I've driven by this food truck countless times and there's always been a line, but it's gotten even crazier since TikTok blew it up. I came early and still waited about 20-30 minutes before placing my order, but honestly, the wait didn't even feel that bad. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the wait in line a no sweat. While everyone was waiting, they handed out free fries with their homemade sauce, which was such a nice surprise! They also passed out bottles of cold water and even let parents with young kids order first. It's little gestures like these that really show they care about their customers and their community. The chimichurri and all of their sauces are made fresh daily, and you can definitely taste the difference--they're absolutely delicious!! I had everything on my steak and fries (Steak was made medium rare to order and just how I like it; fries were crispy good!!) Beyond the amazing food, the father and son owners were some of the kindest people I've met. They genuinely radiate positivity, treat everyone with respect, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. It's rare to find a place with incredible food and people who care this much about their customers. This is the kind of local business that deserves all the success! I'll definitely be back!

First, the wait was completely worth it. If you get there early, you can probably avoid the line, but even if you can't, don't let that discourage you. Good food is worth a few extra minutes of patience. As someone who pays attention to the details, I always take a quick look inside food trucks and kitchens when I can. I was genuinely impressed by how clean, organized, and professional everything looked. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Now, let's talk about the food. The fries were fresh and clearly made in-house--not the typical pre-packaged fries you find everywhere else. The steak portions were generous (they definitely don't believe in counting pieces), and the combination of flavors and sauces came together perfectly. Every bite was better than the last. A few days ago The Food Truck Operator for Zoelily had posted a video of one of his regular customers going off on a verbal assault towards him after a dispute of how many "free" hot sauce containers should be "free" Apparently the customer bought 2 Empanadas so he received 2 "free" hot sauces, but when he wanted more than 2 that's when Zoelily told him "I will have to charge you for the extras" and that's when it seems the customer replied with a $100 bill which our Empanada Truck Operator couldn't make change for sending the customer into a derogatory filled rant which Zoelily captured on video and posted on his Facebook account. Now, unfortunately due to the Covid-19 related revenue losses the Empanada Mobile had been behind on It's payments and the bank had repossessed the Truck after learning of it's whereabouts from the posted video which has made it's way to the local TV News. My understanding is that a GoFundMe account is presently in the works to bring back the beloved Empanada Mobile. I'll keep You Posted!!

There was something spicy in the sandwich and the chicken wings were very dry. The breakfast egg sandwich was served on a potato hamburger bun, with a cheese square and a bland fried egg. We did have a complaint to log during this event, however I found the owner(s) not accepting of ANY complaints because as stated by them they had never received a complaint. I was cut off immediately by the owner. Well, there is always a first time, and no person or business is perfect. I personally found this owner was very aggressive about receiving the complaint and didn't even want to hear it. For the reasons above that are based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Even though I am a Louis Prima fan (sorry for the obscure reference) the bone to meat ratio just doesn't make up for the higher fat content. At least for me. This guys ribs changed that. You don't eat these ribs so much as you hold them up and allow the meat to dive into your mouth like an Olympian off the 10 meter platform. They are that good. And I have eaten enough brisket in my life that writing a review including a reference to pork is probably something I shouldn't do publicly, but his is top notch. Lastly, I come on this site and often see reviews regarding the personal nature of the proprietor of the business, which are sometimes so vicious and misplaced, it is not a mystery why the writers of South Park want to feed some of the members of this site what they want to feed them. To that end, if you have a problem with either Dan or his staff, I would have to say that the problem is most likely with you. They couldn't be nicer, more courteous and helpful. I know that sounds like a lot for serving somebody BBQ but those fairgrounds on a weekend can be a certified nuthouse. At no time did I see anyone lose their patience or desire to help the customers.
