Came in, they didn't have rice, so the man in front of us had to sit and wait for probably 10 minutes. there were multiple employees but none of them were doing anything but online orders/sitting in the back. There was maybe a half dollar sized amount of chicken which i was offered, it looked dry and i was fine with waiting until we sat for 30 minutes waiting on it, only for them to tell us once we jumped back in line that they don't have guacamole, cheese, lettuce or queso. THIRTY MINUTES of them not prepping the food when no one came in. while we were waiting all the employees were sitting and talking. The trash was overflowing and the tables were disgusting. I wish i could say that this is a one time occurrence but it's literally every single time we come to this location. Management should be ashamed. read more

I have a problem with the employees generalized serving attitude. There is no smile or hello. It's quick quick plop of food in to the bowl. It made me feel slow and frustrated that I didn't vomit the ingredients instantaneously that went in to the bowl. The personnel freely speak to each other in a friendly manner, but none of that hospitality is wasted on the customers. Food wise, I had a chicken bowl. There was a fatty skin piece in it that I got rid of. Overall, the food was ok, but I don't want to go back. Holly read more

The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Waited over 30 minutes just to order food because they were that slow. Literally watched a family of four order their food, eat it, and leave before I could order my food. Also the dirtiest Chipotle I've been to. No tables were clean. Had to wipe down a table myself to eat. Food was also not good. Chicken Chipotle bowl, the chicken was over done with a crunchy outside. Not worth the money or time. read more

This location has the worlds worst parking lot. Super tiny. We walked in and everyone at the tables were waiting for food and there was a massive line wrapping all around the store. It was dirty and cramp and just had a terrible vibe. We walked out and drove to the one on the other side of town. read more

Terrible food absolutely disgusting and smells retched. The people are slow and mean.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered a chicken quesadilla online because they don't offer it anymore in person. I got a tortilla with barely any cheese or chicken. What a rip off. read more

chipotle on s. Campbell never has peppers and onions. Extremely poor management. Try to order in line and they say veggies are available but no, never. Other Chipotle restaurants always have them. Do not go to store on campbell read more

The manager had me sit and wait 10 minutes for chicken, which is fine. When the chicken was ready, it all went to the to go order station and they "couldn't" let me have any. read more

Had multiple signs posted saying that they will only take mobile orders, since there aren't enough people to work. Watched a terrible encounter, where someone's mobile order didn't work right and they had already paid, and the manager acted rude when he finally fixed it. The food was fine, it was what we ordered. This is just being added to the list of places where it will take at least 30 minutes for "fast" food, and the entire staff will treat you like an inconvenience for literally just wanting food. I understand that this is not the employees - they're only paid so much, so therefore they only have to put up with so much. Based on location, there's no reason why they wouldn't be generating enough profit to pay a full staff - management seems like it doesn't care about anything. read more

So I'm from out of town and this place had horrible reviews but I needed to eat and went here anyways. Big mistake. This place is basically ran by sloths, it's painfully slow. When I got here after walking, the front entrance was closed and they were doing online orders for a maintenance issue of some kind...whatever that means. The online order took forever because once again this place is ran by sloths...employees do not give a care in the world either. I mean it's just actually a disgrace to the company's brand but I didn't expect any less in Springfield honestly.c read more

Usually a favorite place to go and grab something quick. Not today though. Rice was undercooked and crunchy. All the meats were dry. Customer service didn't seem to exist. The cashier attempted to ring up our food without even asking for everyone's order. Not sure what the rush was. This isn't the chipotle I've known in the past. Will no be coming back to this particular location read more

I wanted to try Chipotle because of their new plant-based chorizo. They said they were out, but they had another option. I asked if it was vegan. The girl rudely rolled her eyes and said it's tofu. Sometimes things made with tofu have other ingredients that make it not vegan, so I asked if there was anything in it that's not vegan. She said, "it's tofu." I again asked if there were any added ingredients that were not vegan, but I couldn't really get a straight answer. The staff were the rudest people at pretty much any business I've ever done business with. Literally everyone in the restaurant had an attitude. I do not recommend. read more

The absolute worst place I've ever gotten food. I ordered a bowl with toppings one of the toppings was queso I paid extra for and all they sent me was a rice bowl with chicken and bean. The 2 other bowls we got were right but the rice was hard and undercooked! On top of that I DoorDashed and their store doesn't answer the phone to even fix the order. You guys truly suck. read more

Inconsiderate staff, the staff workers would rather not serve customers in the building because that means they actually have to do their job. Felt neglected as a customer. The portions are small with barely any food, asked for a scoop of chicken got about five small pieces in my bowl. My friend asked for cilantro, or some other seasoning and then the worker said were out and he said then what did you season the chicken or fajitas with, and then the worker goes oh never mind and grabbed the cilantro or whatever seasoning he asked for. Next time I want Chipotle I'll be going to the other location. read more

Not only did they not have chicken, blonde boy at the front was very rude. upset because after waiting 10 minutes for chicken to be done i wanted new rice new (he began making my bowl before knowing my protein of choice, it sat on the counter during the duration of waiting for the chicken). and then they "didn't have queso." I had asked for extra chicken and he gave me half an extra scoop and then the person who ordered in front of me got a side of queso from what appears to be the takeout order area. I asked if I could also have a side of queso and the woman with the short red hair and the mustache was very rude to me also proceeded to put up her hands and tell me she wasn't gonna charge me for the queso after lying about it and doing that right in front of my face. she continued to wave her hands and appear to be very irate whenever I just wanted the same thing of the previous customer in front of me. at this point, it's not even about the queso. It's about the integrity of the employees who works here. Very disappointed. read more

Slowest chipotle I've ever been to. The staff are either high or this is their first time ever using tongs.

