Yum! I've come here before and I came out full, nearly barfing with fullness... however this time was a lot better! I got a Little Bacon Cheeeburger... and I split it. That was just enough. It was very good, but a quarter pounder from McDonald's was just as good. It did taste pretty real though, and had some good flavors. Slightly drier than previously, which is probably good. The fries weee extremely plentiful, even for a small, but they were pretty dry. Again, I guess that's good, because that means not a lot of grease, but they tasted bland. Visited this location for lunch 6/7 today with my son. I said I would be happy to treat. I had been in the hospital and a nursing home recovering for two years and he warned me it got very expensive. The burgers are good with a single and double patty offered. I always get a single. You have a choice of lots of toppings too. From cheese to whatever your imagination can conjure. And then there are the fries. These are fresh cut, never frozen crispy potato spears. They fill a cup and then fill the bag your burger comes in. Her name is ***YAIRA*** and she could not have been kinder or more professional!!! :) Honestly, I can't remember the last time I encountered someone so helpful and courteous. It was my first time at a Five Guys (I know crazy, right??!!) and I'll drive the extra few miles to patronize this location because my experience was that cool!!! The food is delicious and I didn't have to wait long to get my order. Everyone there seemed friendly and I'm really looking forward to more fun and delicious times at this place!! The "Little Burger" is essentially the size of a normal patty at other places so I'm sure the regular sized one is incredible!! The burger will be well done (I prefer medium rare) but I understand that this is standard at such franchises, due to health and safety issues. Employees were wearing masks and gloves and social distancing is enforced. The fries are super fresh and very generously portioned if you order the Little portion- I got an overflowing cup full- and it's great that they have a whiteboard telling you where the potatoes are sourced from daily!!! The fixins are perfect and they've got a good variety of basic add ons. They also have Hebrew National hot dogs and tell you the calories of each item on the menu. The shakes are delicious, the fries are uber greasy but decent (although I'll never acclimate to them overfilling fry holder containers then throwing them in a bag... what a mess!) The fries are still good, although the regular order is not as jam-packed as you might expect from past experience. The soda machines offer options to infinity and beyond. And you can still get peanuts to hold you during the wait for the food, particularly on a busy Friday lunchtime. However, seating is pretty tight. Whoever organized the tables did a bad job There is a back row of tables (one for six and one for four) that you cannot use. They back up to a wall with one set of chairs crammed between the tables and the walls. And the other side has no room to sit either. Someone needs to fix the problem. So if you see empty tables, well, they are empty and will stay so because you cannot sit there. read more

Every time I order something here, IT'S ALWAYS WRONG! I absolutely don't understand how difficult it to just put the ingredients from the receipt on the bun! I've ordered to go at this location 4 times. 3 out of the 4 times, my bacon cheeseburger did not have bacon on it! I took the first time to be a mistake - after all- everyone makes mistakes. When I realized I got a regular cheeseburger with half the toppings I requested (all listed on the receipt they use to make the order mind you) AND NO BACON, I was heartbroken. So much for my bacon cheeseburger. This didn't happen once or twice, but THREE times. I paid for a bacon cheeseburger, why am I NOT getting a bacon cheeseburger?? At this point, 5 Guys now owes ME money. Definitely not coming back here again. There's a red robin right across the mall and I've never received a wrong order there. Five Guys has great burgers and fries. This is the same as any other Five Guys although the music is extraordinarily loud here for some reason so I knocked off a star for that. It's actually tough to have a conversation. It was that loud. The burgers are great. A hamburger is a double and a Little Hamburger is a single. They have over 20 toppings which are available at no additional charge. The burgers are big and kind of greasy. Served in a bag regardless of if staying or going. That's how this chain does it. The fries are massive. A regular fills my bag with the two burgers we ordered. A large must require a wheelbarrow to bring to your tables. I've read about Five Guys so I was interested to stop by for a late lunch on a recent Monday afternoon. When we entered the place was nearly empty, only two tables were occupied. I imagine all of the hard surfaces and the nearly empty space contributed to the almost painful sound level of the music. When we placed our order we couldn't hear the young man taking the order and he had trouble hearing us. We ordered two burgers, one with pickle and onion and one with pickle, onion and tomato, two orders of fries, a soda and a chocolate shake. We were told our number would be called when the order was ready. We couldn't hear the number being called because of the sound level of the music. After about 5 minutes we walked back to see if the food was ready and it was. We were handed a bag, not a tray, with the burgers on the bottom and two orders of fries on top of the burgers, and those covered with at least another order of fries spread loose in the bag. To reach the burgers we had to rip the bag open which caused fries to spill over the dirty table. The fries were hot, but not crisp, they tasted starchy and rather bland. My wife's burger was supposed to have pickles and onions, it arrived with about a scant teaspoon of chopped onion and not a pickle anywhere to be seen. My burger was dressed as I ordered. We asked for the missing pickles and a young man brought two tiny cups of dill slices to our table. To say the burgers were dry and over cooked would be an understatement. I feel the burgers had been precooked (maybe the day before) and rewarmed on the grill. They had little seasoning and tasted flat. These were probably the worst burgers I've had in a long time. The one bright spot was the milkshake, it was cold and creamy with a good chocolate flavor. To add insult to injury I paid almost $27.00 for this food. In my opinion a total waste of money. We each ate about a half of our burgers, less than third of the bland fries while being blasted with extremely loud music. However it was fun to watch the workers behind the counter yuk it up while throwing things at each other. My first visit to a Five Guys and my last. read more

I've been here before, and I couldn't complain. I stopped in today with a group of 5, and was disappointed. When we picked up our order, the burgers were not labeled, and could not be distinguished. This was corrected by the staff, but the burgers returned mangled and the toppings were scattered in the foil around the buns. The fries were overdone, and rather hard. (tasty as usual, however). The tipping point for me posting this review was the state of the bathrooms, which were sticky, and disgusting. I know I'm nit-picking here, but I love five guys. This is the best five guys! The food is cooked perfect and its definitely a comfort food place. We never leave hungry or thirsty. The staff are always very nice, friendly and on top of everything. The place is busy, hence the reviews that say you sometimes have to wait for food, but it's worth the wait, though I've never waited any longer here than any of the other restaurants in the area. It's a very busy area with the movies and the mall. The bathrooms are always clean, which is not true for many chain restaurants. Staff are accommodating, they never give you a hard time when you ask for seasoning to be left off of the fries, or extra sauces. Every time I go here, I never see staff hanging out or on their phones, they are always working. I highly recommend this Five Guys! read more
