I was excited to order the new quesadillas on the menu. I ordered a fajitas veggies quesadilla with beans & salsa. Since it is vegetarian it comes with a side of guac. Pics of the quesadilla show the meat inside the quesadilla. I ordered mine thru the app and picked up. When I got home, I had the beans and fajita veggies in the tray and then guac & salsa on the side. Why aren't the fajita veggies INSIDE the quesadilla?? I didn't order a cheese quesadilla, I ordered a fajitas veggie quesadilla. I had to rip apart the quesadilla and stuff it myself with the veggies. Tasted fine but I will prob never order this again and stick with my salads. Felt like I wasted $8 and didn't get what I ordered. read more

Addison saved the day on this one.. the woman working with her at 7:45, was extremely rude and made my wife feel like she was doing something wrong simply by ordering our meals. each question about what ingredients to add was asked in a way of "is there more?" she seemed very mad that she had to work. with our son's quesadillas, the cheese was just tossed into the tortilla with no care, cheese all over the foil outside of the tortilla. my wife felt very uncomfortable until Addison took over the order and was positive when ringing our order up. read more

Very sad to say tonight was awful for our take out order in chipotle my daughters quesadilla was not even cooked her rice was over cooked and hard and her chocolate milk was hot and my burrito was falling apart . They were not even busy at the time. Tonight the food was spot on and delicious last time before that my husband's food was latterly soup. We keep trying because the night's there on it's really good. read more

Out of most meats and short you on every topping. I don't no when I'll learn to stop giving these people a second chance!

This location needs work. I walked in at maybe 9pm and I understand that they close at 10 but the girl that was making the food for everyone in line was taking her sweet time. I have worked in the food industry for years so I can understand how it might be annoying when customers come in before closing but she looked miserable. Myself and the person behind me walked out after waiting in line for about ten minutes and there was only five people ahead of us. None of the other staff members seemed to be helping her and she looked like she needed it. read more

These employees do not take pride in their jobs whatsoever. And to get a refund when they clearly make a mistake, you have to call a corporate number to have it resolved. What a joke. read more

I love Chipotle in general however, this location does a horrible job of representing the company. Tonight I ordered two #3 taco plates off the app for pick up. When we arrived home and opened the food we were mortified. There were basically 3 soggy taco shells (too soggy to pick up) jammed together in a container and what appeared to be a dollop of meat and sour cream in the center with a few sprinkles of lettuce and maybe a slight dropping of one of two salsas I had ordered tossed haphazardly in the container. Basically I paid for soggy taco shells with a few scattered ingredients tossed in top. I do not expect to have to complain about tacos from a chipotle restaurant. It was bad enough that I actually had to call and say something which is not at all common for me. This location really needs to step up its game. read more

My second time coming here since I moved to the area and the wait time for my online order was even longer than the first time. Placed an order of 2 items at 5:45 for a 6:00 pickup and did not receive my order until 6:35! I was not the only one either, there was about 10 of us all waiting for an average 20 minutes over the expected pickup time. This will be my last time coming to this location. I much rather drive an extra 20 minutes if needed for my order to be ready at the time it says. read more

Worst service I ever received here! I work in the service industry and frequent flyer his location often but have to say I'm shocked by tonight's visit. Walked in a little before 9 and the girl making the food not even a hello just immediately asked what I wanted, it caught me off guard how unfriendly she was and the look of disgust she had towards me. I went to order my food and then noticed that they were out of most things. Instead of offering to make more she made it very clear she wasn't going to have anything refilled even though there was two other groups behind me. She proceeded to fill my bowl and burrito with the smallest amounts and scrapping for scraps at the bottom of the containers, I actually had to ask her for more rice and beans. Being in the industry I completely understand wanting to go home early but when the business isn't suppose to close for another hour you think they would maintain more food and not act like im an inconvenience for showing up during their open business hours. Really ruined my evening to have someone treat me so poorly for absolutely no reason. The young lady needs an attitude check or shouldn't be the face of the establishment. read more

With all things, I had a previous negative experience here, but I thought I'd give it another shot. Nothing is perfect in this world and everyone has bad days, so it's good to give things a chance to shift. The girl with the black rimmed glasses that made our burrito was very sweet and had a wonderful smile. My son loved his burrito and was glad the vibe was nicer. Glad we gave it another try, we'll be back. read more

