This is the absolute worst Chipotle location! The beef jerky like meat they gave us in this pictured bowl is supposed to be the "tender" carne asada. I can't believe anyone looking at this meat would think it was ok to serve. We have been to this location multiple times and it is always a disaster. I usually do mobile ordering so don't realize the order is wrong until I get home. Every single time, they are out of fajita veggies and twice they were out of cheese. Maybe make more if this continues to happen? And, we are not going in there late, this is at 5/5:30. One time when they were out of the cheese, customers were getting mad and the poor employees were so stressed out. Then the manager came out and started cursing and screaming at the employees. It was so embarrassing for them and uncomfortable for all the customers. Went to this chipotle for an interview, it was scheduled for 2:00pm I arrived at 1:50pm I was asked to take a seat and wait a bit. By 2:30 no one said anything to me so I went back up to see what was going on. I was then told after waiting 30 minutes to come back at 4pm because the general manager wasn't around. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Tonight was my first time and will be my last time going to this location. When we walked in all of the table tops were dirty with food scraps of the previous customers. There weren't any napkins in the 3 holders, no small drink cup lids, and the trash bin was overflowing onto the floor that we had to leave our trash on the table. The kids working behind the counter were having a good time hooping it up loudly. I told two of them the there weren't any napkins or lids asking for some. Neither bothered to fill the containers. The ice machine wasn't working so the sodas were warm. I again told the girl working about it, and she said that they didn't have any more ice in the back either. When we're left she was taking her break sitting next to the overflowing trash bin. Even the ladies room was out of toilet paper with just a roll sitting into of the toilet. I can only think how nasty the kitchen is if this is how much the workers care about the front. I felt like I was at a high school hang out as the workers were too busy flirting with the kids that came in. This place can't possibly stay in business much longer as it is far far below average Chipotle standards and certainly not at Wayne's standards. HORRIBLE! Recently I visited this Chipotle Restaurant off of Swedsboro Road in Wayne, PA. Zak at the counter took my order. He was courteous, polite, smiled and welcomed me to the restaurant. I received great service from Zak and other employees at the counter, all in clean uniform. It was obvious that Zak and others were happy to work at this Chipotle. The ambiance was reflective of a fast food restaurant. The food was well prepared and tasted good. The kitchen, the dining area was clean and well maintained. The dining room was well stocked and garbage cans were empty and clean. The men's room was clean and sanitized. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. No line as we walked in on a Saturday night. That would turn out to be the only positive part of our experience. I tried to order a veggie salad. They were out of lettuce. Had to order a veggie bowl. I was given mayyybe 5 little peppers as part of the "veggie" portion. My party wanted to order chips & guacamole but they were out of guacamole. Apparently the manager in the back was making it. As we waited for a cashier to show up (because apparently only the manager can ring up orders?), the guy who served us was "cleaning" the food area with a dirty rag he took out of a bucket. The counters ended up just being smeared with sour cream. Still waiting for the guac and to pay, the people who were waiting beyond the register asked to speak with the manager. Turns out they were waiting for their catering order. When the manager finally showed up, he told them he was preparing the order in the back (to be honest, it didn't seem like he even knew about it). At that point, we had been waiting almost 10 minutes for our guacamole and to check out. The manager started to ring us up and he didn't even mention the guacamole (even though he knew we were waiting for it). We didn't even mention it because at that point we just wanted to get out of there - we were very close to just walking out and going somewhere else to eat. Not sure what happened to the group who was waiting for their catering order. I hope they got it but for some reason I think they had to find food for their group elsewhere. Anyways. Whoever the new girl working the line is is so disrespectful and rude. She gave me about half a portion of chicken as she was scraping the bottom to g egg the crumbs. Than my boyfriend ordered a burrito and she took about 5 little pieces of chicken (the scrap) at the bottom, it wasn't even half a portion so he asked if they were done cooking she proceeded to say yes although it was 815 and they close at 10 so he asked for the rest of the steak as well which was about an extra 3 skimpy pieces. As we were being rung up she came over and said we had to pay for a double portion ( we both go to chipotle all the time and we know what the protein portions should be about) we said come on there's no way your charging us for that as it was the saddest bowl and burrito I've ever seen. This Chipotle location is very hit or miss, but more miss. I've been in there when they've been out of chips and a separate time when they were of tortillas. Tonight, we placed an online order at 6:20 with 5 meals that was promised to be ready at 6:50. At about 7:15, an employee handed me one burrito, assuming it was the full meal. After telling her that we had 5 meals, she then made 5 of the same burritos. That wasn't what was ordered. She was very polite but didn't do anything about making our orders. It was another 20+ minutes before our orders were made. They didn't print out our entire order until 7:23. To top it off, the burritos were sloppily made. The chips were soggy and the guacamole was bland and pasty - their usual guac is much better and chips are normally crisp. read more

Generally Chipotle are standard, but this one seems to pride itself on low quality and low service. Got the Al Pastor bowl. It literally had 8 timy chunks of chicken, I had to search to find them. No guacamole. Got black beans, no rice. Had only two tablespoons of blackbeans. So the entire bowl was only one quarter full. Other custumers were complaining about lack of bowl filling, but girl behind counter didn't care. Better management needed and franchise oversight. This one is the lowest of the low.... read more
