Right at the 60-minute mark, he was quick to offer two options - our wings to go or a table in the dining room. In the end, we had to negotiate an extra hour in the karaoke room since our food took SO long to come out. When paying the check, we were surprised to see a charge for food we never ever received! I'm super disappointed that they tried to take advantage of us, when we were very understanding of their mix up. In my opinion, servers could use a lesson or two in customer service. Never in my time in hospitality, have I ever behaved in the way they did.

Broadway Hot & Honey Chicken features a fairly simple menu, focusing on chicken wings, wraps and salads. I have tried examples of all three and they were all fantastic. Their wings are perfectly crispy on the outside but not dried out on the inside. Their various flavors deliver as advertised (and to my taste, none are particularly spicy). Their wraps are gigantic. I can't imagine still being hungry after eating one (if that's your entire meal). If you have it with something else, be prepared for leftovers. Finally, there are their salads which I often get with grilled chicken. The chicken is always cooked perfectly. Most, flavorful and cooked through. There was absolutely no reason for that level of attitude over something as simple as making a payment. If you come to work dealing with customers, basic professionalism and respect should be expected. The line at this location is rarely even long, so there's really no excuse for treating customers this way. If an employee cannot communicate respectfully with customers, perhaps she should be working behind the scenes instead of at the window.
