Even though this location is at a truck stop, it doesn't seem a part of the actual store. We've been here before and it was good this time too! Both times I got the chicken bacon salad. There is a good amount of chicken and bacon on it! The breadsticks are really good, too. They are buttery and garlicky. I live in NC, so it's fun to go to a restaurant we don't have. read more

Fazoli's is very good. This my second time eating here while on the way back from the airport. The location is in a truck stop but don't let that fool you. The food is very good and decently priced. I ordered the shrimp and cheese shells. So delicious when paired with unlimited breadsticks! Be sure to visit Fazoli's. read more

One of my favorite fast casual restaurants, but kudos to the staff for being so kind and accommodating. When you eat in you get so many breadsticks and they check in on you frequently. Zeke and the woman running the cash register were so nice to myself and my girls. read more

Amazing food & Service. It's located at the Travelodge truckstop, it's very quiet there. The menu is amazing. I've been trying to go through every bit of it every time Im there. Maria, the manager she is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everybody is very well taken care of ,even my service dog. it's always clean. It's been a long time since I dined at Fazolis. Had their baked classic sampler which included lasagna, fettuccine and spaghetti with a meatball. It was surprisingly very good tasting and a very good value portion size. Will definitely plan to dine here more frequently. read more

I thinks it going to be hit or miss here. When we went there was a couple people ahead and then after we ordered the line blew up and their service is slow!! One person came back while we were ordering and they had forgot to put sauce on her pasta but they joked around and then fixed it. The older lady working with the younger employees was trying to lighten up the mood and being encouraging etc. That was nice to see but honestly they weren't in any big hurry to get everyone's meals out to them. I saw a large family eventually leave after waiting in line for quite some time. They supposedly clean up after you when you done in but the lady who appeared to have that job was slacking a bit. A lot of tables needed to be cleared/cleaned. Her spray bottle and rag were just sitting on one of the tables for most of the time we were there. But there were still plenty of clean tables to choose from. If you dine in you get unlimited breadsticks but we were full so didn't refill. The portions are a good size though and I was hungry and dug right in and didn't even get a picture. Sorry. Just grabbed some breadsticks to snack n while doing laundry. Alecea greeted me with a super smile, very quick and precise with my order. My breadsticks were fresh out the oven. Alecea even suggested I try with the Alfredo sauce. Great suggestion!!! read more

My husband and I stopped in. There isn't a location near our home; we were in the area so we were stopping here. We placed our order and at down at the booths next to front window. I looked out the window and saw an ant No biggie. Wait. Lots of ants We moved seats to a table away from the windows. When Ashley brought our dinner to us we informed her of the ants. She thanked us and looked at it, then left. A few minutes later, Katie (assistant a manger) came out and pulled out the tables and the seating up. Katie found where they were coming at (under a booth seat). She cleaned the whole area throughly. Katie did. The assistant manager. She had a worker come out and mop the whole area. Katie even redirected other customers from sitting in the booths. We spoke to Ashley and Katie about the situation and both stated that pest control had recently been out and they will need to come back out. That didn't sound like a "line," but genuine. Other than that issue, the restaurant was clean. We spoke to another staff member, who was very friendly. All staff we encountered was great. This will not deter us from stopping there again. The good was good and a great alternative to fast food burgers. read more

All I can say is ......BEAT UP The price was cheap, but the food was disgusting! The lasagna had NO flavor, noodles were mushy and tasted as if the dish was made weeks ago. My husband had the Italian Sub, which was OK? The only highlight, was the Bread Sticks, they were good Needless to say 1/2 hour after eating their food, my husband and I both had diarrhea!?!?! Can I tell you I have always loved Fazoli's then to find one here in MI not far from my family was amazing! My favorite is the chicken parm. It was delicious. No one can say no to those bread sticks! They melt in your mouth. I wish we had one in VA. THe service they provide was amazing too. It was also inexpensive for our family. It's hard to feed 7 people on a budget. Love love it! read more

Didn't feel like driving a long ways to get a little something to eat on a cold night here in MI so I made it simple and short walked it from my hotel to Fazoli's. Ordered a chicken fettuccine alfredo and all I could say is it was one of the worst pasta dishes I ever ate. The pasta noodles were ok but the Alfredo sauce was very liquidy and didn't hold any flavor. The pieces of chicken on it was like eating a bag of salt. Even the breadsticks they gave were super salty. I hardly ever eat at franchise restaurants but I could say something about Fazoli's is that it is a low grade version of the Olive Garden. Many of the items on their menu is somewhat similar to them. I don't think I'll be back at this establishments again but don't take my word for it lol. See for yourself! read more

The food was alright but the service was slow. If you have time to wait it will be good. I ordered a meatball sandwich and it took 40 minutes to get to me. It was good but not spectacular after a 40 minute wait I was expecting more. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well kept. read more

Food is usually pretty good, the people are nice, & the restaurant is clean. Service is usually slower than molasses which can pose an issue for to go orders. I was super happy when Fazoli's opened back up in Monroe! I wish there was a way to order carryout online or via phone. Also, I recommend checking your entire order to make sure you have everything.
