They gave us very accurate estimates and also outlined what issues we might be facing once the old roof came off. They did an excellent job, showed up when they said they were, completed the job quickly, installed skylights as well and were very tidy once they left. We were very happy with the results. Two years later and we got this crazy storm and for some reason we were getting water in inside the house. It was the first time since the new roof went on that we were having any issue. We called North Bay Roofing up at 9:30 in the morning. By 1130 that morning a technician was out here looking at the situation, was able to make a determination of where the water might be coming in and did an extremely thorough and professional patch job. We have not had any leaks with the subsequent storms we've had. So appreciate North Bay being so conscientious and prompt in addressing our issue. We were happy with them two years ago. ANYWAYS, back to this ROOF. lol "Davis Roofing", It came down to what ive researched , I narrowed it to 2 companies, "Davis Roofing" . I am very grateful that they took those massive boards/beams out, since they were really warp, so they replaced them, looks great like nothing happened or wasnt repaired. No charge , it was in our quote , so Im guessing they do that for all there customers, and part of there bussiness model , which is awsome and doesnt throw a wrench into the operation of the roof, and extra fees that is already expsive enough, lol... I did end up hiring him and he and his crew were very professional. They spent 4.5 hours each day for two days. He did not ask for any payment until the job was completed. He also gave me a 4 year warranty! My neighbor also used them noting that she had four other quotes and Ramirez was the best quote and she and I both agreed that he and his crew were very professional. I highly recommend this company. It was in the middle of a rain storm and it was basically raining inside our house due to a leak in the roof, under our solar panels. Ramirez Roofing provided an estimate and then coordinated the fix which required collaborating with a solar contractor to remove then reinstall the panels. They were great at communicating every step of the way, and on the day of the repair, they were here right on time and the work was completed in under 2 hours (this includes removing solar panels, figuring out exactly where the leak was, repairing the leak, and reinstalling the panels).