Ordered dinner online and went in to pick it up. Three employees were up front. One was making his co workers food. Not ONE of them made eye contact or acknowledged I had walked in. I was the only person there. I stood waiting. More customers came in to order food. It took seven minutes for the young gal to walk out of the back and walk over to me and she says "name?". I said excuse me? She said "what's your name?" I got my order, said "thank you" and she said "yeah". Serious morale issue with this place, you can feel it the moment you walk in. Also the burrito order was messed up and the burrito tasted terrible. We ordered the barbacoa. We typically love Chipotle. read more

It's been a long time since I've had Chipotle and was looking forward to it. I ordered a chicken burrito with tomato salsa and roasted corn salsa. There was so much liquid in the burrito that by the time I got it home it was a soggy dripping doughy mess. Literally inedible as it was. Had to take it apart and eat it with a fork. Next time I'm going back to the burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side. read more

My husband had his heart set on chipotle, but I was very hesitant to eat here because of the horrible reviews! I was ready to walk down a few doors to Jamba Juice for my supper, but I am glad that I didn't! The restaurant that we just went to bears no resemblance to all of the negative reviews I read before eating here. The girl who made our food for us was very pleasant, she worked quickly and efficiently, and everything tasted delicious. The manager and all of the people on the staff were working busily and happily. We have no complaints! I am definitely glad that I gave them a try :-) read more

Chipotle is one of my favorite go-to places to eat. This location is HORRIBLE though. Despite many bad experiences, ive been back here at least 6 times total over the past year or so. Its probbaly gotten worse every time. I feel sorry for somebody trying Chipotle for the first time at this location. Rude employees, tables constantly dirty. Meat has tasted very old on a couple occasions. Burritos are smaller than any other location Ive ever been to. My wife gets salads and the lettuce never has tasted fresh... We would rather drive 30 miles away from our home to go into folsom for Chipotle than to EVER try this location again. Do yourself a favor and try a different restaurant. You will be disappointed if you go here. read more

Third time I've been to this one and third time they've screwed up. Latest was a big order that was supposed to be delivered. Upon arrival the driver took it out to hand to me and everything fell through the bottom of the bag and on to the ground. The bag was soaked through because the burritos weren't even close to being fully wrapped. They also sent no napkins or forks for bowls so had to get the order redone and resent out. read more

Sooo I've complain to the manager that when they are packing bags there's crushing the bowls!! And they continually forget my salad dressing this is the third time in a row!!!! I order from here once a week with my family for pick up.... I've talked with the manager about my food being crushed flat not edible he said I would get a refund never happened.... I've left multiple review on the app about my dressing being forgotten which is the whole reason I ordered a salads dose nothing!!!!! I love chipotle!!! But because of the poor management and service, I think this be our last time and find a new weekly special instead read more

I was in a really good mood before I walked into this chipotle but that completely changed after I approached the counter to order. So Incredibly rude. The woman behind the counter appeared annoyed and unfriendly as my family and I were deciding what to order. I could understand if it was the lunch rush but it was a Saturday and we were the only ones inside the restaurant. But even that's not an excuse, other establishments (such as In-N-Out) can easily be just as busy, and their employees are way nicer. Also, my "chicken salad" tasted like a "sour cream salad" since they were so quick to get rid of us, there was no effort in the measuring the portions. The food isn't worth coming here anymore. read more

I've eaten at this location many times over the years this is the first time I've ever had to post a negative review. It's one thing to expect things for free and it's another to have someone become very rude about being charged extra for things like salsa??? When confronted with the extra dollar something charge the guy got rude and says they always charge extra for salsa?? It was my understanding when you bought chips and queso you can get a salsa along with it apparently not. From here on out I will not be buying from chipotle at this location I would recommend finding some other place to eat in this area. read more

I might have to agree with the other yelpers. This is not my favorite Chipotle. We came here for lunch after a long week in Tahoe and we're craving a good burrito or taco. Now I know that it is not authentic to say the least, but it tasty. I ordered a fajita bowl with chicken and veggies. My girlfriend had two chicken tacos. My bowl was just average. The portion size was a bit smaller than others but still had too much to finish it all without feeling stuffed. My girlfriend how ever found some very fatty pieces and ended up only eating one and a few bites of the other The chips were over salted and the place seemed a bit dirty. They were out of forks and the tea vo container was not clean. The staff was friendly though.... he was quick and attentive. read more

