As I read the reviews for the Scotch Plains location, lol I decided to go with this one in Westfield. 50% off all pizzas is something I cannot refuse as I am a degenerate trying to make it in this world. Food is always good, workers are very nice, and rarely any issue with my order (which when it happens is always resolved).

In spite of being a pizza snob, I like dominos pizza - at least at this location. Their crust is not as good as fiamma or Houdini pizza lab but it's less than half the price. This location is very efficient. A plus. I once had an issue with a missing freshness date in a salad but they addressed it but who orders salad from dominos. I usually do the curbside pickup and they are very prompt. So I am a big fan of this location. Their pizza is quite good. read more

Always fast, hot and delicious! Occasionally there are missing "items" but that has been limited to dipping sauces, and they IMMEDIATELY send over whatever was forgotten. The team is awesome and the delivery team is a joy. Love them! read more

Excellent Domino's. I have ordered from them many times and they are always great. Earlier tonight they forgot to bring marinara sauce with my order. I called them about it and they went out of their way to drive back with the sauce. I was told that sometimes mistakes are made but they always make it right. Only when the pizza arrived did we find out he'd ordered from Domino's. I ate a slice anyway because I was hungry, and as expected, it's the worst pizza I've had in years. It's a Domino's Pizza so not really sure how much I can write about this in a review but I'll try. This location has all the standard menu items and you can do the online ordering for here as well. My only issue with this place is the parking and that it's not really easy to go in and out of. The location isn't great. The pizza is Domino's. Never had any isssues with this place for the past 15 years its the same staff as it was when it was on w broad street. Theyve never made a mistake on my order and if it was a mistake its because I ordered it wrong and when I have they accommodated me. Ive had Dominoes from quite a few different locations and they are the best by far. They have always delivered in a timely manner and the app works great. If you call after 11 or anytime near closing (12 AM) they won't answer the phone. Went there in person one night after they didn't answer and the employee cursed me off and blamed it on a broken oven. This is the worst branch of dominoes I've ever been to. This Dominos pizza is really good. They aren't skimpy on the topping and even deliver to some places in Scotch Plains. Understanding that Dominos isn't gourmet pizza, compared to other Dominos locations in the area, this one is really good. We like the Brooklyn style pizza, plain, it's hands down the best one. Can't compare dominos to real Italian pizza but you can compare Dominos to other Dominos and to other similar styles like pizza hut and papa John's. The 5 stars isn't based on being 5 star pizza but they are 5 stars in their category and against similar competition! This Dominos is 1 of the cleanest and best owner operated Dominos i have ever Been to. Its super clean and very consistent in quality and always ready quickly. read more

Our family has been ordering from the westfield Dominos for years. This location makes many mistakes. There communication is poor. They don't explain properly what is included with a special or side orders. Ordered two medium pies, one onion and pepper the other pepperon. The one medium pizza didn't have pepperoni. The owner said told prove there weren't any pepperonis on the pie because he took the order. The owner stated he definitely put pepperoni on the pizza. We drove back to the location, told by the owner you order plain. Kept arguing on the phone and in person. No apology.....shocked by the way the owner of this location treated us as a long time customer. read more

Ever since this place changed their name (Dropped the Pizza at the end) their quality has been sacrificed so much. They used to actually have decent (for fast food) pizza, their delivery has always been extremely quick, no complaints there which is why the 2 stars, their staff has always been friendly and courteous... their food is just terrible now. Their pizza is all under-cooked, tastes raw, their once amazing hot wings are half the size now, and the hot sauce is not the same recipe. I used to order from this place every so often when I didn't want real pizza (since we have about a dozen real pizzerias). I will no longer order from them, their food tastes terrible, their wings have no meat, they "claim" they will keep you happy by offering the same awful stuff discounted or "free", when they really need to find their old recipe book and go back to the basics. They also over charge for everything, their $5.99 for 2 medium pizzas ($12) comes out to about $18-20 after their taxes and "delivery charges", plus we always tip the drivers. They are lucky Papa John's didn't last, they actually moved into the old Papa John's spot which is a little strange. Don't order from this place it's nasty and over priced, order from a real pizzeria, we have more than enough choices, and go right next door to Hershey's if you want real wings... seriously. And unless you mention the $5.99 deal or click the online coupon they will charge you full price... pathetic. When I called to complain they acted a if they do me a favor by offering their services and that I was fortunate to have them... yeah okay, thanks I'll order from Buona or Genneros from now on.. and forever. read more
