I have been frequenting different chipotle's for 25 years. This is hands down the worst location I have experienced. 1PM on August 1st just incase the location manager wants to see who was working. Although I doubt that will happen. There is no pride from top to bottom. The restaurant is a total wreck. The trash can by the soda machine stinks. It's clear no one has taking it out in a while. I gave a little slack thinking they may have had a lunch rush. I walked in and out 3 different times to whiteness zero customers in line and 4-5 employees standing at the register telling story's and drawing stuff on to go bags. Shift supervisor allows this when there was plenty clean in this dump. The blonde gal that made our pitiful burritos should find a new employer. I have never witnessed someone put together food with such a piss poor unmotivated attitude. She was literally doing a careless wrist fling, splatter a little food on the tortilla more on the counter roll it up and done! What a way to make an individual feel unimportant. I don't feel the need to elaborate on the finished product. More than 1/2 went into the stank full trash can while your employees told each other jokes. Poorly trained poorly managed. We were really excited to go to Chipotle. We haven't had Chipotle in forever, and hadn't been to one since we moved to Missouri. We show up at around 9:20 PM at this location, which, according to Yelp is open until 11 PM. We walk inside and there are no chairs out at all inside the restaurant. All the chairs are gone because they just want people to order their food and leave, So, dining In is not an option? If you have an hour and a half left in the day, why are you doing carryout only? this was a terrible experience. the lady taking orders kept mumbling under her breath that she wasn't staying much longer and made me feel like I was putting her out by simply ordering our food. it was extremely rude and not something customers should experience just expecting to come in for dinner. then she walked away in the middle of making our food saying she was going to pass out several times. No one on the rest of the line acknowledged any of this and looked like they were just trying to get away with doing the least that they could. the counters were a mess with food all over the checkout. I tried Chipotle for the very first time ever today. When I arrived there were three adults and a few children in line ahead of me. They were nowhere near the counter to place their orders but standing back clearly waiting. As I joined the quiet line in the quiet restaurant I observed 3 employees walking around behind the counter glancing at us periodically but not helping. It was weird. I put their mobile app on my phone while we were standing there and was immediately rewarded with free guacamole. The only reason I didn't turn around and walk out to select a different restaurant is because it was a sizzling hot Saturday afternoon and I had walked over while my car was being checked out at a nearby garage. When I finally got a chance to order I decided pretty quickly that I didn't want to spend over $9 for a taco so I ordered a kids quesadilla with honey chicken for my protein and white rice and brown beans for my sides. I've begged please let's go there! my best friend and her mother both never had chipotle . All fresh ingredients made daily. Something for everybody. Walked in here for the very first time to try it and the staff ignored us the first five-ten minutes we waited at the counter. There was hardly anything out and the staff seemed annoyed if we asked a question and didn't even know what was out on the bar. The food we did leave with was very disappointing and barely had anything on it. Lesson learned on where not to go read more

This the second time ordered through DoorDash hoping they would actually get it right this time. No last time I got no lettuce. This time I got two strings of lettuce. We recently ordered from this chipotle location using Uber Eats. It was extremely disappointing! The meat on both a burrito and a bowl was inedible! Tough, and full of fat and gristle to the extent that we had to just dispose of the meat. We reached out to Chipotle customer service and got no satisfaction. The response was "contact Uber Eats." We picked up two burritos this evening as walk in customers. We were told they were out of rice but we could clearly see rice. We were told that rice was already sold! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I love Chipotle and even though $18 for a burrito is a lot, they are usually huge and DELICIOUS. Not the case at this location. Burrito was smaller than a Taco Bell bean burrito and when I brought it to their attention they said "sorry we're out of everything". Told them I wanted my money back they said since I ordered through the App I had to enter my complaint on line. I was irritated but did what they suggested. Received a message that I would receive a refund for my trouble. In the email it said $0.00 has been returned to the card used for this purchase. I also received an email saying that I have a BOGO reward added to my App. $0.00 after paying $18.00 for a burrito I n ver got. When I got home and inspected the burrito it was Carnitas (I ordered Barbacoa). Tiny horrible burrito mostly tortilla. I do not recommend Chipotle... Biggest Chipotle building I have ever seen. Largest patio I have ever seen attached to a Chipotle. The ginormous private parking lot with easy accessed splendiferous . The burrito portions are also abundant. All this and yet the dining area is the smallest I have ever seen with the exception of one other place in Casa Grande Arizona. i usually love chipotle. & i never leave reviews, but im pretty upset and disappointed after this experience. i go in alone, wait in line forever, whatever. i go to order and the lady is just being rude to everyone. the one making the food. & then i ask for barbacoa. there's other meat, mixed with the barbacoa. what. she puts the smallest amount of barbacoa on there, like barely any. so i ask if i can just have a little extra, you know, to make it the normal amount i always seem to get. so she does, barely and charges me for 2x meat. i didn't even barely get the amount your supposed to get?!? $5 for nothing. i didn't ask for a drink, got charged for one anyways. everyone was just rude. what usually is my $11 order, was now $22. pissed. read more

Don't waste your money. This used to be our go-to spot for a quick dinner, but their service, availability of basic ingredients, and consistency of preparation have become abysmal. Several times when we ordered ahead, our orders were missing items or wrong. We switched to ordering there, and they have repeatedly been out of basic items (no beans, no veggies). Today they were out of beans and veggies and did not tell us until after the order had been started and then threatened us when we tried to cancel the rest of the order. Took 50 minutes to get a bowl. 30 minutes longer than the estimated time. Couldn't cancel my order and the workers were barely moving.