Service was poor. Food was low in stock and workers were annoyed when I asked them to refill. Poor experience overall!

I made an online order and it said it would be ready at 8:50. I got to the store at 8:48 and did not receive my food until 9:07. i watched them make everyone else's order before mine and showed a huge lack of concern for how long i had been waiting. none of the employees were kind or apologetic. bad experience. read more

Best Chipotle in Springfield 1000/10!!! The vibe on the patio is right! Food is always fresh, fast and fantastic. Thanks Chipotlers

Biggest longest lines ever. I love Chipotle but I'll try to avoid this location from now on. I visit this chipotle quite often, with no complaints ever whatsoever. The staff is so friendly and talkative and always makes my bowl to perfection. However, tonight one of the women working the line (had blonde hair, didn't get her name) gave my friend and I a really bad attitude and then proceeded to make our bowl aggressively and ignore what we actually wanted in it. She then yelled at us at the register, after the cashier was making conversation with us, "You guys are at a 10 right now and and I need you at like a 2 because I can't focus. Thanks." Like miss girl, your job is adding guac to a bowl and calling it good. Anyways, it angered my friend and I so bad that we wanted to complain because we've both worked in the food industry and would never dare to talk to customers like that. She condescended us like we were 2nd graders and it was a really bad experience. read more

Literally the slowest place to get food in the city! I keep coming back thinking "surely it's changed", it doesn't. Worst ran/managed Chipotle in existence read more

Very slow service. Always out of multiple ingredients. Workers wearing AirPods, not actively listening. Go anywhere else.

I've been to a lot of chipotles and this by a very far is the worst one I've been too. I've never been so disappointed to look at the food in front of me. They give you the smallest portions know to mankind, for what they give you it should be at a discounted price. The chips were wet and floppy. This place is terrible and is a waste of a building were a good food place can go into it. Go to steak and shake across the street. read more

Park your bike on the bike rack out front and walk into a vibrant, busy space filled with activity and delicious smells. Hop in line to wait your turn, or head on over to the cashier if you ordered via phone (the iPhone app is amazing). You will find options for a burrito or bowl. Choose from organic meats or a veggies. The guacamole is super fresh, as is all of the ingredients. And they serve beer. This is the best place for a filling vegan meal in Springfield, and the service is amazing, too. Just yesterday, I was leaving with my pick-up order (skipping over a long line!) and the cashier ran out to the parking lot with my forgotten chips and salsa. Now that's service. I don't have any experience with other Chipotle locations, but their food is highly recommended. read more

Yeh! So happy Springfield has TWO Chipotle's. I love, love Chipotle and there is not one close to where I live. This is the first time I have eaten at the location on St. Louis in a good lont while. It was very, very clean and the "crew" helpful. For those who have never visited Chipotle - it is basically like a bar of "stuff" to add to your chicken or beef burrito or bowl, taco or salads. There are other items on the menu (I included a link to it), but I always get the chicken burrito. As you move down the line, the server adds whatever you like to your meal - brown or white rice, guacamole (extra charge), sour cream, cheese, beans (black or pinto), lettuce and my favorite the YUMMY salsa. Yes, Chioptle is a little more pricey than Taco Bell, but a thousand times better. Give it a try. Also, when it isn't FREEZING outside, there is patio seating which is very nice to sit outside to dine. Chipotle = Sweet! read more

I decided to give these folks another chance after a disastrous lunch last year! Big Mistake! My burrito bowl was leaking through the Doordashers bag. First off, there was only soggy, cold, shredded carnitas, a blob of guacamole, and a drop of something green chili?? No rice or beans?? Nasty, never again, I swear read more

If only I could give it no stars. I walked in and went to the restroom. Looked like it was not cleaned in some time. Stood in line and noticed how dirty the floors, seating and tables were. 3 times I'm a row my friend and I have gone, and something has been out of stock, or portions weren't fair. It's better to order in person because ordering online guarantees you'll be cheated to low portions. My bowl's portion compared to my friends was so low with a few pieces of steak, and filled with rice, no salsa, or medium, barely any lettuce or shredded cheese, and even if you do order in person what you want may not be there. Terrible overall and way overpriced for a place that gets your meals wrong read more

I walked in an hour and a half before closing only to be told that they were out of almost everything. I understand that millennials are very lazy, but this is ridiculous. I have never experienced worst customer service at any other chipotle in my life. We waited in line for 45 minutes and ended up leaving. There were easily 6 workers there but only one was serving food and checking people out. She was also doing online orders at the same time while the rest of the staff was visibly laughing and chit chatting in the back. Finally after one other worker came out from the back they were just talking and NO ONE was getting served. It was like everything else was important other than serving the customers. Tables and floors were filthy. Trash was overflowing and there were no chairs. We weren't the only people to walk out after 45 minutes of waiting either. I can't imagine how much business they lose all around. read more
