After receiving my order which was 9 dollars and some change, I gave her a $20 bill. She had to wait until the register told her how much change to give which just shows how bad our education system is. I looked in the bag and noticed there were no napkins so I asked her for some and she replied " they weren't on our truck". How hard is it to go to the dollar store and buy napkins so you have something? We as customers don't care if they say Arbys or not, we just want to eat like a civilized person. Train employees sizes of all items, how to count change, and to tell management when something is wrong, and teach management how to properly run a restaurant.
