Sorry the area has become worse since they opened in 2013. Was fairly normal for a few years. Then got affected by the area. In 2019 a woman in the lane next to me yelled her order while pulling her car forward when I was already following the car in front of her as I had made my order, but she was the type that said something like she she was gonna do to me when I honked. They used to have the common sense to tell you follow this car through the speaker. It became every man for himself, stopped going there after that. Be careful in this area used to be a hardworking middle class area it's been on a hard decline despite the fact it's more busy than ever. Also terrible traffic nightmare here bad location they needed to think ahead, they are very very successful and hire good staff but you need twice the property size I'm sorry. I don't feel Chick Fil A food is a 4 star, but this rating is based off of the location experience. We all know Chick Fil A and know the quality. This time I did a walk in to get an Oreo milkshake. Milkshake was thick and good quality! A good quick option for a shake. As Chick Fil A tries to exceed at, they do always tend to have good service. I saw the workers coming out to tell customers that their food was almost ready. Throughout the years this location really went down. I've waited for so long in the drive thru, got to the order section nobody spoke to the speaker drove up bc I was holding everybody behind . When I got to the window i notified them of the situation and the girl at the window had an attitude so I just left . It's ridiculous that I waited so long hungry didn't get to order bc someone didn't want to be at work . I'm very respectful and patient but if you dont like ur job just quit . This Chick-fil-A is just all of the others! Crowded inside & long drive-thru line but worth the wait! Do not be intimidated by the long lines- they move fast! In my experience, food is always served piping hot and is perfectly made. The messed up my order once but fixed it with no hesitation! It's located in the middle of Rt 22! Turn in via the old 7-11 parking lot and follow the signs. The biggest hack is ordering via the app and going inside to pick up your food. That'll definitely cut down on your waiting time! The workers here are always extra friendly and courteous. I've yet to have a bad experience while dining in or taking out from this location. The place is BUSY- being busy is a GOOD thing! Never had a bad chick fil a experience until this afternoon, but never been to this location before. While ordering pickup via the chick fil a app was amazingly fast at this location (Union, NJ) to recieve food (faster than any other location i have been to), the reason become clear when we bit into the sandwich and nuggets... very very dry. Perhaps has been out under heat lamp or something for hours. The nuggets were more like chicken chips or jerky, not the normal thick juicy pieces we are used to from other chick fil a locations.... see attached pictures. Threw them out. I love chick fil a and no they don't pay me to say it! I find the food to be healthy, has huge variety of sauces and dressings, service is friendly and fast, place is clean. They also have a children's play area to keep them busy. I recommend downloading their app onto your phone. Each time you place an order, scan your app and you collect points to redeem free food. Trust me, if you eat at chick fil a often, the points will add up in no time. First time stopping by this location and of course same as most chick fil a I've visited, the maintenance and service here is just as great. However, this location provides mint candy with all orders, which is great. The parking lot has limited parking spaces as it is a shared lot with other businesses. There are some seatings outdoors. I would definitely come here again when I'm in the area to shop in Route 22. read more

The wait is ridiculous at this place. Sometimes you get your food before you reach the window but there's no was to escape the drive through line once you're in it and your food comes. Delish! Just like all the other chic-fil-a's I visit! The food was hot and fresh. We got the spicy chicken deluxe and we were not disappointed. You cannot go to Chic-Fil-A without getting the lemonade which was great- a little sweeter than my usual but still loved it. My only issue was the wait time. It seemed like the system in the kitchen could use some improve. We waited a while. One thing I pride the chain on is not having a large variety of options which allows them to be even better at their trade...that includes promptness in receiving food. The only downside is the I consistency in my order each time. I usually get the same thing 12 piece chicken nugget with large fries and sunjoy. What I recieve is anywhere from 8 to 12 nuggets (for my 12 piece order) and for fries it's rather disappointing as they only barely fill it halfway. I got their new Mac and cheese as well as a frosted caramel coffee. In total it was $7. The Mac and cheese was good but not worth the 10 minute wait in line and then another 10 after ordering (this was the wait inside). I like how shredded cheese was added on top of the cheese sauce, if you live close and are willing to wait I do think it's worth a try to see for yourself. This might be the worse Chick-Fil-A locations I've ever been to. I've been here a total of 3x, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day but this time will definitely be my last. I ordered through the app around 3:50pm which honestly is pointless because it's like they don't make your food until you arrive anyway. I couldn't choose curbside pick up because of inclement weather which was a week ago but whatever, I decided I'd go inside to get it. Around 4:00pm I get a notification that my food is ready, I honestly though it was a bit fast but I proceeded to go inside to a long line of others waiting. Even though the app said my order was ready, Alfred waiting 25min, it still was not. Listening to others complain around me that they had the same issue where the app said it was ready but it's not. The same thing happened to me last time but I brushed it off thinking it was a glitch. I honestly think they aren't meeting goals so they are saying meals are ready than they are. After 35-40min i finally get my food and walk back to the car. I start taking the food out to eat but: 1. The fries are cold so I go BACK to ask for new fries, which they happily gave. 2. I get back to the car and notice all the sauces are missing and by this time I don't even bother going back. 3. I ordered a salad to which the dressing was missing and there was no fork but there was a spoon to eat my salad with. :) On top of all this, their attitude was just rude. I'd been boycotting this place since 2012 because- Oops!- their hate was showing. Well, they're better at hiding it now. For fast food, they're fast indeed with friendly service for a 3-meal order within 3 to 5 minutes depending on milkshakes. Their Waffle Fries are good but even better with their Chick-fil-A sauce- ask for lots. This sauce also gives their sandwiches a hand, which I dip directly. Their slightly Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich has a juicy, breaded chicken breast with tomato, lettuce, pickles, and pepper jack cheese. This is the one to get! Though their Frosted Lemonade barely has any real or fake lemon flavor, their classic shakes satisfy. Kids meals can be customized with chicken nuggets (grilled or fried) or chicken strips, a wee apple juice box, chocolate/plain milk, waffle fries, and applesauce or a fresh fruit cup. Then a little Captain Obvious here, but their chicken nuggets are nicer than at most other fast food places. In fact, their kids meals are better, all together. By default, they include a small prize for kids 3 years old or older. If requested, they have a different one for younger kids. This is my Chick-fil-A! I wish that there was one closer to my house, but oh well. A 25 minute ride is totally worth it for this place. First off this place is in the middle of a major road/highway. Getting in here isn't that bad, getting out, good luck! The lines are always long! Expect to wait up to a half hour or so for food... But its worth it! There is usually a ton of traffic on the road to here. That half mile you are on it will take 10 minutes or so! It is a 50 mph road, so when you exit, fly! This is a typical Chick-fil-A. Christian music playing in the background with only the melody. I enjoy singing along to it lol! It is always very clean. They also put fresh flowers on each and every table. It really is well taken care of. The bathrooms also serve mouth wash! I've never seen that anywhere else!!!!! Their chicken here is crazy good! like OMG! Ive never had a bad sandwich! I am partial to their frilled chicken, add some Chick-fil-A sauce on top and wow! Out of this world. Their nuggets grilled and fried are super good, I prefer the grilled. They need huge party trays for that! Their cookies are stellar as well. Their fruit cup needs a little love, but its a good alternative to the fries. OMG their fries! so good! I cannot describe how good they are! I don't have any issues with any of their food, except maybe their salads, its sliced chicken instead of their fresh grilled. Chick-fil-A invented the chicken sandwich, so it's a no brainer on what you should try first if you've never been here! I personally love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries!
