However the hash browns weren't hash browns, but country style potatoes. My eggs were cooked perfectly but my husband's sausage patties over cooked and dry. The coffee was great. The service was very good and friendly. The inside was so cute and bright. It even had a mock up of the Pensacola water tower inside. Bar seating had cute yellow chairs. We also ordered the lobster fingers. They are exactly what they sound like strips of tender juicy lobster meat in a light tempura style batter. This was probably the best dish of my entire trip. The grouper piccata was highly recommended by my colleague, so it was my obvious dinner choice. This meal was light and decadent at the same time. The fish was lightly breaded served in a bright rich lemon cream sauce. Crispy capers added a little texture. Wilted spinach rounded out the meal. This was an exceptional dish! We also ordered the filet. The steak was perfectly prepared and served with creamy whipped potatoes. After such a beautiful dinner, we opted to take dinner to go. The key lime pie was also highly recommended and I can confirm this first hand. The coconut macadamia graham cracker crust made this an exceptional dessert.

The shrimp and grits were served over gouda grits as requested and the dish was spicy and filling. Definitely one of the best we tried in a while. Drinks were refilled promptly and Brooke took care of her guests quickly and with a smile.

You can get them on a Kaiser roll, a brioche bun or an onion brioche bun. I opted to get a bacon egg sandwich on the onion brioche bun. It came out piping hot with perfectly cooked eggs (they are done medium unless asked otherwise), bacon and just the right amount of cheese . After tip it was almost 10.00 which feels steep for an egg sandwich but inflation is getting the best of all Of us. Nonetheless, I inhaled it . It was scrumptious ! It's a food truck... so it's an order to go deal with nowhere to sit which is fine. They don't sell coffee to not take away from a coffee shop nearby. I thought that was very diplomatic of them. It's unacceptable and if I would've known prior I would've cancelled my order and not have tipped. If she can't have a pleasant attitude in the service industry while working on a food truck. I couldn't imagine her working in a restaurant and she doesn't have to choose this profession if she hates it. The guys kept their cool and had decent attitudes even while working right in front of the hot grills. If they ever get rid of her their business may sail in the right direction.
