After a long, beautiful day, I decided to treat my son and myself to some Wendy's. It's a tradition we've had--he's been through so much in the past two years, battling cancer, and I just wanted to make things a little bit easier for him. We usually go for the nuggets because they're affordable, but today I thought, why not splurge a little and get something different? I added a couple of cheeseburgers to our order, thinking it would be a simple treat. After everything we've been through, it felt like a small way to bring some joy. Just a few extra dollars for a little happiness. We got to Wendy's, and we were so excited--unwrapping the burgers, smiling at each other, ready to dig in. But then... boom... there it was. Cheese. On my cheeseburger. CHEESE. I know it sounds ridiculous, but why would they put cheese on a cheeseburger I didn't ask for? It's supposed to be a cheeseless cheeseburger. I know it's the simplest thing, but after all that my family's been through, that one little mistake felt like a punch in the gut. I was honestly so mad--like, how does this even happen? But it didn't stop there. The service was just as bad. I walked up to the counter, and instead of a friendly greeting or some help, I got stares--from the workers, like I was the one causing a scene. I felt completely out of place, and I could sense the awkwardness in the air. I didn't even care at that point--I was done. I tried to get their attention to fix my order, and when I got frustrated, I tripped and fell in the process. All eyes were on me, and the whole situation just made me feel even worse. I shouldn't have had to deal with that kind of vibe. It was so off--like no one even cared. After everything, I was just drained. I took one last look around, and I could tell my son wasn't having the best time either. What should have been a simple, comforting meal turned into an absolute disaster. I can't say we'll ever come back to this Wendy's again. I'm all about second chances, but this felt like a moment where you just know things aren't going to improve. They really need to step up their game, and I'll be taking my business somewhere else next time. It's really tough when something as simple as a cheeseburger can turn into such a disappointing experience, especially when you're just trying to make a sweet moment for your family. read more

Service is improved at the front, and cleaner, too - the peppermint frosty is not great - stick with the original chocolate. You can buy a tag for $2 that will give you a free jr frosty every order in 2023. Worth it after 2! And they have two touch kiosks now for ordering, plus the soda machines have QR codes if you prefer touchless there, too. Still no drive-thru, parking in their lot, street, or the lot beside for the strip mall has stairs down. read more

This is our local Wendy's. I've been coming here for years. I can't say I've had much to ever complain about. Maybe years ago they forgot something in our order but that was it. I always love the limited special spicy chicken sandwiches that they come up with. Always so good. I love the baconator fries and my son loves the baconator burger. I just tried the mini cinnabons and those were good too!! The place is usually clean, at least when I go. So shout out to my local Wendy's! read more

I'm a big fan of this Wendy's and I wanted to give out shout out to the outstanding AM breakfast team. Not only was service efficient but very friendly as well. I tried the maple bacon chicken croissant with the seasoned potatoes. The sandwich was better than I expected the chicken was cooked well and the maple syrup worked beautifully with it as well as the bacon which was nice and crispy. The potatoes were like a mashup of hash browns and a steak fry and were very crispy. I liked them and would get again. I brought home the breakfast baconator with seasoned potatoes and a chicken honey butter biscuit both of which were well received. The hot coffee was surprisingly good. The store no longer has trays due to the Coronavirus and was pretty deserted. I would patronize this Wendy's during this tough time. The breakfast was quite good and you can taste the real eggs used. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, the decor is chic. After ordering at the kiosk I waited longer than everyone who was there before me, those who walked in with me, and all of those who walked in up to 10 minutes after we had ordered and paid. In my senior year I would always drive there during lunch and order Frosty, 6 piece spice chicken nuggets, and a Dave's Double(I eat a lot) and would highly recommend trying any of those options. The wait was a bit longer than desired but the staff was friendly and remembered my order the next time I came by. While the food remains quite good, the customer service has gone way down recently. The unsweetened ice tea was in the wrong container and I had to be the one to test it and change the sign. The table was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. When we asked for a wet napkin to clean it, they didn't suggest they clean it, they just gave us a wet napkin. This is one of the best Wendy's in the area. The location has been recently renovated and allows you the option of ordering at kiosks or the counter (I have not tried the kiosk yet). I showed up at 12:30 AM and they were closing at 1:00 AM, so I understand that they all wanted to go home as soon as possible, but they are literally the only place open this late on a Sunday night in a 10 mile radius. I go to order at the kiosk since others are at the counter. The kiosk works well, but an employee stopped me to tell me I couldn't order a frosty because they just cleaned the machine. That's their top product so it was slightly annoying. Then I order a drink and I don't typically get soda and selected rootbeer. After I've paid they prepare my meal and it the food turned out as expected, so that's great, but then I go up to the drink machine and they're out of rootbeer, so I'm picking something else when I don't want to drink caffeine and just wish I hadn't paid for a drink at all at this point. I wasn't given my receipt with my order, but didn't notice till I was gone. read more

This is by far the slowest Wendy's I have ever experienced. Even with no one in the store, the food still takes at least 5 minutes to be prepared. The store itself is clean as are the bathrooms. There is no drive thru. Parking lot is laid out awkwardly. This Wendy's has the ordering kiosks installed in it. I used them once to order food and later found out an item I ordered was out of stock. The cashier told me they couldn't refund my money for that item because I ordered from the kiosk and I would have to choose a different item if I didn't want to lose my money. Customer service is lacking but it appears if you're one of their regulars they're very friendly. read more

Beautiful renovated building, with modern features.... To bad it's a waste because of the cleanliness, horrible service, and attitude you receive from the workers at this location. If I could this would be a 3.5 stars but I'll give the place the benefit of the doubt. It is and ordinary Wendys basically but now it is gorgeously redesigned giving it a nice modern feeling. The bad thing was the service behind the counter. There were some lazy workers and there are also some conflicts with confusion that go on behind the counter. This place breaks my heart. I grew up in Ohio and Dave Thomas spoke at my graduation. His quotes are even on the walls. I order at the kiosk here and then watch as nobody reacts to get my food. The manager comes up from the back and sees that nobody is moving...and then he starts fulfilling the order. Only he has no idea who he right customer is, so he fulfills the wrong order and gives it to me. After I tell him it's wrong, he starts in on my order...only he doesn't ask me what I had...he just fulfills what he thinks is the order. In this case two kids meals. Wrong entree, wrong side, wrong drinks, etc. Of course I tell him this...so he just gives me basically four meals for the prices of two. All while the staff just sits around. Food is very average (for a Wendy's), store is disgustingly dirty...and to make matters worse...the fire alarm is going off. I keep coming back to this place b/c the brand has a place in my past...but am more and more disappointed each time I visit. The kids meal toys did kick *ss BTW. read more

My husband and I enjoy a Wendy's treat most weekends and sometimes during the week if one of our errands takes us near the store. The food is usually fairly consistent and tasty for fast food. Today, however, the customer service was unacceptable when two young female employees were rude and loudly talking about me for asking them to replace french fries that had been sitting under the light the entire time I was in the restaurant.
