Yesterday 5/7/26 the technician came out yesterday, I don't remember his name, he arrived around 9 am very nice and respectful young man. He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great.

An older male driving the company truck, a silver Tacoma with company logos on it, attempted to merge into my fiance and I and forced us into oncoming traffic on the green bridge on Table Mountain Blvd in Oroville at 6pm on a weekday. That road is obviously very busy and it was a very scary experience. Someone with this little regard for safety should not be trusted handling dangerous chemicals. I spoke with a woman at the front desk and gave my card information at that time. After the inspection was completed, I received the report via email. I replied to confirm with Kevin that my payment information had been received. He responded confirming that it had and stated he would charge my card once he returned from working out of town. I continued to check my account, but the charge never appeared, and over time it unfortunately slipped my mind. Fast forward seven months later--one week before Christmas--I was contacted requesting payment. I replied to the entire email chain showing my prior attempts to pay and explained that, due to the timing and lack of notice, I would need to make payment when I was able, as this expense had not been budgeted for. I also spoke with Kevin by phone, and while he seemed understanding, there was no acknowledgment that this delay was due to the company's failure to process payment when originally authorized. Last night, I noticed my card had been charged, leading me to believe my card information from seven months ago was used without prior notice or authorization at that time. This is not about avoiding payment--I made every effort to pay promptly and responsibly from the beginning. This situation is disappointing, especially as many of us are making a conscious effort to support small businesses in our community. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would recommend using a different company for pest inspection services.

I'm the buyer who was looking to purchase a house and the seller had already had a pest report done by stoneridge. I went over the past report and under the guidance and oversight of a licensed contractor performed a lot of the major repairs on the pest report. I decided to call them out for a reinspection and Kevin was super rude on the phone after he had done the inspection. And upon receiving the new report he pointed out new items that weren't on the initial inspection. He listed items again that had already been appropriately repaired and inspected by a state structural inspector. And did not provide photos for about half of the items that he called out. This company is about as shady as it gets. I would not recommend using them. You could spend a year calling them out and chasing all of the issues that don't exist or have already been repaired.
