This location is so hit or miss. Sole days it's so good and some days it's awful. The staff isn't always the nicest and the stuff is never full they're always digging the bottom of the barrel to add to your food. This place is very dirty. One staff cleaning the counter with soap and water next to a tray of food. It's very messy, it took while for them to clear and clean table tops. We waited 30minutes for their rice to cook, they should be anticipating when they are about to run out of rice so people are not waiting. I go to this chipotle literally 2-3 times a week because frankly I love the food. The service is generally pretty good until I come across one particular server. When I walk in and see her serving I know I'm getting the smallest portion of meat. The largest amount of rice beans and everything else. And because of this I always pay extra for another side of meat. This time I was upset because it's the smallest I've ever received from any chipotle. I asked nicely but she was already upset that I was open to waiting for more honey chicken. Then when I received this I asked even for regular chicken just to get a normal portion. She told me that's the most she's allowed to give. The manager here has served me and everytime is a normal amount. I give her the benefit of the doubt but this time was obvious. I've seen so many reviews now about this same thing. Also I have every receipt for the last 2 years (weird I know but I report all my meals) I will continue to come here because it's closest to home. I have never had an issue going in and ordering. I seem to have nothing but issues ordering on the app. Tonight I received undercooked rice. I tried calling and nobody answered. I came in this evening to get my usual chicken and steak bowl being served by well mannered employees up until I was charged for the wrong (juice box) apple juice as I asked for the larger one, you'd think it'd be common sense to give the grown man the option that won't be gone in 3 sips but anyways, I was met with the final boss of your typical snarky, unhappy, overly controlling, rude manager, I was not met with unprofessional words but the tone and attitude to her employees customers is absolutely revolting and disgusting and I feel she should be fired, my opinion is backed by many others in google and yelp reviews. I visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill location on Thursday, 11/30/23, as soon as it opened at 10:45 am. I came here to pick up a catering order for a business meeting. The staff members were nice and welcoming as soon as I walked inside. The cold food (i.e. salsas, sour cream, shredded cheese) was already prepared. However, I had to wait momentarily for the hot food (i.e. beans, rice, fajitas, cooked meat). I waited a total of 30 minutes to receive everything from my order. I came in during the lunch rush, and even though the line was crazy long, they kept their cool and were super efficient. Many frustrating experiences here with long wait times. This was my last visit ever. Online order took over one hour for one burrito and two kids' meals. Stood at the pickup shelf for 40 minutes and only was talked to once to ask my order name. The employees don't prioritize making orders based on the time the order was promised. it's truly a shame how far chipotle standards have fallen. Every single time I have gone to chipotle, any location not just this one, something is wrong or off. The chips are either over cooked or undercooked, heavily salted or barely salted at all, the chicken is either massive pieces, not cut through all the way or in this case its extremely overcooked (to be honest I am shocked they even served this) massive jalapeno pieces in the guacamole and corn salsa or they didn't mash it all the way (also the case for me this time) it's just such a shame, I worked at Chipotle from 2013-14 and they were VERY strict about consistency and the standards. Consistently bad food at this location! Went last night and spent $59 for the family. So disappointed! My burrito had large chunks of chicken which I know is not typical chipotle standard because I used to mystery shop them and twice had to take a 4 hour course at the restaurant to hands on learn what their high standards are. My rice was so overly laden with lime that is all I could taste throughout the entire meal, yuck!!! The side of guacamole tasted good but half of the cup was a whole chunk of avocado! Not easy to eat with chips I'm afraid. This was the third time the food tasted bad at this location which shocks me because I've been to so many Chipotle's over the years and have never, ever had bad food. My guess is that they just don't care. If they did the food would taste the same here as it does at any of their other restaurants right? I will let them have the one star for getting my large order correct. I truly hate giving bad reviews, but hope this prompts management to look into these issues. read more

I normally don't leave reviews especially at Chipotle because I come every week. Todays experience was unhygienic and disgusting. The young lady at the register ringing people in to pay, grabbing cups and whatever extras you ask, thought it was a good idea to do the trash in between orders while our food was being put together. I noticed she had no gloves on and already tied off 3-4 trash bags bare handed, and went straight to the register without washing her hands asking about our order and if we wanted anything else. I held my tongue and asked for two large cups and she grabbed them at the lips of the cups. We used to eat here all the time. We've even used them for catering a party we had. Went in yesterday and ordered the usual. The tortillas were hard and stale. The limes were dark brown not green. The meat trays were nearly empty leave only two options. We ordered fountain drinks and the sprite didn't have any sprite in it, it was only the carbonated water they use to mix it with. If you are looking for a good consistent delicious chipotle bowl or burrito, do not come here... vegan options are hardly vegan (I have found meat, cheese, and sour cream mixed in my bowls and burritos) the service is horrible. I love chipotle but this restaurant right here is like the wish version or something. Literally every time I ordered on door dash something was ALWAYS missing or wrong. When I went in person something was always mixed in to my "vegan" bowl or rotten like the guacamole made with rock hard black avocado and overly salted. When you tell staff they basically give you the "what the f do u want me to do about it" vibe and look. When you try to call customer support same deal and door dash stopped refunding after they for got my 10$ items (chips and large guac) and received the rest of my order wrong and basically told me to stop going because it's clear I didn't like chipotle... lol again I love chipotle just not this bootlegged one. If you are ever in Lake Tahoe, go to that chipotle because holly cow is it good and exactly what chipotle is supposed to taste like not to mention the service is perfection. I was excited to order the new quesadillas on the menu. I ordered a fajitas veggies quesadilla with beans & salsa. Since it is vegetarian it comes with a side of guac. Pics of the quesadilla show the meat inside the quesadilla. I ordered mine thru the app and picked up. When I got home, I had the beans and fajita veggies in the tray and then guac & salsa on the side. Why aren't the fajita veggies INSIDE the quesadilla??
