Not only did they not have chicken, blonde boy at the front was very rude. upset because after waiting 10 minutes for chicken to be done i wanted new rice new (he began making my bowl before knowing my protein of choice, it sat on the counter during the duration of waiting for the chicken). and then they "didn't have queso." I had asked for extra chicken and he gave me half an extra scoop and then the person who ordered in front of me got a side of queso from what appears to be the takeout order area. I asked if I could also have a side of queso and the woman with the short red hair and the mustache was very rude to me also proceeded to put up her hands and tell me she wasn't gonna charge me for the queso after lying about it and doing that right in front of my face. she continued to wave her hands and appear to be very irate whenever I just wanted the same thing of the previous customer in front of me. at this point, it's not even about the queso. Inconsiderate staff, the staff workers would rather not serve customers in the building because that means they actually have to do their job. Felt neglected as a customer. The portions are small with barely any food, asked for a scoop of chicken got about five small pieces in my bowl. My friend asked for cilantro, or some other seasoning and then the worker said were out and he said then what did you season the chicken or fajitas with, and then the worker goes oh never mind and grabbed the cilantro or whatever seasoning he asked for. Had multiple signs posted saying that they will only take mobile orders, since there aren't enough people to work. Watched a terrible encounter, where someone's mobile order didn't work right and they had already paid, and the manager acted rude when he finally fixed it. The food was fine, it was what we ordered. This is just being added to the list of places where it will take at least 30 minutes for "fast" food, and the entire staff will treat you like an inconvenience for literally just wanting food. I understand that this is not the employees - they're only paid so much, so therefore they only have to put up with so much. I wanted to try Chipotle because of their new plant-based chorizo. They said they were out, but they had another option. I asked if it was vegan. The girl rudely rolled her eyes and said it's tofu. Sometimes things made with tofu have other ingredients that make it not vegan, so I asked if there was anything in it that's not vegan. She said, "it's tofu." I again asked if there were any added ingredients that were not vegan, but I couldn't really get a straight answer. I visit this chipotle quite often, with no complaints ever whatsoever. The staff is so friendly and talkative and always makes my bowl to perfection. However, tonight one of the women working the line (had blonde hair, didn't get her name) gave my friend and I a really bad attitude and then proceeded to make our bowl aggressively and ignore what we actually wanted in it. She then yelled at us at the register, after the cashier was making conversation with us, "You guys are at a 10 right now and and I need you at like a 2 because I can't focus. Thanks." It's better to order in person because ordering online guarantees you'll be cheated to low portions. My bowl's portion compared to my friends was so low with a few pieces of steak, and filled with rice, no salsa, or medium, barely any lettuce or shredded cheese, and even if you do order in person what you want may not be there. There were easily 6 workers there but only one was serving food and checking people out. She was also doing online orders at the same time while the rest of the staff was visibly laughing and chit chatting in the back. They had already packed up all the chairs and were cleaning, and didn't even give us the dine in option. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I found the top of the jalapeño pepper or the bell pepper (not sure) in my bowl.
