Chipotle is an easy and delicious go to for me and my boys. Two of us are vegetarian and one is vegan. It's nice that there is something to eat for all of us. My go to is a burrito bowl, white rice, both beans, tomato and corn salsa, cilantro sour cream and cheese. I love to dip the chips in it. My boys both go for the sofritas! My husband and I went to Chipotle last night on Alexis rd. (our favorite) and we left disgusted. The only meat they had was burnt dried out chicken. We were told it would be awhile for anything else. The counter where they add toppings was literally covered in lettuce cheese sour cream and guacamole. It was disgusting. We left and went to subway. Employee's were standing around doing nothing when there was clearly plenty to be done. We were really disappointed as Chipotle is our favorite place to go. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would! My First bowl was made and the employees decided to wipe down the counter with a dirty rag mid order. The dirty rag touched my bowl. I asked for another bowl and they made it MY issue. I simply had to let them know because It was disturbing. The manager and the Second Lady making my bowl had attitude with me and the service got sloppy the second time around. This caused another issue with my food! I decided to walk out. Chipotle has to be the most consistent place to have inconsistent experiences. At first this location seemed promising but that quickly went away. They never have peppers and other various items. I just had DoorDash delivered to things a half mile down my road the food's ice cold. It's soggy it ripped through the bottom of the bag. There's no utensils. There's no napkins. First off let me just say Moe's is way better. The biggest problem is that you watch the person in front of you get good portions. You think awesome I'll get meat throughout the meal. Next think you know that scoop is being shaken like a Polaroid picture till there's 3 pieces of meat. Then they realize they shorted you so go back in to pull out 1 more piece. Thank god for that. My company ordered a large order. A co worker goes and picks it up. The three people that ordered burritos literally got a 4 inch baby burrito. Co worker went back up, as we paid almost 15 per burrito, and they would not fix it! They literally said, oh, they didn't get lettuce on the burrito, that's why it is soooo small... like are serious! 170 dollars down the drain. Not only that, shorted us one drink, and messed up who's order was who's. They made big mistakes, yet wouldn't fix, I go to the one in Holland all the time and have NEVER had an issue, this one on Alexis however, we have issues all the time. I waited in line for 20 minutes before helped. There was only one boy on the line inside of the restaraunt and the other staff on duty were goofing around. very unprofessional staff with no customer service skills. it seemed the young boy was in training and these girls didnt help at all until the line was wrapped around and starting making remarks to diminish the boys efforts of working. This chipotle opened wayyy too early, they are always out of half of the stuff they serve and the customer service is actually horrible.

Came here on the way from Michigan to pittsburgh and was so disappointed. But I also can't say I'm surprised to have had yet another bad Chipotle experience. Im surprised they are still in business as a company because all I hear are complaints about them for the past 2 years. This might have been my last Chipotle visit... WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT PREPPING FAJITA VEGGIES?! EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO CHIPOTLE, THEY NEVER HAVE THEM. Why??? They all have the same excuse too.... Is this a corporate thing?? Why has this been the constant for 2 years?? What are vegetarians supposed to eat there? Beans and rice? Come on. We got to this location at 11:45am and they were out of veggies, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream...how can you be out of sour cream? And guacamole?? Right when lunch is supposed to be happening? They had only opened an hour before...were they too lazy to go in the back to get some? How is the store out of sour cream? I would love a response back with an answer because right now it just seems the staff was too lazy to go get it...it wasn't even busy when we were in there either....the beans were covered with so much liquid I couldn't even see them and didn't know they were there and the employee didn't ask which ones I wanted. So at the end when I was paying, I realized and I had to get a side of beans and put them on the burrito myself. If I could leave 0 stars I would. So done with chipotle. read more
