Soup and sandwich lunch. Actually, not bad. Onion soup could use more cheese and could be hotter.

My wife is a fan of the Panera chain. Me, not so much. The offerings are varied but everything I try has the look and taste of assembly line fare. Breakfast baked goods are over sweet. The breads tend to be ordinary and more supermarket like than good bakery quality. One exception is the breakfast menu. They have egg dishes, like soufflés. These are pre made and if you get there early, they are a tasty treat. Get there late and they dry out or they run out. In general, the food is, at best, 3 stars. Better than many fast food places and if you shop carefully, potentially healthier. However, I'll visit only with my honey. Not a place I'll visit on my own.

Then they gave use pickled chamoyte and kimichi (no extra charge). I have never tried chamoyte and I am now a huge fan! It's so delicious!! We both ordered the spicy pork ramen and the portion size was so big! Broth was so flavorful and the pork was cooked so well. We also ordered pork dumplings and they were flavorful and packed. I cannot wait to come back again!

My husband and I LOVE Korean food and used frequent Fort Lee before we moved from Montclair, so we were dying to find a decent Korean place by our new house. I think this will be our new go-to. The meal came with the usual banchan, like kimchi, chamoyte, and pickled radish. The bulgogi was excellent and was served on top of some stir fried vegetables. We also really enjoyed the K-Noodle. Although we ordered takeout, the noodles were still a little chewy, and not soggy at all. The korean fried chicken was similarly very good, but I don't think it traveled as well as we hoped. It could have been a bit crispier, but that's proabably our fault for ordering it as takeout. We stuck it in the toaster oven for a little bit and it was good as new. Overall we will definitely be returning and trying some new items!

While their Ham &…read moreCheese sounds classic, with ingredients like gruyere, ham, grilled onion, and Dijon on Levain Pullman bread, it's amazing! Then their Crispy Goat filled with chévre, goat Gouda, applewood bacon, and avocado on multigrain bread sounded good, but I liked the first one better because I could really taste the cheese. To drink, their refreshing Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade isn't too sweet. I also ordered an Iced Coffee with Cardamom Orange Syrup, but they had run out of the syrup. Instead, they offered it with peach syrup which was interesting but I wouldn't get it again. With cheesy sandwiches grilled with love and loaded with toppings, say yes! NOTES/TIPS: **Inside Rockaway Townsquare Mall near Sears. **Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are across from it. **It takes a little while to get your order during the lunchtime rush so they give you a beeper thing.

The food is actually reasonably priced and for lunch you can choose a soda which is included in the price whereas other restaurants are now charging $4.00 for a drink. The care that went into the lunch dish did not reflect the price as it was well above what I expected. Loved this place and for sure will be back. Thank you.

The person who took my order was very nice and you could tell she was passionate about the food she brings to her customers. When I first heard of this restaurant, I was hesitant about the quality of the food, due to the fact that it is multiple Asian cuisines under one roof. However, once I took a bite of my food, my concerns were gone. I ordered the Veggie Ramen (Spicy). Trust me, the spice really brings out the flavor. The noodles were perfectly cooked it holds firms on the chopsticks. You have the option to either have your tofu steamed or fried (I chose fried). The black fungus gives a meaty texture to the dish, which works well for any vegetarians missing out. The real star of the dish, in my opinion, is the broth. This is where the flavor really comes from; the savory elements blends with the noodles and the tofu every time you dip your chopsticks. The crunchiness from the corn, scallions, and bamboo shoots balances out the noodles. After this fantastic experience, I have no doubt that I will return to Kazu and relive it all over again!

So when I saw $2 off sushi buffet at this local eatery, I harangued my friend into visiting. And forgot my coupon. (Actually, I discovered it's been in my wallet this whole time. Return trip!) The most notable points: Ambiance is simple, not a lot of room inside. Service is punctual but not the most easily understandable in English. All you can eat is not buffet. It's "order and be served", which I have also seen at Miga Sushi. So we did that. They will bring you a fresh piece of paper every time. I stuck to the sushi side of the menu for the most part. The one thing I sprung for on the other side was the spicy seaweed salad, to get my veggies in. And it was really good. Not your usual green rubbery goop. Stringy, spicy dressing, great flavor. 5 stars will get next time. Appetizer, I also did "not raw" and went for the fried scallops. Well, they were still kinda raw inside, which I really enjoyed. Gobbled those up. The rest of my time here was spent mashing through roll after delicious roll of sushi. I definitely had fun with that. Ended the afternoon with a scoop of green tea ice cream, which if you read the fine print is also included in AYCE. Strong 4 stars to start, I'll throw the 5th their way because AYCE. Now I have to go spend this coupon...

Yet I feel the rolls are not that exciting or fresh, temp feels off not chilled enough. The decor is minimal with no focal point , I'm not sure what to look at . The servers are working take out and sitting down is an inconvenience i think. I saw another review , it felt similar so now I know it's not me. Rare would I return when driving extra distance can be a completely satisfying experience ! Needs new owners or management .
