I have been waiting for the Watchung location to open up and decided to give them a try today. I placed my order online, which was very easy to do. I ordered a 10 Piece Traditional Wings, well done, with regular Buffalo and Louisiana Rub sauces. I placed the order to be ready at a specific time. Upon my arrival, I noticed that there were quite a few customers waiting around for their orders to be completed. Mine, however, was waiting for me right on time. The order and pickup experience was great, in my opinion. Now, onto the wings themselves... The "doneness" of the wings was spot-on. Just the way I like them. Crispy and not chewy/fatty at all. These are not "breaded" wings, which i don't like anyway. The Buffalo sauce was tasty, but not spicy for me; I like a lot of spice. I will try something hotter next time. Spicy Korean Q (5), Mango Habanero (5), and Original Hot (10). All three flavors were fantastic but I really want to give a shoot out to the Mango Habanero sauce. The cost was $25 which works out to $1.25 per wing. Not cheap but the wings were a good size. The wings were packed in two separate boxes with the Spicy Korean Q and Mango Habanero well separated in the same box. The online order stated that our wings would be ready in 16-21 minutes but it took closer to 30 minutes. Not a complaint, just an observation. The workers were courteous although one customer was not. Wingstop Watchung is located in a strip mall with more than enough parking available. I placed an online order for the wing day promotion. The online system allowed me to choose lemon boneless wings as my free item. Upon picking up the order i called and spoke to Tracey who was rude and unhelpful. Went last week. They only had two employees working and during the peak orders one employee was required to take a break. Ruth (name based on the receipt) did a phenomenal job for having to do all the work herself. She had to take orders, process orders and answer the phone and never once was she rude, short or disrespectful to any customer.
