service! Our server was all smiles and happiness! My first time here and I will definitely be back. We tried the pork belly bites and the croissant beignets to start. The pork belly bites were big yet held little flavor. The croissant beignets with the honey dip were the star of the show!!! The main course was the cinnamon roll French toast. I loved it! Check the new January 2024 menu. My wife loved her scramble but was disappointed they no longer serve hash browns. My omelette came out very quickly but somehow they let it cool to room temperature before serving it. Oil ran out of it from sauteeing the vegetables. Our first visit to Chirps certainly did not disappoint! We immediately loved the atmosphere with its wood and earth tone farm motif. Everyone was so pleasant and polite, none more than our server, Avery. She displayed just the right amount of attentiveness and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and served in a timely manner. They have a very classic breakfast menu, complimented by specialty dishes. And who can go wrong starting off with a mimosa or Bloody Mary!? Quick, friendly service in a cute setting that's nice, but not too nice for a beach town. My party had avocado toast, beignets, and the country ham breakfast. The beignets were amazing, the hash brown portion was massive, and the country potatoes were cooked perfectly. My aunt raves about her avocado toast, and the only thing that could've been improved on were my scrambled eggs. They were good, but just generic good. Service was good but the food was anything but good. Wife ordered a cheeseburger medium rare with tater tots and I ordered a country fried steak, 2 eggs and grits. Her cheeseburger came out very rare and had to be redone but the next one came out cooked correctly but hard dark leaf lettuce that was very bitter and a tomato that was so hard that she couldn't cut it with a fork. My country fried steak was so small and it was approximately 1/8" thick so it was very overcooked, the fried eggs were barely warm and you could tell they were put on a cold plate. My 5 year old daughter is very picky when it comes to food but the kitchen staff was very accommodating (she asked for a grilled cheese which was not listed on the menu). Our server, Brianna P., greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. She sat us and immediately brought us waters while I looked over the menu. Brianna gave great suggestions when ordering - I ordered the breakfast sandwich; it was delicious and the potatoes were so yummy. When we arrived at noon, all tables were filled with dirty dishes from the morning breakfast rush. We waited with other customers while one frazzled man rushed about clearing up. These are tough times to find restaurant staff, and we knew our lunch was going to require patience. We ordered crab cakes and a crawfish omelette, and only then were informed that the restaurant was out of seafood of any kind. We eventually got a " Breeze scrambler" and a plain omelette, which were okay. This restaurant has potential, and Gulf Breeze could use a nice brunch spot. read more

Do not stop here. This restaurant took over 45 minutes for breakast to be delivered to our table. This restaurant was not packed. It was the bartender who was our waitress and she wasn't very pleasant either. Do not waste your money at this establishment. We were highly disappointed. My husband's breakfast came with grits, and they were runny. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and because I wanted it with a croissant they felt like it needed to add $2. It seems like a price of $11.50 is high enough, but they charged me $13.50 for a breakfast sandwich. My husband said the coffee was awful too. read more

Ruined the atmosphere and that is half the experience. My mother is 78 years old and is a little hard of hearing and she even thought the music was too loud. Asked if they could turn it down just a bit. Didn't happen. Too bad. Should have been a 5 rating otherwise. I love some loud music, but that's not the place for it. read more
