Can't give zero stars so forced to give one but it's really ZERO!!! Order from here at your own risk and certainly don't get it delivered. I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget combo, baked potato and 4 cookies . Everything except for nuggets were inedible. Fries cold and like rubber..( not b/c of delivery- nuggets and baked potato were warm), baked potato was hot but hard as a rock- over cooked. The worst was the cookies- burnt black. Not crispy or well done. BURNT. Couldn't get through to the store on phone. Almost 8 bucks in cookies ruined and waste. The Wendy's app kept crashing. One star is being generous worst service ever going through the drive-through the worker left his mic on while taking care of another customer when I did reach the window I thought this is the first time I seen somebody in a wheelchair but no, he was actually sitting down on the job and it wasn't because he had to sit down. There was a massive fly infestation in the bathrooms, and the whole place was freezing. The bathroom locks didn't work. The air temperature was colder than the temperature of the Frosty I ordered. It was 90 outside, so everybody was wearing tank tops and shorts. The food was good however, and I have to give credit for that. read more

They forgot the burger in my order in the drive through, and didn't realize it until I was 5 miles away. I called the store and the person who answered the phone said "oh yeah, the guy at the window forgot to give you the second bag." So I drive all the way back and of course the drive through line is long, so I go inside. Inside line at the counter is long, so I go to the corner of the counter and grab a staff members attention stating I called about my missing burger. She looks at me, grabs the receipt (which was barely legible because the ink must have been running low) and says "what, you didn't get your fries?" Are you kidding me? How do these people keep their jobs? I say "I'd like my BURGER, along with the forks and sauce you forgot to give me with my chicken nuggets and salad." She grabs the receipt out of my hand, grumbles and walks away. She returns and yells "drive through burger!," and as I approach the counter I ask again for my forks and sauce they forgot to give me. She rolls her eyes and points at the small display of forks and ketchup. Uh hello, whatever happened to customer service? I probably will not be returning here for awhile. read more

Well, this place is quick and accurate for the Drive-Thru. Can't say so much about the dining in experience. Orders are normal messed up, but they fix it for you, no questions asked and without a fuss. Dining area is extremely small and is always crowded, but clean. Staff is ehhh, but fast food isn't the best career to be in. read more

I thought I would give them another try...bad idea. My baked potato was way over done. Didn't taste much like a potato , at least the 4 bites I could eat. It was brown...through and thriugh, just various shades. I think I'm finished with this joint. Doesn't matter how friendly they are at the drive thru, doesn't help bad inedible food. We've been going there forever. Always good food. It's fast food but it's always better than Burger King or McDonalds. Taco bell and KFC and the rest have gotten worse so this place is our only choice for good fast food. As close as you can get when you're starving and need something close to good for you. haha! We never get sick after eating at this Wendy's so that is important to us. Nice people working there too. No issues at all. 5 stars in our book. read more

Slow,slow, slow service. Orders are rarely correct. Make sure you check your order before you leave drive-thru or you will be sorry. Temperature inside is always COLD. Staff always seem to act like you are bothering them for having to take your order. Food is good but it is a pain to go there. read more

Ordered one of their chicken sandwiches. $8.03 in cost. Should of just went to a restaurant for those prices. I pull up to the drive-thru window and watch the lady making my sandwich. Another male employee comes up to change out garbage bags. He takes the lid off the can and hands it to the girl making my sandwich. He takes the garbage and she proceeds to put the garbage lid back on with both hands. Then goes back to making my sandwich with the same rubber gloves she had on. AND SHE WAS A MANAGER.
