I feel like this Chipotle is a knock-off version... like they didn't get training from actual Chipotle employees. We've been waiting so long for this to open and the first time we tried it was not up to standards. We gave it another try thinking it may be the first week and they were still getting the hang of it. The 2nd time was the same- portion sizes are extremely small compared to every Chipotle I've been too. Whomever is cutting the meat is leaving huge chunks of fat and cutting it all sorts of ways. For some reason all the food isn't available- if this is how it is a couple months into opening, I can't imagine it will get better. New management needs to come in and Chipotle district needs to be made aware. For now pass in this one and make your way to Memorial or N. Thompson- much nicer Chipotles. read more

Man this location sucks. This is the second time in a row I've come in here and tried to eat, and the store is either understaffed or the employees that are there are completely useless. The manager is doing everything BUT working the line. AGAIN! This is dinner rush honey. Your restaurant is crashing. They have tickets a mile long. You have 3 employees standing around not doing anything. The cashier walked away when I walked up to the register, and the one little Hispanic girl is literally doing everything she can, but she's underwater with no help. 5:30pm is probably not the time to clean out the cooler or do whatever it is you were doing. I was going to review the food, but nobody took my order. After a few minutes of watching the shit show, I gave up and left. I don't think I will return to this location. Two thumbs down. I was craving their queso..went in to order a bowl with queso By the time it got to the queso part of the order...they told me they didn't have anymore for the walkin / dine in line and that if I wanted queso I should have went through the drive through the line. Like really? And they can't take anything from drive through line. Side note, the portion size here is terrible. $13 for an almost empty bowl and no queso..... First time at this location. Unreal. Never seen service like this at a Chipotle. We were the only ones in line. Didn't appear to be making orders. No greeting. Nothing. Multiple employees walked past us without a single word. Not a "be with you in a sec". Nada. We let this happen for about 3 minutes. Mind you no one else was ordering or waiting for an order. So we decided to walk out. When we were half way out of the restaurant we heard, "OK, I can take your order now". Wow. Do better. A simple recognition would have kept us waiting. My wife and I owned a franchise for 8 years so we understand the business. We get it for sure but common courtesy should be a human trait. Not trained by your employer. Again...unreal. read more

By far the dirtiest chipotle I've ever been to. Trash overflowing table tops dirty. The food prep line was just as nasty dried food all across it just a total unclean appearance. Service was so terrible, the name of the girl on the receipt was Regina and her hair was down with no net and had an AirPod in her ear while continuing to ask what we wanted. Every single person on the line was rude. I've worked years of customer service so I completely empathize if someone rude makes you come outside yourself and be rude back after a long day. But im fresh up to the counter and you're being rude to every person when asking questions is crazy to me. Rolling your eyes and yelling?! Then they would ask a question and push your food aside without adding the ingredient but be mad when they have to ask again. They were putting the wrong ingredients and upset they had to restart because they weren't listening. I will not come to this location again! My order tonight was ridiculous. I've always loved chipotle, and yeah, sometimes it's not as good as others, usually based on the employees, but this specific location is HORRENDOUS. Whoever made my family's food tonight could not care less. Stale, old, withered, ice cold food in absolutely abysmal portions. With prices as high as they are, it's just unacceptable. I understand that quality may vary, and that's okay, but not to this level. Good luck to the employees who can't find the willpower to give a damn about doing their job, when all that job is, is to wrap up ingredients in a tortilla or dump them in a bowl. The German strategy to defeat England in WW2 included surrounding the United Kingdom with their unrivaled U-boats in an effort to block the food supply going into the country. The goal was to starve the country and it forced the citizens to go through an extended period of rationing their food. I can only assume the German U-boats are surrounding this Chipotle because it's the only explanation for how small my bowl was yesterday. The bowl I received was just about half full. I saw the bowls of the surrounding customers ordering and they were even smaller. I had an online order and ordered double chicken on both items in the order. Each item legitimately had less chicken than if I had gone to another chipotle and ordered the regular amount. It was ridiculous. They hardly put anything in there despite asking for extra of a couple different salsas. The rice however, they LOADED them up with rice. Chipotle is literally known for their big ass burritos but they are so skimpy with the food at this place. for the expensive prices I should be getting a burrito about the size of my head, not half of my hand. Then when I ask for little hot sauce they fill it up so it feels like I'm just eating hot sauce nothing else.
