Been here multiple times, it appears as if the employees get worse as time passes. Maybe they are fed up with Covid or pissed because they cannot work from home. Anyway, Late one evening, on a Monday, I placed an order and the wings were atrocious. The fries were still partially uncooked and over seasoned. When I went to pick up my order at the time that it was ready, the cashier just grabbed my order from another table placed it on another table, and I(me) said Thank you, have a great evening. The employee appeared to be updet, and didn't even acknowledge anything I said turned around and just walked away. Simple gestures go a long way. With this said, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Not sure how this places stays open. Employees do not want to be working there, therefore the customer pays for food and also pays for their deficiencies. I will never go here again, find another wing spot or try BWW. I love their hours! Haha but the wings are average .. flavors are not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings but the prices are. We ordered Mango habanero and mild and could not tell which was which.. their fries are pretty tasty. I went there today, place my order, and ended up waiting for 36 minutes. 36 minutes is a long f*cking time. But again, the last two times were atleast 30 mins. We went to pick it up and they said it would take another hour +!! We were not going to wait an hour for a couple wings. They should really stay true to what they said. Well, I was excited to try the food at the newly opened Wingstop. My whole family loves wings, so we ordered 5 different types of wings to try. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The wings were very mediocre, not to mention that we had to return 3 times there because we didn't receive our complete order. Conclusion: Bon Chon wings blows away any A/B-style wings. 1st, spicy is not. 2nd, the ranch and blue cheese dips were weak (read mildly flavored), and 3rd, the wings were more sour than spicy. They had me waiting for more than an hour in the store waiting for my order that I ordered 20 minutes ahead of time on the phone. They seem to wait until you get to the store to actually start on your order regardless if you ordered ahead of time. Sucks because it's close to home and I actually like the wings. The first time I went to the Watchung, NJ location I had a very good experience. I called in my order and it was made exactly how I ordered. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION... I wish I could give this place zero stars. I was at this location last night and observed a worker wiping down the food prep area where they handled the food. She then put the nasty dirty rag to the side and started helping with the orders. As I was being handed my order, I said excuse me why are you handling food items without any gloves? You used that rag and didn't even wash your hands. I asked her, her name and she advised me that it was Sharisse. I repeated how unsanitary it was to handle a dirty rag and than food. She advised that their company policy was not to wear gloves and that they were not allowed to wear gloves. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment. Been here multiple times for some wings and it's my go-to late night spot whenever I'm feeling lazy after work. Never wrote a review but after the experience I had tonight with Aaron it only felt right. As I walked into the store tonight I saw an employee staring me down as I approached. To my surprise he politely opened the door for me and immediately knew I was there to pick up my order. He asked if there was anything else I wanted and I replied with my typical "nah" and, once again, to my surprise he gave me a free drink. I was like "man you're hooking it up!" He replied saying that he would rather get good reviews than bad ones and with myself being a server at a restaurant I totally agree. After getting my drink from the machine he offered his hand for me to shake and it felt like the type of service that I try to provide every single day at my job was being reciprocated to me before my very eyes. I really wasn't expecting this type of over-the-top customer service as I've been here several times and knew what to expect, but today Aaron proved to me that he's a special kind of guy that succeeds in providing great customer service. Received the carried out order on time. Wings are cooked perfectly. The mild wings are under seasoned. It is ridiculous that we have to pay for the dipping sauces. They charge about 50 cents for each sauce. If we ever try them again, we will not buy the sauces. They're nothing special. Their competitor's wings come with complimentary sauces. read more

The worst wingstop I tasted the wings were flavorless. I couldn't even see the lemon pepper on my wings. The fries did not have any seasoning on them. I ordered 2 different flavors and I only got 1. This location stinks from a food perspective. I'm a fan of Wingstop and I've gone to the Elizabeth and Newark locations with no issues. This location gives you the smallest boneless wings they can find, and often are very rubbery. The other locations give you nice sized boneless wings of better quality. I don't know if they use a different provider or buy cheaper boneless wings but after 3 tries I'm throwing in the towel. It sucks that such a close location is such a letdown. read more

Never, never order from this restaurant. The manager Robin is extremely rude and unhelpful. The restaurant canceled my order 15 minutes before it was to be delivered. And do not call u til that time to let me know. I had already gotten a door dash text to expect my food. When I called, Robin spoke over me the entire time and wouldn't let me ask questions that I had. The wing stop confirmation email states to call the location to change your order. I did that earlier in the day and the person who answered the phone said he could not make and changes. So I asked if he could cancel and reorder and he said he could not. I had to do it through the ap. Anyone who knows the app understands there is no way to do this. So I did nothing and I can't cancel myself and the store said they cannot cancel. So instead of letting me know when I originally called, the manager Robin told me at the time I called earlier I canceled it. If that's the case why didn't the person who I spoke to say that? And why did I get a door dash notification? Why did she further have a need to call me if it was clear from my earlier correspondence that the order was canceled? She would not answer any of my questions and hung up on me twice. Do not patronize this place. There is no reason to hang up on a customer who is asking questions about the process in a polite and appropriate way. read more

I've gone to wingstop over the last few years, because I like the food. The other day I was in the watchung area (usually around there cause of work) and wanted some fries, so I ordered online through the mobile app. I arrived 40 minutes after placing the order because I was running other errands. I went inside.. first of all, the cashier looked very inexperienced/lost (I'll attribute it to the fact that she's young - probably her first job) so when I told her I placed an order online, she said "your fries aren't ready yet" and I was confused because I placed the order 40 minutes prior and fries take no more than five minutes to make. She then said "oh never mind they're here" and gave me the order. The bag felt extremely light.. I went to the side to get ketchup (which they were out of anyways..) and opened the bag. Not only was the fries regular instead of a large, but the basket hardly had ANY FOOD inside. Even if it's the smaller size, the amount inside was disrespectful! I went back to the front and told them, and the cashier was like "that's how much comes inside" and I told her I ordered a large. She then tried to charge me the difference of a large fry even though I told her I had already paid for it and had to show her my email receipt. She then told her manager who appeared to have a damn attitude. I then had to wait another ten minutes for my order. The fries were placed sloppily inside like they just threw it in. I'm not returning to this location. Luckily, I live in the union/elizabeth area so there are wingstops there. But this location is trifling. read more
