    The Sheimer Sandwich

I got the Sheimers and he got the Italian sub. Both were solid. You get a side with your sandwich, we picked onion rings, which ended up being huge full sides. Rings and special sauce were also solid, nice and crispy. Next time we would split a sandwich and side of rings, both are pretty big! The only points off are for the overwhelming grease smell inside (our clothes wreak even after we left) and the bathroom which had a window that was open to a porch where people could see in with no way to shut the shade. The toilet is right in front of the window.

Great service, very fast, and fabulous bang for your buck! I live in town and was eyeing up Sheimer's for years, the problem is they are closed on Sunday's. Finally I got around to coming here and got the Scheimer. I am struggling on a 3 or 4 star rating. The sandwich was good but not great. The bread tasted a day or two old, but still tasted fine. The bacon also taste a day old, but again fine. The four stars really is for the small business aspect. I'll be back to try something else

I LOVE Sheimer's!! Sheimer's has the best wraps around and for a great price. I am not a Jersey native, so I enjoy taking my friends to this fresh, authentic Jersey deli. With smiling faces to greet me, I'm never disappointed with the food I leave with.

Very good breakfast sandwich and coffee. They have a weekly dinner special for $39.99 that feeds 4-6. They deliver also.

Looked much the same as we fondly remember. My wife reminded me that after dining we would just drive from our spot next to the signage right onto rte 46. Today, we had two poached eggs, toast and potato, and a turkey, bacon triple decker sandwich with fries. The meals were nice, fresh and tasy and brought back fond memories of the great service and many choices that Paul's Diner offered.

The hostess directed us to a booth moments after we entered. They offer table and counter seating, as well. The waitress was an older woman. She was friendly, professional and checked up on us frequently. The menu is LARGE. My buddy ordered the Taylor Ham sandwich with egg and cheese ($7.95). There was a good ratio of layers and he enjoyed his breakfast. I hate it when only one slice of Taylor ham is on the sandwich. I ordered the 3 egg mushroom omelet which came with hash browns ($8.95). The quality of the food and prices make Paul's Family Diner the best diner in the area. Paul did not jack up his prices nearly as much as other diners have in the area. The diner has undergone a number of renovations and today is a cozy place to eat, clean with a traditional Jersey diner look. They offer local delivery, sit-in or take-out. Kids get crayons and a coloring book.

We fell in love with Birchwood Manor the first time we visited 2 years ago as the first person we…read moremet with was Michael Marino, who was so warm and welcoming from the beginning. Since then, we've worked with Michael on planning our wedding and he was so great to work with. He was easy to communicate with, super energetic and full of positive energy throughout the planning, and very informative. We wanted our dogs in the ceremony a lower guest minimum for fear that less people at the time would attend due to covid and Michael quickly accommodated our requests, no questions asked! Our wedding was 10/14/23 and Farrell was our maitre'd. After getting home, my matron of honor, brother in law and mom had nothing but AMAZING things to say about Farrell. According to my mom, Farrell saw my grandpa had trouble with his boutonniere and she, without us asking, started helping him and all the other groomsmen clip them on. She worked with my husband on getting a little last-minute seating mishap resolved (we had some unplanned guests who had initially rsvp'd no and showed up). She was so good with children as our flower girl and flower boy/ring bearer were 4 and 7 and she interacted with them and helped show them what to do at the ceremony. Our day of coordinator unfortunately had an emergency and was not there part of the wedding but Farrell really took over and checked in on us constantly and took charge of the day. My matron of honor said Farrell was so nice and reliable and amazing at her job. Going back to the wedding, our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was, down to the chandeliers in the ballroom. Our wedding was unfortunately outdoors but Birchwood was so accommodating with allowing us to use the Grand Ballroom for the ceremony as the reception was already set up elsewhere. We upgraded the cocktail hour to deluxe and with both my husband and I being from Chinese families with high expectations in regards to seafood, the lobster tails were gone instantly as our guests loved them so much. People raved about how good the cocktail hour was, including the carving station and shrimp scampi station. The ice sculpture was a beautiful and elegant touch. All in all, we and our guests had nothing but an amazing time at Birchwood. We have nothing but positive experiences through our 2 years of wedding planning. Thank you Michael and Farrell and Birchwood Manor for helping us plan our wedding and make our wedding day visions really come to life!

The classic pepperoni slice hits all the right notes, with that beautiful char on the bottom that gives just the right crisp. The square pepperoni slice ups the game with creamy dollops of ricotta and smaller, thicker slices of pepperoni that curl into perfect little cups. The sauce leans slightly sweeter than the standard slice, which works beautifully with the toppings. Behind the counter, one multitasking powerhouse was handling phone orders, walk-ins, and takeout with effortless precision, all while being genuinely delightful to chat with. A note for square-slice lovers: so many spots display nice large slices, then cut them in half when you order--false advertising at its finest. Not here. You get the full, glorious square slice you expect. Kraves has officially earned its spot as our go-to local stop for a quick, satisfying slice.

It's so cozy in there and definitely gives off farmhouse brunch vibes!! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The regular menu stays the same, which I love, but they always add a holiday or seasonal menu with extra food and drink options--best of both worlds. I've never had anything here that wasn't good. The service is consistently great too. It does get very busy, so I recommend joining the wait line before you go--once you arrive, just check in at the desk and they'll give you a good idea of the wait and how many parties are ahead of you. Pro tip: anything on the menu with "hash" in the name--get it. The Belgian waffle is fluffy, lightly sweet, and just a little crunchy, especially with the warm syrup and butter. The Million Dollar Bacon is easily in my top three menu items--don't skip it. This location is in a busy shopping complex, but there's always plenty of parking. I also love that you can scan your receipt and check yourself out if you want. I've only had breakfast here so far, but based on that alone, I highly recommend this place. Try it and tell me what you think.
