I'm pleased to report that Justin Keillor's Pest Solutions WORKS! I was in some serious denial…read moreabout how bad my home was. With the drought followed by the influx of water with recent rains, I had every kind of bug - spiders, ants, etc. in my home. Nothing I did stopped them. I have two babies in the house and I reused to allow my husband to spray anything for fear it could harm them. Finally, after finding a spider literally crawling around my youngest baby, I broke down and called Keillor's Pest Solutions. And THANK GOD I did! Justin offered to come out the next morning (I called in the evening, or I think he's have offered to make it that same day). My schedule didn't allow that, so he came out when it was convenient for me later in the week. He showed up, shook my hand and got right to work. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers, respecting my clean floors - which sounds silly, but it means a lot when I barely manage to keep my home clean with two kids. A contractor coming in a dirtying the floors is literally the worst! I also appreciate the fact that he uses baby-safe products. He made me (the biggest skeptic) feel comfortable and that my babies would be safe after spraying. And, for all the well-meaning husbands out there who "can do it [yourself]," I get it. But! Keillor's Pest Solutions uses spray you can't buy without a license, so...really...you can't. (But thank you for manning up and trying, I know I appreciate the effort!) Justin sprayed inside, laid granules outside, and is coming back to spray outside since it was raining the day he first visited. He was quick, efficient, and pleasant in our communications. Best of all? THE BUGS ARE ALREADY DEAD! It's literally been a day and a half and already I see massive progress. I'm so happy I could cry. His prices are very reasonable. He comes out once a month and charges next-to-nothing bimonthly. But, honestly? I'd have paid anything to see such a great outcome so quickly. Better still, he guarantees his work and offers to come back if any pests return. I highly recommend Keillor's Pest Solutions. My husband owns a local business, which has made me VERY picky when it comes customer service. Even still, I find Justin to be top notch in customer service, price, and performance. If you're in the market for a pest control guy, seriously don't think about it anymore. I can't believe I waited so long. Thank you, Keillor's Pest Control!

Dave told me that since they are in my neighborhood a lot, he'd just have a tech stop by and do it at no cost to me. This floored me! What company just does things for free now a days? Anyhow, the tech showed up and he was so knowledgeable about the ants and cobweb types and spiders at our house, he wasn't pushy at all, just explained what an every other month service could provide for us. I ended up signing up for service every other month. This company is so great! The tech stayed there while I had to go back to work, completed the service, took down all the cobwebs and sprayed all over. He even closed the garage and secured my back yard before leaving. I can't recommend this company enough. I have already told at least 10 people about them and plan to continue to do so!

An older male driving the company truck, a silver Tacoma with company logos on it, attempted to merge into my fiance and I and forced us into oncoming traffic on the green bridge on Table Mountain Blvd in Oroville at 6pm on a weekday. That road is obviously very busy and it was a very scary experience. Someone with this little regard for safety should not be trusted handling dangerous chemicals. The only good side is that this experience convinced us to get a dash cam. Fortunately, I haven't seen this company since then.