Chipotle being my most favorite place makes it hard to write this but it is very necessary. Me and my co worker went and got food from here yesterday and he was in the ER within a couple hours some salmonella poisoning, I had been throwing up and worse within an hour following eating it, as did he, and sick all night and morning I have been. I HIGHLY suggest you steer clear of this place antell something is changed. Not only do some staff seem sour but the food will seriously get you Sick!! Me and the co worker both had to go home early from work due to this, lost pay, lost appetite, and sicker then a dog! read more

This is a decent chipotle when you come at the right times. The staff isn't very friendly, but hey that's okay. I get it customer service is annoying at times. However the only thing that bothers me is their lack of changing gloves and washing hands in between handling food and the register. I always have to ask the employees to change their gloves and I get an eye roll every time. I have watched multiple people working the line use the same gloves for making the meals and handling cash at the register. It's unsanitary for the customers. Management and team just do better about the contamination! Maybe give the whole crew a refresher course on food safety? read more

I've been a regular to this place over the years and service has gone up and down as the quality of manager has gone up and down. New manager is small minded, cheap, and talked over me several times over a lousy cup of rice for a kids meal. i really am not one to complain, but the past three times i have gone in there all of the employees have been blatantly rude to me. i promise im not a difficult customer, i know what it's like to work that kind of job. they interrupted me a number of times, as well as my friend and my mom when they ordered. after we paid, we sat down to eat, and listened to them loudly talk about us and laugh at us. not that hard to be nice especially when ur being paid that well to scoop rice and chicken into a bowl:) read more

The first rule of burrito is "if you need a fork to eat it, it's not a burrito." As I watched the guy making my burrito struggle for like 5 minutes to wrap it up, I knew this rule was going to be violated. Sure enough, I unwrapped the tinfoil to see an abomination of fillings and a tortilla that was so destroyed it was useless. If I wanted the burrito experience, my only option was to eat the tinfoil. The meant I had to stop, and try to eat the fillings out of the foil with a fork. And you know what? As fillings go, Chipotle may have the most flavorless combination of fillings I've ever eaten. They have managed to wring all of the flavor out of things like salsa and guac--which must have taken some serious effort. There are at least 5 local taquerias in town that are better. Do yourself a favor and skip this terrible chain and eat something good an flavorful, made by people who can wrap a burrito. Note to Chipotle--if someone is incapable of wrapping a burrito, make sure that they are only allowed to clean the bathroom and run the register. Thanks! read more

Stopped in last night, 1/3/18, to get a burrito, and was told they were out of tortillas. My jaw hit the floor. I've been here in the past, and they've been out of cilantro, or barbacoa, or some other trivial ingredient, which is no big deal, but out of flipping tortillas? How can you let that happen? It's your bloody trademark menu item for cripe's sake! It'd be like McDonalds running out of hamburger patties, or Harbor Freight saying "Sorry, we don't have any cheap Chinese-made tools right now.". Another reviewer aptly summarized this location, and I want to second his notion that they're "Consistently inconsistent". Shape up, Placerville Chipotle! P.S. You may have noticed from my previous review that I once professed to never go there again...yeah, that was just bluster, they lured me back with their tasty shredded pork goodness. read more

I saw a manager being overly rude to her employees. Ordering people to move if they weren't working up to her standard. No one washing their hands when they're supposed to. My bowl was okay. But the employee who started my food was finishing it up and someone in a black polo shirt yelled at him... For doing his job... I asked the cashier who she was and was told she was the restaurant GM... The chicken was chopped into giants chunks so it made it difficult to eat. Should be chopped smaller so that people might get more than one piece at a time... Not a great experience, at least here, and we won't be back. read more

I used to love this chipotle a couple years ago when they served good food and the employees were friendly. Now this place is trash and the employees are SO rude, not one of them greeted me or my family or smiled, the girl making my burrito was very sloppy (she's been there a while so no excuse) & the girl that rang us up (who used to work at Taco Bell on Broadway) was extremely rude and aggressively threw all our items in the bag and made our side of rice open in the bag. This chipotle location is drastically going down hill. We sat in and ate our food and they were all wandering around back and forth and there was dirty tables that needed to be cleaned and they just carried on with their day and ignored the dirty tables.
