We arrived at 7:40 p.m. and received our drinks at 7:51 p.m. While an 11-minute wait isn't excessive, it felt slow given how lightly occupied the restaurant was. We ordered the Wild West Shrimp as an appetizer, and it arrived about 12 minutes later. As always, it was flavorful, fresh, and had just the right amount of heat. Once we had nearly finished the appetizer, our server came back to take our entrée order, which felt well-timed. As a steak lover, I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye cooked medium rare. Our entrées arrived at 8:25 p.m., another longer-than-expected wait considering the light crowd. On a Tuesday after Labor Day, I anticipated quicker service. The steak itself did not disappoint. It was cooked perfectly to a medium rare with a nice warm red center and was seasoned very well. The quality and flavor were excellent.
