First mistake is on me, I really should know better than to try and grab food here during peak lunchtime hours but in my defense I was starving and had a serious craving for that Spicy Southwest Salad. Rumor has it this chain offers terrific food and service. The food is tasty but the service is awful. If you go in to order food at a register, you're ignored by a passle of employees who take at least 5 minutes to know you're there. Even when the location isn't busy, the same indifferent behavior happens. Last time they called my order and I barely heard them so they took it back and I waited for another 10 minutes. When I went looking for the food they found it behind the counter. The kid just shrugged and handed it to me. read more

I've ordered food through the drive-thru from this location multiple times, never had an issue. But today I ordered for pickup since I was out running errands and the wait in the drive-thru can be quite long. I ordered for pickup and got there at a quarter to one. Selected "I'm here" on the app and it told me they were making it fresh and it would be 5-10 minutes. Okay, great! I waited and when I didn't see my order I asked a worker and they said someone must have taken my order and they would need to remake it. Well, that's frustrating and then someone else told me that they wouldn't charge me for remaking it. Why would I be recharged in the first place? Isn't it your responsibility to ensure the people grabbing food or giving food out are confirming order details or names? Why have pickup if it is the same wait time as going through your drive through? Massively disappointed and won't be coming back. read more

The last time I ate here was a year ago, when I wrote my previous review. I rarely eat fast food, but the one redeeming factor was always that it was cheap. Since I do all my household's grocery shopping, I am well aware of how food prices have risen due to inflation, but today's lunch at Chick-fil-A was still a bit of a sticker shock. I bought two chicken sandwiches, a "large" mac & cheese (1 cup/8 oz.) and the smallest bag of potato chips I've ever seen, one handful of chips for $2.00. A package twice that size would have cost a nickel when I was a kid. The total for the above meal was almost $27. Bottom Line. No one and I mean no one understands the value of customer service in the fast food world like Chick Fil A. We wanted to stop in for a quick lunch and my husband noticed the long (double) line of cars in the drive thru and commented that the chicken restaurant across the street had no one waiting. There is a reason for this. Chick Fil A has the best chicken sandwich! AND they have cornered the market on professionalism and courtesy as well as a well oiled service that moves the customers through the line quickly and efficiently. I love Chick-Fil-A. I've been a fan since I lived in So Florida. I was very happy to hear that they built a brand new one not far from my home, because there's so few Chick-Fil-A's. Right now they only offer drive thru or order and pickup at the outdoor window. The lines for drive thru can get really long, but do move pretty fast. The good news is this Chick-Fil-A realizes this and they've created a really good system to move the ordering process and pickup along. They have two lines that completely wrap around the building for ordering. You pull up and outside they have employees dressed in uniform holding an iPad to take your order. The employees will continue to walk next to your car as you continue to move up. Once the order is placed they'll ask you for a name to put it under. The staff is very well trained, polite and courteous. Allen took my order and he was very helpful and funny. You can pay by credit card and their able to swipe it right there on the spot. As you pull around the back, there's a kiosk and they have 2 employees who ask you your name and print you a receipt if you choose to have one. You can also pay by cash. Once you arrive at the pickup window again, there are two lines and the employees ask you your name and retrieve your order and deliver it to your car. There's a large menu to choose from so I would suggest looking online ahead of time and no what you want to order. Their drink list is long too with many combinations to choose from. I've ordered from here twice so far. This time I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich combo meal with large fries and a large drink. I must say, Chick-Fil-A's chicken is so moist and delicious. ( I heard they bribe their chicken breast in pickle juice to keep it moist.)The only thing is I wish the sandwich was a bit bigger. You'll probably want to order two. I also have tried their crispy chicken deluxe sandwich combo. That comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles and American cheese. Both are very good. My daughter ordered the same thing but she also got a small cookies and cream milkshake, which was thick and creamy. This Chick-Fil-A is located in the same shopping mall as Ulta . If you're picking up from the window separated from the drive-thru you'll have to park in the lot across from Chick-Fil-A and walk across to get to the window. Chick-Fil-A doesn't exactly have a secret menu, but you can look online to find interesting combinations you can ask for when placing your order. Keep in mind, it is not a guarantee that Chick-Fil-A will honor your request because most of these items are dreamed up by customers, not the restaurant itself. Any sandwich can be wrapped in lettuce you just have to ask for it. I was really excited about this location opening because it is really close to my house and I wouldn't have to drive all the way to Union for some good chicken sandwiches. First off let me say that the service was great staff very friendly and even though the line was long, it moved fairly quickly for it being a new Chick Fil A. That alone is deserving of 5 stars. Unfortunately the 2 star review is solely based on the food... I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a lemonade, cheese sauce, and Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was really good but the fries could have been cooked a little longer and were floppy and the sandwich was overkill. The cheese sauce was really watery and not as good and thick as the Chick Fil A location in Union. Did not get to try the lemonade because THERE WAS FOOD BITS IN IT!!! There was chicken breading and a fry in the bottom of my cup when I went to pour it into a glass at home. I would have said something but I didn't notice until I got home with my food. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Union location, this experience was very disappointing and I probably won't go back. read more

The driver that Chick-fil-A sent did not drop them off and did not talk to the hotel front desk staff, and because of this took the order back. He is unsure if he's going to get his money back. This is a new Chick-Fil-A in an area that we used to live and still visit. It has been a positive experience every time we've been so far. This location is a disservice to Chick-fil-A everywhere. They continuously serve food that is unacceptable when compared to what you normally get from Chick-fil-A I just left from there and they gave me all these broken little pieces of cold french fries. Not only was my food not hot, my soda was watered down because it had been sitting around. The fries here are persistently underwhelming. Expect to wait at the drive thru for about 25 minutes. Not because they are inefficient really but because that's just how it is at Chick Fil A. There are two lines and the lady takes your order at the start then two other ladies at the window assist with you paying for your order and getting you your food. Special thanks to the ladies at the window tonight, it was pouring and thundering outside and they could not have been more pleasant. All 3 stars go to them. The food itself is fine. I got the chicken sandwich (of course) with waffle fries (decent) and nuggets (I don't know why). It was okay but I don't get the mass appeal of this place and I've tried it several times. Best chick fil a ive ever been to! The line was long but moved a lot faster than I expected. Fries were crispy and perfectly salted, and the chicken sandwich was absolutely perfect!