I have tried to give this place a chance multiple times but they always disappoint. First, they NEVER have all of the ingredients at any point in the day when you order inside however they always do when you order online. They keep the online food orders fully stocked while the people in line in the actual store are left with the leftovers. Second, they always give you hardly any food, especially when it comes to the bowls. I barely get anything every time I order and it certainly isn't worth the price. Third, the hours say they are open till 10:30 but I have been in as early as 7 before and they are already out of food and even have their chairs stacked, ready to close. They rush people to leave early so they can close. They are also extremely rude and have no sense of urgency or customer service. I am truly upset with this experience. Chipotle used to be one of my favorite restaurants and it's unfortunate that I have to write my first ever negative review about it. Will not be going back. read more

I was so looking forward to trying out their new Brisket offering during our visit to Springfield, we live an hour away. So I wasn't in a good mood when I found out they were out. We went for lunch. Regardless, I'm use to poor attitude by Chipotle staff but this place tops them all. On top of that the serving they gave me was a lot less than I remember. Not just the meat but the rice and beans! Then when I asked if that was really it they gave me attitude so I said I'll pay for more meat and they screwed that up. The tables were dirty too. First of all, I am not one to post a review but I have had too many bad experiences at this chipotle to just continue to allow their awful customer service. I ordered online their new chicken quesadilla expecting a tray with 3 sides and a decently sized quesadilla, but received what looked like two small tortillas with some chicken thrown in and a sprinkle of cheese. Definitely not enough for a meal. They also put all of the sides that were supposed to come in the tray in small cups. I am very disappointed with how this turned out and will not be returning to this chipotle due to the consistent bad service I have received. read more

To help you realize how bad this is, this is the first review I've ever left on this app. We ordered this food to go, which I'm now seeing was a sad mistake, and as soon as I picked up my bowl after getting home I realized just how light the portions were. The fact that I could touch the bottom of my bowl with my finger was a problem. Never in 1 million years would I pay $10 to receive this little of food. Normally the portions are double at any other Chipotle I ended up driving back and voicing my concerns, and thankfully they gave me the same order for free (which is why it's 2 stars and not 1). But, when the guy was giving me portions I swear he thought it was for a 5 year old, I was just shocked by how little he was going to give me if I didn't ask for extra of just about everything that was in my bowl. The whole vibe in the place just had me thinking I was sad b/c of the lack of joy in the workers, I hope they can all find a better job soon cause I feel bad for them and the customers, nobody walks home happy If you choose to go here, they will not hook you up and you'll wish you ate at another restaurant, I promise you. This is the worst display of professionalism in customer service that I have experienced in years. I was nothing more than an inconvenience to the staff and was obviously not worth their time or effort. I am convinced that this branch of Chipotle solely exists to try not to take your order and make your food. Even after deciding to take my chance with placing a mobile order INSIDE THE STORE I waited about 30 minutes for cold food and stale chips. I was never spoken to in the entire process of ordering. I had the worst experience at this location than I've had anywhere I've been, that's including a pizza place that I waited for almost two hours for my pizza. The Chipolte at St. Louis and National area in Springfield, Mo has a LOT of work to do. Their manager there appeared the have constant RBF and had an attitude with us as we attempted to order. She had all the employees doing their end of the night cleaning almost 1 1/2 hours before the location closed and they put more focus on doing that than helping their customers. The manager then placed priority on online orders coming in after we got there and stated their chips and guacamole were for online only since they were running low, 1 1/2 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSED. The manager was rude and extremely short with my son, who is only eight years old, when he tried ordering his food. They gave him barely one quarter scoop of rice in his side dishes for his kids quesadilla. My son had asked for an adult quesadilla and they stated it was online only and the manager spoke to my son like he was a moron for requesting it, WHO IS ONLY EIGHT-YEARS-OLD. My son noticed them talking behind our backs when we weren't looking. The manager had asked if my son wanted the orange that came with his meal, TWICE, and he said yes but still never received it. We noticed multiple employees in the back kitchen area on their phones while we were trying to get our order. The manager attempted to ring up my wife and son's order without even attempting to take my order. The manager stopped in the middle of working our order to start working on online orders that came in after we had walked in. We walked into the location at approximately 8:30 pm and the location closes at 10 pm. We did not FINALLY get our order until 9pm. I waited to get a burrito and quesadilla and one of the lady's was nodding off and yawing all over my burrito. And i had to keep reminding her she was in the middle of an order originally she just handed me a toria after i had literally just asked for a burrito. then some guy from the back through the steak in with the chicken which is not sanitary nor safe. and my quesadilla was just steak and cheese and some how a couple peppers still ended up in it even after i asked them to take them out. Came in, they didn't have rice, so the man in front of us had to sit and wait for probably 10 minutes. there were multiple employees but none of them were doing anything but online orders/sitting in the back. There was maybe a half dollar sized amount of chicken which i was offered, it looked dry and i was fine with waiting until we sat for 30 minutes waiting on it, only for them to tell us once we jumped back in line that they don't have guacamole, cheese, lettuce or queso. THIRTY MINUTES of them not prepping the food when no one came in. while we were waiting all the employees were sitting and talking. The trash was overflowing and the tables were disgusting. I have a problem with the employees generalized serving attitude. There is no smile or hello. It's quick quick plop of food in to the bowl. It made me feel slow and frustrated that I didn't vomit the ingredients instantaneously that went in to the bowl. The personnel freely speak to each other in a friendly manner, but none of that hospitality is wasted on the customers. Food wise, I had a chicken bowl.
