Steve Malin Review update: I did not mention in my initial…read morereview that I rarely write reviews unless the service or services are exceptional which I feel was well conveyed in my comments about Butte Roofing. As a follow up I wanted to once again thank Butte Roofing Co. for its great service. Shortly after the storm I was visited by Butte Roofing Co. for an in depth review of my roof, supplied with a written quote and once the company was able to schedule a time I was visited by Butte Roofing Co. for the necessary repairs. Technicians were great, professional and courteous. Both Dylan and Bailey went right to work and made all the necessary repairs. Both Dylan and Bailey were great, they were careful with my gutter system and once the job was complete the area was completely clean, no mess or debris left which normally I'm stuck cleaning up after a subcontractor. I will say again if you need any work on your roof don't move forward until you have spoken with this company. I'm certainly glad I did and know you will as well. Thank you Butte Roofing Co.. Great Job, great people.

They came out and did a great job; so when a tree fell onto our house during a storm in October, Baird was the first call I made. Our neighbor covered the hole in the roof the best he could with a tarp he had, but rain was still leaking into the house. I called Priscilla at Baird for help and Eric (one of their crew) came out in the rain and covered the roof with a larger tarp, saving us from further damage inside the house. When the rains stopped, Wayne was terrific in getting us scheduled right away for the repair work and roof replacement even though half of his crew was out sick. Our roof sustained substantial structural damage from the tree and the Baird guys were terrific in rebuilding and reroofing. It took a couple of days, but at the end of each day they were meticulous in cleaning up any debris around the house. Thank you Priscilla, Wayne, Eric and the rest of the crew for a job well done! They tore down, repaired dry rot, installed pipe jacks, and placed the shingles precisely. And they cleaned up every speck of debris. The roof is beautiful. The color matches our main house exactly, even though that roof was done by a different company. Baird's crews are hardworking, conscientious, and good at what they do. Baird works with a company that comes in with a heavy-duty forklift to haul materials to the workers. Roberto came by the evening before to plan logistics and morning of to oversee the forklift operation. All this is to say they are true professionals who take pride in their work. We recommend!

Julio had personally done an inspection of the roof and knew what needed to be done. The entire valley had to be opened up. There was evidence of two previous repair attempts that were both done wrong. Julio's crew used the newest and best materials to repair the valley. Additional tile was required, that is no longer manufactured. Charlie knew a supplier in Durham, that had some of the tile and he went down and picked up the extra tile, which matched perfectly. The completed job was perfect and was tested that night and the next day with rain. No leaks! Julio is kind, caring and does the best work. And very affordable. I highly recommend Julio and Affordable JC Roofing!

It required a double tear-off (metal roof on top of wood shake), as well as all new plywood and multiple carpentry repairs. The original plan estimated the whole job would take 10 working days, but they somehow pulled it off in 6 days without compromising quality at all. We were super impressed with how friendly and professional all the guys were. They showed up early in the morning and hit the ground running every day. They even went above and beyond with our old dog, and were very sweet with her and conscientious of her whereabouts when doing the tear offs and making sure the gate was always closed. Based on trying to get a simple quote on some skylights, I wouldn't trust them to roof a dollhouse…read more It took 7 weeks. Multiple no-shows. Reschedules. When the quote finally showed up, it was missing a document David had known I needed from the very beginning. When I asked if he had it, he replied: "I do have the paperwork. Are you going to contract with us to do the work?" In other words, holding it over my head, which is insane. Really poor experience from start to finish. I'm glad I found another company I'm excited to work with. Autumn, for what it's worth, was consistently helpful and professional.
