Visited this nice place after I hadn't been in a while. I had a nice Costa Rican family I wanted to treat for lunch at home. I was stunned sad to hear they close on 2/28/26. I stopped by again because I went once across the streets and didn't like the quality of food or how I was treated. I didn't mention that to Tito's counter fellow but wouldn't you know it? He helped carry the eight boxes of quesadillas I bought to my car in the parking lot across the street and around the corner. Iordered online for pickup on door dash so the food to be ready when we got there. it took us 9mins after ordering to get there. We seen a couple eating the nachos and it looked really good and the cheese looked melted, i was so excited to try it. This place is a diamond!! The taco salad was amazing. The setting ideal and decor was cute. Reminded me of the beach in Hawaii. My friend got the tacos and said they were excellent and I got the taco salad. Lettuce and other ingredients were fresh and the cilantro vinaigrette was excellent. It's a real shame what has happened to Tito's. I keep coming back, thinking they can summon their 2011-2019 magic somehow, and they never do. It's completely flavorless. The once-great hot salsa has zero heat. Zero. The chicken is chewy and off-putting. It all just feels very uninspired. I can live with the lack of the self-serve salsa bar and reggae tunes that used to tie the whole place together, but the food product has simply suffered immensely. Place used to be special man. I was expecting a hot and cheesy burrito but instead it was cold, had no cheese and was missing most of the other fixings. There was only a teensy amount of guac, pico and sour cream. The burrito was filled with mostly hard and flavorless chicken, rice and beans. I was also missing a side order of sour cream with my chicken quesadilla, which also had overcooked chicken that was lacking flavor. Came here to experience the enormous taco! We love Mexican food, so when we learned there was a place serving an obscenely large taco, with had to get here. Every time I come to Tito's Burrito's I have a great experience. The portions and generous and everything tastes delicious. We also recently had their catering which was equally as enjoyable to have. Great place to go in Summit to fulfill your cravings for spicy food! I love their burritos and burrito bowls- there's so many filling ingredients and vegetables and you get to add your choice of their special sauces. Their sauce selection is pretty impressive, there's truly something for everyone! They also have options for wings and chicken tenders, which also pair really well with their sauces! I was pretty disappointed with their tacos, however. The chicken in my chicken tacos was pretty dry and not seasoned. There were very little vegetables or sauce, so the taco was not very flavorful. Would NOT recommend their tacos But will definitely be returning to try more of their sauces and fulfill my burrito cravings! read more

Finally made it here after seeing it online for probably about a Year. A small venue located in the main downtown hub of Summit. It's metered parking. Inside has about 3 high top tables & one long bar style table. Fountain & Fridge drinks available, no alcohol, & not a BYOB. They also have a few tables & chairs setup curbside for outdoor dining. Food wise, we had the Wings w/K-Pop sauce (I forgot to take a pic of those), Lowboy Beef Tacos, Lollipop S'mores, Mac Daddy Burrito, & the signature menu item....The Fat Amy. Which is a giant Taco! Essentially takes up the entire tray. The wings were very good, the Lowboy Beef Tacos were extremely basic. The Lollipop S'mores very almost overwhelmingly sweet once you add the dipping sauce, & sadly the Fat Amy was nothing more than a Novelty. It was difficult to eat, the taco shell falls apart for basically just looking at it, & it's not very flavorful. The fries on it were the saving grace, because the chicken strips themselves were bland and basic. The real All-Star of this trip was the Mac Daddy Burrito. Very good & flavorful. If I were to go back, that's what I'd get. This is a 3-Star review only because I genuinely wasn't impressed by the food. It didn't live up to the visual hype. My boys grew up for the 1st part of their life in Manhattan. On Mulberry St actually ! Our deal to allow them to come along to our upscale evening dinners had 2 criteria. One was maintaining their excellent behavior & #2, they had to try new foods/dishes. Chicken fingers & French fries were black listed!! So now that they are older & can appreciate a simple glass of fizzy bubble water aka Perrier w a twist of lemon, i trust their taste bud opinions. So, I can tell you without a moment of hesitation that Tito's is a solid, you can count on their style to be consistent when you order your favorite burrito or quesadillas. Tito's is a fast, fun, fill you up & go go go place. They are one of the 1st places my m son orders from when he's home t favorite place! I've passed by this place and seen various locations for it! I also recall seeing the Fat Amy around Social Media a few years ago. I happened to be in the area and finally got to try. Only street parking available. We found a metered lot nearby which convenient had the first hour free. The giant taco called the Fat Amy is MASSIVE. I didn't visualize how big it would be, definitelty should've split this with my husband. It's loaded with ingredients and it took about 20 minutes for both mine and my husband's to be brought out, but it was tasty and I really liked the tortilla! It was cooked with a nice crunch but also somewhat a little fluffy! The only lackluster thing for me was the chips. I haven't had chips that were offered without salsa, so I was surprised. I thought maybe the chips didn't need salsa, but they were quite plain, but they came on the side with the taco. The indoor seating is small and bar stool style. There was a few outdoor tables, which looked super cute to eat in the downtown. As this place is known for burritos and wings, will have to come by again to try something new! read more

