The food is good. The service is good. 8-10 crew members in the kitchen working hard. However, there are clearly issues with management at this location. The place opens at 10:45AM and I was there with my family at 11AM but honey chicken is not ready and no iced tea available either. There was only one less than half bottle of Tabasco sauce available. The tables have not been cleaned. My guess is the place did not open on time, and did not do a thorough job cleaning the place at closing the previous day. The up keep of the place is on management. The women who made my tacos flat out lied to me and told me they were out of veggies when I asked if the other prep area had them. Feb. 6.2025 @ 5pm I ordered online for a pickup and came in to grab my food and noticed a line by the register so I went to the designated spot to pick up food and the girl working the station pick up looked at me as if I was invisible. Not only did I wait for her to greet me, or say ANYTHING, I had another customer behind me get his food FIRST than me, when mine was already visibly INFRONT of me and ready. There was no "Hi, Hello, What's the name for pickup" none of that. The guy says the name behind me, she says "what's the name?" Looking at him but I'm clearly infront of him. he gets his food and leaves , I try to give her the benefit of the doubt to say something. but she turns away while I'm still in the front, and that's when I say my name. She hands it to me like she's miserable, and I grab my food and leave. I didn't even want to be in the chipotle after receiving that treatment. Girl if you're miserable just quit your job! I missed there names but it was a middle aged fair skin women and then a fair skin younger guy very pleasant. My only gripe is there was no salad dressing or hot sauce. read more

This is one of the worst locations I have been to. Unfortunately this is the only location near my job so I have to go to this terrible chipotle when I am in this area. The staff in unbelievably rude. Several encounters with the employees for online pick up orders they given me a attitude while just trying to provide my name that's on my Online order. They do not greet you or ask you how they can help you when ordering but speak to you as you are bothering them. There are no smiles and they carry themselves as they are miserable. Another encounter at this location, I waited online to get my order done at chipotle and witnesses a young man who worked at chipotle being yelled at in front of all the constumers by another employee who also worked there. I came here because I was hangry as hell. I don't frequent too many Chipotle's though. Today it was cool. No long like. Fully staffed. Tables seemed clean and everything moving efficiently. As I approached to order they were putting out new batches of rice. Guess it was pretty busy just before I got there. But everything looked clean, as it should. The gentleman that prepared my food was nice, and attentive (I get very selective when I order from places like chipotle). The cashier was nice as well. I couldn't log in to my app and she showed me how I could enter the receipt details once I got logged in. Side note, I pay attention to everything going on behind the counter at different restaurants. In here today everything looked neat, clean and organized. On down to the gentleman pouring more black beans in the pot to cook(I'm assuming it was black beans but it could've been meat or something else). I glanced over at the counter where they make the mobile orders as well and that was neat and clean and organized. My food tasted pretty good when I sat down and ate. Now, I'll say this I'm not used to my chicken bowls being super spicy but I promise it taste like a jalapeño pepper was in there somewhere. I don't mind a little spice but I just wasn't expecting it. Reminder to self: No matter how convenient.... just stop giving this specific location a chance. I've tried going on different days, at different times, and I have been consistently disappointed. While the struggle for the day may change (food not ready when order placed well in advance, no brown rice, no veggies, hard rice and burnt meat to name a few)... there is one guarantee- that is the look of despair on the employees faces. We ordered three items on line. One of them was canceled and one was a scam. We ordered a chicken burrito, a barbacoa burrito and a salad. When we went to pick the order up the salad wasn't prepared and the cashier swore that the salad was canceled except for that pesky receipt that we had. My wife had to re-order her salad and added the "guacamole is extra" for her salad. The attendant doled out a little more than a teaspoon and tried to move on. When my wife said something the girl admitted that she was shorting her on the portion and fixed it. When we finally got the order home the burritos were cold to luke warm. We nuked them. My son cut right in the middle and started enjoying a chicken filled reheated burrito. I started eating and after a couple of cuts in realized I was yet to encounter any meat. I went through the entire body of the burrito in search of barbacoa. At the far corner, the very end of the burrito I found it. A little under tablespoon's worth, cowering, embarrassed that its mear presence reeked of thievery, dishonesty and regret. I couldn't eat it. It was a dismal representation of a co-opted cuisine prepared by a leaderless crew who could care less. Unless you're a risk taker and do not mind the probability of your heart being broken and your time being wasted, I suggest you place your order in person and counter their shameful misuse of your trust and time with a mindful, vigilant eye as they assemble your meal in your presence. Chipotle is the type of place you want to visit, when you have no idea what to order for lunch. To me, this is a better option than stopping at a burger fast food place. I enjoy the burritos and the bowls at Chipotle. Some of my favorite main dishes to order is the steak and the barbacoa. Both of these meals are delicious. You cant go wrong with grilled chicken option either. Between adding rice, beans, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole; this becomes a fun meal to mix together and eat. This specific location is nice, as it offers a large parking lot, mobile ordering ahead of time, and is right off of the highway. Because my job is close to here, I try to stop by once a month, as thats the perfect amount of times you would wanna hit up a place like this. A bonus side item to order thats pretty good is the chips and queso. Overall, Chipotle is average. Stop by when you have nothing to eat and you will be satisfied. read more
