They definitely use better quality ingredients, so the burgers and fries do taste a bit better, but I'm not sure if it's $15/person better. My main reservation about this location is: I don't feel the staff follow the basic hygiene rules. None of the cooks are wearing masks. They are constantly chatting and joking around (I mean non-stop) and shuffling each other jokingly, so I can imagine small droplets of saliva landing on my food. Basically, I don't like the way they handle food.

Five Guys is one of my top 3 favorite burger joints. It is no frills and offers a purposely limited menu that focuses mainly on burgers and fries. The dining area in this location is far from immaculate, largely due to the complimentary peanuts patrons enjoy whilst waiting for their order. But it's not horrible. Tables were clean enough. Service was very good. We were warmly greeted by the individual at the register, and our order was filled quickly and correctly. Their burgers have two patties; "Little" burgers have one. They are juicy and not very thick. My go-to is a Little Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard (and sometimes pickles). Every single one I've ever had has been amazing. LOVE their fries when they're hot and fresh -- which they were tonight. And they always intentionally overfill the fry cup, so the bag you get is practically a double order. Nice! Beverage machines offer a large variety of sodas, etc. I have yet to try their shakes but noticed they were quite popular, as most people coming and going ordered them. I don't eat at Five Guys nearly as often as I think about it...but I do remain impressed by the food, and I am sure I will be back!

I've had some of my friend's Five Guys French fries before & remembered how delicious they were, so I wanted to try a milkshake and burger as well. My husband and I came for dinner on a Wednesday night. Most people were in there for takeout, but you can also eat inside. The cashier was friendly & took our order accurately. I had the little bacon cheeseburger (single patty), my husband had the bacon cheeseburger (two patties), two orders of little fries (in hindsight, we would've saved money just ordering one order of medium or big fries), and two milkshakes. The burgers & milkshakes include as many free toppings/mix-ins as you'd like. This is nice, but you're also paying top dollar for the food. For fast food, I consider this expensive as our total came to $36.00. That being said, the food was delicious, but I don't think I'd run back anytime soon given how expensive it was.

I got a regular order of fries. Six dollars. And they were probably within tolerances, but barely, on the undercooked side I've eaten at 5Gs many times and this is the first my bags fries fit neatly in the cup. My pic has a few that had fallen out on the walk to the car. So my gripe is mainly value. I put equal blame on the person assembling the order and the franchise pricing. But I wouldn't be here posting if not both, together

didn't know they changed the bacon burger to bacon bits. I kid you not, not even 1/8 of a piece of bacon...

Oh word? Ice cream machine doesn't work but girl after me got a milkshake? Oh word we tipped a generous amount and have been waiting far too long for a burger that is outrageously priced for what it is? Trying to act like they did me and my dad a service by offering a free milkshake after i expressed my frustration. 25 minute wait. I'm so upset, this place was the best. I guess not anymore, lazy staff to say the least.

We came here at 9:40 and they are closed! It says you are open to 10pm. This is ridiculous. We called repeatedly and NO answer

I can't believe I've never tried Five Guys before today! For a fast food burger, amazing! You order at the counter and take a seat. Crack some peanuts while you wait. When they call your number, you go up and grab your food. I ordered a cheeseburger with an untoasted bun, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and mushrooms, Little fries (so much--do not be deceived by the name!), and an Oreo milkshake (vanilla milkshake with Oreo creme and Oreo cookie pieces topped with whipped cream). Everything was spectacular. The fries were hot and fresh cut. The burger was fat and juicy. The toppings were fresh. The milkshake was thick and creamy. Honestly one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. It was pricey (my meal came to $17), but it was worth it for the quality (never thought I'd say that about a fast food burger joint). Can't wait to come back!

    Bet you can taste these!

Killer burgers and fries. Simply the best. Always fresh, always friendly and fast service!! Five stars for five guys!

They are supposed to use peanut oil. To cut costs they switched to inflammatory vegetable oil. Fries were soggy as well.

The best recommendations: edamame dumplings, grapefruit lychee martini, scallop & risotto entree, mushroom pad Thai, and the cheesecake. The sushi was extremely fresh and delicious! We ordered many different rolls-- All great. The Pink Lady roll (special) was delicious. Adding a jalapeño inside would have been the perfect balance with the mango. I ordered the shrimp & beef entree, which was marked as spicy but not spicy at all. I wish it had more flavor, but the vegetables stole the show. Would come back!

I asked for a table in a quiet section of the restaurant. They put us with my back to a table of 8 women who laughed, screamed and cackled so loudly that we could barely hear each other. But the food was the worst part. I ordered the Crispy Calamari & Edamame - $19 with a very interesting description. What came to the table were deep fried calamari rings, no different than you'd get at Denny's. I then ordered the Pan Seared Wild Alaskan Halibut - $43 and what arrived at the table was pathetic. I've had Halibut many times and it is moist and separates in large moist flakes. What was on my plate turned into mush when I tried to use my fork. Literal mush, which typically indicates that the fish was many days old, else it would have been flaky. With it being mush, it was disgusting and inedible. After dining at Nectar many, many times over the last 10 years, I'll never go back.