This place has been on my radar for a while and finally got to a chance to try it. I ordered my meal online of a shrimp taco and 6 Gnarly wings. It cost a little over $13. When I arrived there was no parking so had to park illegally and run in. They had the spot set up for only pick ups. I told the lady my name and she got my food and I left. I ate this meal on my cheat day and even a day old it was still good. I really liked the wings. The gnarly flavor is definitely it. I see why people rave about it. Burrito was good the one time I had it two years ago but nothing I can't get from the local Tocoria. Was in here tonight trying to redeem a birthday offer from May of this year - yes May. I don't live near here and I am hardly in Summit. Previous to my visit - not immediately - I called and asked when the birthday coupon expires and the staff didn't seem to be sure but they told me to come in and they would redeem it. Again I know this was sent to me in May but if it's going to expire, put a date on it rather than leave customers (and staff apparently) guessing. This is the sole reason behind this review. I placed my order online to be picked up and that process was flawless. The order was ready upon arrival as well. The menu had a number of options ranging from tacos to wings and chicken strips. I had the Fat Amy ($14.95). It was a 12-inch tortilla fried and stuffed with chicken tenders, hand-cut fries, various cheeses, lettuce, spicy chipotle sauce, and Pico de Gallo. I believe this was advertised as being 4 pounds, but when I weighed it at home, it was around 2 pounds at most. The shell was very crispy except for some soggy parts from the lettuce and Pico de Gallo. Some of the fries were a little soggy too. The chicken was very flavorful with just enough crisp. The key to the taco as a whole was the spicy chipotle sauce. It really enhanced the taco as a whole There was just too much lettuce and Pico de Gallo compared with the other ingredients. I also ordered 6 chicken strips ($9.95) with their Aloha sauce. The sauce was a sweet and tangy Hawaiian teriyaki BBQ sauce with pineapple. I thought this was going to be too sweet when reading the description, but that was not the case at all. The pineapple combined with the BBQ sauce was really tasty. The chicken was ideal too. I love the food here! They have a few locations but this was my first time in Summit. This location is a bit smaller inside so seating is limited but we were able to get a high top table for 2. You place your order at the counter and it's delivered to the table. We got an order of wings, a steak quesadilla, and an order of Titos favorite nachos. The food was delivered and looked delicious. The portions are huge on the quesadilla and nachos but that just means we'll have food to bring home. Everything was great... wings were crisp with a nice sauce and some bleu cheese on top, the quesadilla had tender steak and cheese fried golden brown topped off with some sour cream and some salsa from their complimentary salsa bar and the nachos were excellent... crisp chips topped with seasoned ground beef, queso, melted cheese, black beans, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and pico de gallo... between two of us we only finished half of the food and brought the rest home. I saw an IG post about a 4 lb taco and sought it out. Sucker! It's called Fat Amy with chicken tenders and fries tucked inside a 12" tortilla. But then, not even halfway through, I realized the bulk of it was fries propping up a small serving of yummy fillings. I had added an order of nachos, rice and beans, so I was stuck with a disproportionate amount of carbs, but after paying $40 already, I didn't want to order any more. The Bang Bang Shrimp and Tito's Fish Tacos were both enjoyable. I tried them with the corn shell and flour tortilla, and loaded them up with their flavourful chipotle sauce. Yum!! So this spot was found relatively quickly as me and my boyfriend are on keto and hot wings sounded delicious. I called in the order to-go for 24 wings half gnarly and half Nashville hot. I told the girl on the phone very crispy / well done she repeated everything back and i paid over the phone. When i arrived i checked everything and noticed we had two ranches (very small containers) i asked for two more but he said he had to charge me. *eyebrow raise* well how many does the 12 count come with ? He said two sooo how does 24 wings get two ranches then ? Wouldn't it make sense to double the amount? Just trying to make logic make sense at this point. Free chips and salsa with takeout: WIN :) The steak quesadilla was delicious and MASSIVE. Easily could have fed two people. Came with sour cream and guacamole. We got an order of gnarly wings which had the perfect amount of spice. Wings were tender and tasty. The birds the word burrito weighted as much as a newborn baby. I had enough for 3 meals! First and foremost I have to say this place had a very interesting menu, it is Hawaii themed so that could be why they have such an interesting mix of food. I got the Miguelito quesadilla, the k pop wings, and their s'mores lollipops for dessert. Everything was good appropriate spice and just generally good food. The two things that got me were 1. Cost, which now a days I think everyone is going up in cost and 2. Seating. I barely had enough room at my table for these three items, and the seating was extremely limited. Consistency is key. This place is tex-mex goodness no matter the location. Huge Quesadillas, tasty carne asada nachos and a taco of the day special. It's not unusual to wait awhile for your food because quick is not fresh and fresh is not quick. They have a small counter of salsas, picks and green sauces that you can bag on your own to keep you occupied in the interim. This place has a college hangout vibe. Lots of grunge stickers all over the soda machines and college crowd frequents. Tito's is a great go to for Tex-Mex. Their Quesadillas are huge-a-mongous! Not bad for roughly $9. I highly suggest their carne asada nacho because they are made with fresh ingredients and the taste is phenomenal. Comes with some house made nachos on the side too.
