As a follow up I wanted to once again thank Butte Roofing Co. for its great service. Shortly after the storm I was visited by Butte Roofing Co. for an in depth review of my roof, supplied with a written quote and once the company was able to schedule a time I was visited by Butte Roofing Co. for the necessary repairs. Technicians were great, professional and courteous. Both Dylan and Bailey went right to work and made all the necessary repairs. Both Dylan and Bailey were great, they were careful with my gutter system and once the job was complete the area was completely clean, no mess or debris left which normally I'm stuck cleaning up after a subcontractor. I will say again if you need any work on your roof don't move forward until you have spoken with this company. I'm certainly glad I did and know you will as well. Thank you Butte Roofing Co.. We started this project by filling out a need request here on Yelp. That produced five (5)…read moreestimates from local companies. Of the 5, Pyramid was the lowest estimate and since this was a mandated project from our insurance company and it's an investment property, price was my primary concern. But, they weren't just the lowest, they were the lowest by 20%. Next, they did a great job of explaining things that were new to me or things I wasn't expecting. An example of it is paperwork for the city of Chico. They took care of both permits and the addition documents the city requires. On the start day of the project, they were both on time and ready to jump right in. While I was chatting with Jorge, they almost had the old shingles off the roof. No, they weren't that fast, but it sure felt that way. In fact, Jorge advised that it would take 4 days, yet they were finished in 3. After they had the roof stripped of the old shingles, they found several spots where additional remediation was required including under the roof. They fixed those nicely but didn't charge an exorbitant additional costs. In the end, I'm exceptionally pleased with the result and cost. If you have roofing needs in the Chico area, you should go with Pyramid Roofing.

The color matches our main house exactly, even though that roof was done by a different company. Baird's crews are hardworking, conscientious, and good at what they do. Baird works with a company that comes in with a heavy-duty forklift to haul materials to the workers. I called and explained that I had three different leaks on a tile roof and they wasted no time. They came out all the way to Chico from Yuba City and inspected my roof. They all came out and looked at our roof and gave us quotes. The quotes ranged from a low of $22,000 up to over $50,000. We then contacted Chico Roofing Company because we had 2 different friends recommend them. The salesperson (Cal) came out and was professional, personable and not pushy. He explained the roof replacement process explaining the different layers and product to be used. He then reviewed with us the warranty of the roof itself and of the workmanship. 50 years on the roof and 25 years on the workmanship. Their quote was less than $25,000 and when you take in the warranty factor it was by far the best deal. We signed on with them and they did a great job. The attention to detail of the crew and of their Foreman (Jessie) was top notch. Bill, the owner stopped by to check on the crew as well as to see if we had any questions on numerous occasions throughout the process. I've mentioned it to the crew and to friends that corners are not cut to save time when you warranty the craftmanship for 25 years.
