The worst customer service and work I've seen done in a longtime. When a gutter company refers to someone because they were not willing to do such a small job (still $350) look out. He sends his son out that does a half job and collects the $, (I know my bad) and never shows up to finish the job and I'm the one that gets yelled at for calling him to get things done. Very bad business model.. I would never recommend Dino's, even after seeing some other work they've done for friends and family members. read more

I live remotely and had a very hard time finding someone to replace my 50 y.o. gutters... they were bad. I have been putting it off for many years. Dino's was recommended to me by a property management company in Redding. Dino's crew went over and beyond what I ever expected and did a beautiful, beautiful custom job and even put fancy custom downspouts around my awkward shaped deck and porch... this took so much extra time & work just so it would look aesthetically good. Actually every downspout was custom fit to my house. I did not ask or expect them to do that... they did it all at no extra cost! What was supposed to be a one day job, turned into a two day job because they wanted it perfect. Dino's crew of 5 were the nicest, most polite & hard-working men. I'm guessing they worked at least at least 12 hour days or longer with their commute. I am an elderly woman and this team treated me with nothing but respect & kindness. I am so very grateful for my brand new high quality gutters (with gutter gloves... so no more yearly cleaning). I highly recommend Dino's. Their quality is outstanding with the nicest employees ever. My neighbor down the block was remodeling and they just put in new gutters they looked real nice .so my husband went over an asked Raul the worker about the gutters he was very nice helpful he came to our house took measurements. Then Dino the owner called an talked to me about the price which was very affordable for me . A few weeks later Dino back to set up my appointment for service yahooo I was excited I know how important gutters are for a house to drain the water of correctly.Raul an his team showed up an started working right away. These guys did a solid job, thoroughly examining the entire roof and downspouts, since I only needed one section along rear of house replaced they gave me confidence the rest was solid. They also did a timely job, and were professional and courteous to the elderly parents.
