Accidentally placed an order to the wrong location Chipotle. I wanted to place an order at Succasunna but accidentally placed at Rockaway. Reached out to customer service because I was unable to cancel the order through the app. Did not even get to pick up my meal because I was too far away. Requested a refund and was denied because of their policies. "For wrong location orders, a refund can only be issued if another order was successfully placed on the same day using the correct location." Ugh I'm so sad to be posting this but one of the worst experiences I've ever had here. 1. Staff was not having it. They were rude and unaccommodating. Eye rolling & were too bothered by us 2. They were out of chicken. Fine. It just so happens that if you're out of one thing you should idk, give options? When I got steak, I was given the smallest portion. When I asked for more they said "oh did you want a double portion?" NO. I wanted a full single portion - then when I started getting annoyed is when the eye rolls started. 3. Summary: Love Chipotle and this location is pretty good. Every time I've ordered from them, in person or online, they've always gotten my order correct. Wait time for online orders is pretty fast as well, usually within 15 minutes. During COVID-19 times, they put orders out on the table and you can just come in to pick up after ordering and paying through the app/online. read more

My mom and I like this Chipotle Mexican Grill. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and busy which is good. We like the variety of choices they have here. Sign says they close at 10. I went in at 9 o'clock. I was ignored for five minutes while they continue cleaning. Missing most of the ingredients for the bowl including rice and lettuce because they didn't want to put more out, when I went over to look at it it's because they removed all the nozzles and already cleaned it. Food quality is on par with other Chipotles. However I will say that the white rice I had recently was pretty clumpy. My biggest gripe with this Chipotle is that the service is so slow and they're understaffed. I was ready to pay and the cashier did not show up for a good 2 minutes. This Chipotle location needs a lot of work. Stools that are fixed in place? Sitting by the inside window looking at Red Robin, I was barely able to reach the table from a comfortable position. I decided to hold off on reviewing them until I've eaten a few times. In two of my visits, my burrito was extremely small compared to other locations (particularly nyc). I added guac on one occasion and it was just a smudge. How much are you charging me? And you give me a teaspoon's worth? The most recent visit (and probably last) was getting sick after. I have to admit, it was partially my fault when I ordered as they were closing. I asked if they had any more chicken, as the ones currently on display at the steam table looked old and dried. Well, you guessed it. My girlfriend and I were rubbing butt cheeks that night fighting to go to the bathroom! Maybe it was the sour cream. I have been to this location multiple times and never really had an issue...I mean it's an assembly line how bad could it be? Well I had my first bad experience there today. I usually always get the salad (trying to watch my girlish figure, for real) and for some reason the salad is always almost empty and I get the scrapes. The first boy who started my bowl was clearly young, and new, and seemed extremely confused and I had to remind him twice, yeah buddy I got the steak. That's ok, you're new and young and I get it, but now it's time for my toppings and I mean the next lady on the line looks like a seasoned chipotle employee so I'm just like, please take my bowl, let's go. She asks me what sauces and politely say, "mild, with a little bit of hot". To my dismay, she proceeds in dumping a heaping spoon of EACH sauce on my poor little salad that is now swimming. I'm just so shocked to say anything so I'm just like whatever I'm over it and I ask her for corn and once again, a little cheese. She then puts on some corn and dumps a whole freakin handful of cheese on top! I was so annoyed and just wanted to leave at this point. This location has gotten loads better. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the food is on point, portions were not oddly small like before. Defiantly more like a flagship shoppe now. I am impressed. This is by far my favorite fast food, so I will be a little biased. I love the way the chips are prepared. I liked them the old way better, but I still like these ones. I like to get tacos and burritos and then add the Chipotle Tabasco. Super tasty. I think they try a little to hard to be trendy with the music. While I was excited a new chipotle opened up near me, the experience was a total fail. I ordered the burrito bowl with steak and paid extra for cauliflower rice. When I got home I noticed the cauliflower and steak were missing. It was filled with pinto beans and gross fajita veggies that were just slimy and tasted terrible. I drive back to the store and although the manager let me get a New order, sadly it was also gross. The meat was hard and if there was cauliflower rice I dint know but whatever sank to the bottom was overly salty and just awful. I literally spit this food out it was that bad.
